Now, I was under the impression you old school guys are tough, right? like the old , fight if someone’s got a problem with you and shake hands after, defend yourself against a bully instead of going to a counselor and tattling, type of guys. Now I was under the assumption there were no forums back in your days, so when men had a problem, they didn’t hop on the forum boards and type a bunch of shit talk. they approached the guy in person or went about their business as usual. not all this back and forth cat fight crap.

    NOW, saying all this , I am very surprised how normal it seems here to just shittalk . not everyone trains perfect , or looks lean, or does the most efficient program. but to constantly pick on them when they were not even starting shit in the first place, and saying things like i wouldn’t even get progress if i hired a coach, and insulting them, is just not how I thought the style was back in the day. but I guess I was wrong . 

    Fact is, I am tough. I’ve been to jail, many fights, my pulse has stopped and i’ve come back, nothing scares me and I don’t deal with people fucking with me when I don’t deserve it. point blank period. i don’t care to hide my account name or my face because i know no one is gonna do jack shit. now, if me considering myself tough from what i’ve been through, makes you bothered in some way, well that sucks . fact is it’s pretty clear i’m a solid guy until you start talking smart for no reason just to start stuff. @CapeBretonDadBodThis is bullshit and you know it, and honestly i was very light with my response to bob for what he said out of nowhere in midst of a constructive conversation.he’s literally just asking for that at that point , clearly? but again , it’s allll me.

  5. definitely agree on the leaning out part guys. the guts umcortable and i’m tired of trolls on other areas of the internet picking it out and focusing on my weakpoints  , although admittedly it is one of my only and major flaws at first glance at my body. 

     

    also you guys gotta remember i am single and have no children . I have absolutely no one to be responsible for and look after so that may be why it’s so easy for me to take risk. i do appreciate all the tips and advice either way.

  8. lol u guys should know by now that ol 88 lives on the edge and doesn’t take warnings very seriously . i do believe i’ll be fine really. just a little edges that need sanded down so to speak. it’s mainly fine..i have pinpointed the migraines actually to my wisdom teeth not having room to come in and it’s been that way for many years, the times just comin where it’s gonna just be too much to handle daily and i’ll just go get them out at that point. I don’t go to the doctor unless absolutely needed.

    Taking a muscle relaxant might be a good idea. If the neck muscles are tight you will have a headache.

     

    i’m been drinking more water and trying to take breaks more often and it’s for sure helping. i do feel like it’s a sort of tense pressure causing the ache but i’m thinking muscle relaxers won’t really help. i’m starting to think it’s really just my wisdom teeth creating a lot of pressure in my jaw and it manifests as a headache. but really don’t feel like getting 4 teeth pulled out to say the least. sigh.

    I'm not gonna tell you to drop everything but you need to get shit under control. This could get very dangerous for you. 

    okay these are very detailed suggestions i will definitely incorporate them. I have a very sneaking suspicion anadrol is a main culprit along with the dehydration.because screens never bother me , i’m on them half the day when i’m not doing gym things. now i see why people suggest not trying potent multi stack cycles when you haven’t ran everything separated before.. 

     

    come to think of it you are spot on with the tren and adrol BP to be the main cause because i remember i didn’t feel this when i first started the cycle and the tren E hadn’t kicked in yet . once it kicked in right around week 3 is when i started to get these headaches that just linger daily. i did hop on 400mg per week right off the bat which would equate to roughly the potency of  350 Tren A...  i do 0.25mg caber every 3 days as well reduced the letro and nolva to 1mg and 20mg EOD, i’ve been told to be careful with mystery adrol gyno and to keep the prolactin in check to prevent puffy tren gyno. atm this is what i’ve got, do you have any dosing tips to make my levels better? maybe change this schedule to every 3 days instead of eod

     

    what dose of tren to you recommend btw like a beginner or intermediate dose that will still actually put on muscle and burn fat? I thought  400mg Tren E was very fair but maybe a bit high? lastly if you were to recommend a revised cycle for next time for me, what would you recommend besides my test/tren/drol?

  11. i’m gonna start drinking more water as i also have noticed epic muscle cramps in major tendons .. like for example if i sit down in a stretched position my quad tendon deep in my leg will like spasm out for a couple seconds than relaxes .. it’s diff muscles that’s been doing this the last week too. i noticed my chest doing it too when putting on coats that are kinda small and make me flex my chest too hard. = 2 second spasm that quickly  relaxes . @CapeBretonDadBod

     

    I definitely drink less than the daily requirement and that’s not including anadrol. so let’s see if some water can fix this in a week. i also eat like no fruit so i’m probabaly deficient in potassium.

    yea i know it’s reckless honestly i ducked up with the tanning part. i have a feeling it’s from that as it didn’t happen before that . i’m just hoping it’s gone after cycle atleast. like i said i’m on like 5 diff things that have headaches as a possible side effect so there’s really no way to figure out how to fix it unless i start taking away stuff 1 by 1 or stopping everything and don’t wanna do either . could even be the minoxidil i use 

  13. hey guys i’m not very pleased the last few days. When i stare at any screen and focus wether it be my phone or computer or tv , within 1 hour a strain builds behind my eyes and turns into a massive hour long headache even after leaving the screen. I’m on a lotta shit so fuck if i know what it is, i also tanned about 10 times without eye protection when i didn’t have any goggles , so that may very well be the cause. Another cause could be dehydration maybe? because i’m on tren/test/anadrol and prob only drink 1L water a day. I tried blue light blocking glasses but they did not work for shit.. finally any wisdom teeth are impacted to hell and i never got them out , and that could very well be causing the headaches as well ... like i said fuck if i know.

     

    anyone have any advice for headaches on cycle? maybe it’s even estrogen being too low ? shit. for now i’m just ignoring it for the sake of gains because I don’t wanna fuck up my cycle since i’m about almost 3/4ths of the way through it so it’s prime time. i don’t wanna take anything for the headaches because i’m already on anadrol so i’m fucked there.

     

    oddly enough , like it always turns out, you usually feel the shittiest when you look your best, and that’s very true in this case.

Also, something to look into for something stronger - trazadone. one of my ex’s had it for sleep and would give me one whenever i asked . it’s interesting because it’s basically a really potent anti histamine as far as how it makes you feel, but much smoother feel than benedryl. kicks in and makes it almost impossible to fight the heavy eyelids. The downside is it looses effect pretty quickly if used daily . maybe you should ask about that med, it’s also healthier than ativan as it doesn’t act on your GABA receptors so you will not wake up after 3 hrs in a rebound panic , it lasts a good 12 hrs.

    i’ve suffered from panic attacks like that since high school, if you aren’t used to them it sucks. first time was on a little vacation with my gf at the time. wasn’t a good time at all.

    Try understanding the anxiety next time and stop being so afraid of it. it’s not some monster, it’s a simple feeling that passes, just keep that in your mind. Basically you cannot get rid of anxiety if it comes, the trick is to sort of roll with it and understand how to handle yourself when you anxious. worst case scenario with anxiety is getting sick (sucks) or passing out for a few seconds.  which sounds horrible to normal people but once it happens a few times you realize you aren’t going to die and it’s just a cycle and that you will be fine even tho you feel veryyyy not fine.

     

    ive found actually just accepting it makes you much less tense than trying to completely block it out with ativan and beta blockers etc because unless you take a large amount of benzos it’s just not gonna happen. if you can’t sleep, just accept it and wait. you will eventually reach complete exhaustion from being so stressed out and you will sleep. i myself just cope with the anxiety and have a low dose beta blocker extended release to take the edge off but that’s it. ativan is very bad as far as using it as a routine to sleep but i’m sure your doc made you aware of that. i used to not be able to sleep for shit but try these-

    1. stop staring at the computer , you will never get sleepy . actually turn off all the lights and screens

    2. sleep music, could be anything you prefer. i like piano with night sounds , but if i’m with a girl or something I make do with a fan or anything that generates white noise because some ppl find it weird to listen to music to sleep.

    3.  try a simple melatonin about 30 mins before you plan to sleep. take it then lay in bed while listening to the music. there’s no way you aren’t gonna he asleep in 30 mins 

     

     

    I do think you are overthinking and making rash decisions out of fear , which is always something that follows mentally stressful episode such as this . Hopefully you will return back soon

    no problem , i suggest sticking to my doses i laid out as a maximum , once you start going above those doses you are looking at dealing with some shit sides that could get serious like rbc and other stuff. but if you really wanna push it to the limit in the complete MAX safe range, I’d go for 600 Tren E 250 Test E 15mg Superdrol. there’s most likely nothing else possible that can touch the power of that stack. it is quite stressful on the body compared to something like just test tho.

     

    now in theory, as in the strongest ever, come to think of it, if you don’t care about possible stress ....

    this is probabaly the absolute strongest but not the driest cycle . so i’d prefer the first one i laid out. not to even mention that it’ll make quick work of your liver , pancreas and thyroid  in a matter of 4 weeks.

    i only eat veggies with one meal a day.  Usually dinner.  So salad, or what I mentioned above.  Newman’s Own makes a great Italian dressing with no sugar.

    I also sumplement with fibre, like Metamucil.

    Just buy one of those mixes in a package.

    or a head of lettuce, some ceaser salad dressing, croutons and cook up some bacon for bacon bits.

    Then you save the bacon fat to cook your potatoes in for breakfast, while you drink 5 whole eggs raw, lol, yes I do it raw, don’t use cracked eggs, cook those and wash them before pouring in a cup.  Salmonella is only in the outside of the shell, unless it’s cracked.  Add a bit of milk, don’t break the yolks and it tastes fine.

    What vitamins are you taking?

    thats a good tip for the eggs, i didnt know you could wash off salmonella. i dont mind drinking them raw, whatever it takes for gains i can eat.

     

    for supps i take

    hawthrone berry

    coq10

    fish oil

    saw palmetto

    adult multii gummy (generic cookie cutter formula)

    low dose asprin

    Eat that every day.  Don’t pig out one day the eat nothing the next.

    nothing wrong with pasta either, but how much meat protien are you getting from the sauce.

    Look at labels, start calculating your protien.  Get it to 300 grams.  Then work out his many calories the protien is, minus that from 3500 and you fill that in with the other stuff.  You can bulk on cookies if you eat enough protien first.

    I know you won’t need more than 3500 cal, I would bet you don’t do a labour job, or something burning a ton of calories.

    I don’t think you understand how mentally taxing cutting is.  It is by far the hardest thing you will do, and drugs will only help, unless you start eating 100 mg of ephedrine a day, you will still need to fix your diet.  Don’t use 100 mg off ephedrine if you like your heart, lol.

    Im not on your case, just helping out.  If you want to use the advice, that’s fine, if not, I have nothing to lose or gain by this.

    im guessing its about 120ish grams daily, i dont calculate much anymore due to the sheer volume of food and how annoying it would be but, I go through about a 1lb ground beef a day, 8 cups of milk, various other small sources like oats and also my pasta noodles are protein ehanced they got like pea protein. im actually not working at the moment, just hitting the gym hard every day and thats most of my activity besides short walks to the store . 

     

    so you would say shoot for 3500 cals, reduce carbs, up protein. do you think 200g per day would be enough? or would 300 really make a much better difference than 200? because ive read 1g per lb of bodyweight is good, but maybe that was for nattys.
