  1. Hey Guys, Looking for input to tweak my plan. I am currently on a cutting cycle and going to add GH frag....want to get the most out of it. My plan is below, any input appreciated: I am 6'4" 245lbs at around 20%bf...goal is to cut down to about 10%bf over the next 2 months but maintain a minimum weight of at least 230lbs. Diet is low carb paleo + dairy with carbs mostly consumed at the end of the day. I do the mornings fasted when I am not too hungry (just coffee and MCT oil). Might go full keto for the next couple months. Current cycle: - GH 2-4iu/d (split early am, pre or post wo) - Test/Mast/Primo E at 250/200/600 per week split into 3 shots. - HCG 250iu 2-3x/w, 10mg/d nolva, .5mg/d adex My plan was to add 200mcg GH Frag in early am if I am going to stay fasted or pre-workout (or maybe both)...not sure if I should take it instead of my usual GH shot or to just mix them together. Any input / advice appreciated. NW
  2. I tend to pulse the DBol (20-40mg max) where I take it only on heavy lifting days 30-60mins pre-workout and that's it. Otherwise the back pumps were crippling for me. Var I would take daily (usually 40-60mg/d) and have done as much as 200mg/d (did it with stuff i capped myself), I only ran it for 2-3 weeks but got very lean and hard during that time.
  3. Not at all. It was 100% my own ego, the Tren only boosted my strength to the point that I could bite off more than I could chew.
  4. I have only run tren twice and it is definitely a love hate relationship haha. The first time I was so miserable I pulled the plug after about 3 weeks. Ran it a second time at a lower dose to see if that would be better and it was tolerable but still not pleasant. Love the gains, hate the sides. I would struggle to sleep even on 200mg/w (keep waking up in a pool of sweat) but then every morning look visibly leaner and would get noticeably stronger in the gym...you have to be careful training on tren though. I have a few friends that injured themselves on it (myself included), For me it was heavy squats. I had a day where I was feeling really strong so I kept loading on the weight until my knee just gave out at the bottom. Why was I trying to set PRs? Ego I guess, I knew it was stupid. I think we forget sometimes when our strength is shooting through the roof that our ligaments don't keep pace. From then on I never trained in anything lower than about a 4 rep weight. So that was the end of Tren cycle number 2. Since then I pretty much just stick to a Test / Mast combo and throw in primo / EQ / Dbol / var / Tbol depending on what I am trying to acheive. I'll run T3 when trying to lean out and GH pretty much year round. I haven't done IGF in a long time but maybe worth giving it another shot.
  5. Just make sure you have caber on hand. Some will just use Winstrol to try to counter the prolactin issues from deca but I don't think it's enough. Caber is a must for me but everyone is different.
  6. I have capped orals which makes a lot of sense especially when taking something like anavar which is generally high cost and requires a high dose. Cost to buy your own high quality var and cap it is very low but it takes time. Those capping machines are not super user friendly though. As for the UG lab market in general I look at it as paying for a service which includes more than just the quality of the gear...how reliable are they? how fast are they? do they fix an order when they mess it up? are they easy to deal with? I once brewed my own oils that were a combo of Test/Mast/Primo in a 1:1:3 ratio which was awesome. It's kind of a big operation though so doesn't make much sense if you're just doing it for personal use.
  7. I love T3 but it seems to be getting harder to find...used to be you could buy online from pharmacies no prob or from Research chem sites but that seems to have gone away.

  9. I have made some contributions (mostly on the NM site which was ported over) but don't get as much time to lurk around as I would like...3 kids and a busy job so I only get on here every once in a while. Guess I will have to keep posting...

I am one of those people who can't really do the 19nors - with both Tren and Deca I would basically lose my ability to nut (not the ability to get hard, just couldn't finish which seems awesome but it's not), I would stack them with caber and it fixed the problem quickly so I would have this on hard at the start of your run with the deca and pull the trigger quickly if you feel like you're taking longer. The caber also lowers the refractory period (makes it so you can go again faster). You also have to be on the lookout for gyno symptoms....some people get progesterone/prolactin induced gyno from Tren and Deca so lots of people stack it with Winstrol which helps reduce this. Hope this helps...
  12. I always rotated GHRP6 and GH on alternating days. No real science for it...just bro science I guess and trying to save some money. Also I was thinking that the GH would decrease insulin sensitivity and the GHRP6 would improve it so that would sort of balance out. One of the guys I knew was doing intermittent fasting / keto where he would take G6 all morning (3 shots from 6am onwards spaced 2hrs between each one) and not eat anything until the afternoon....he lost a lot of fat very fast! like scary fast. I think he dropped 20-30lbs in a few months and got stronger at the same time. For anyone looking to shed pounds I would give this a try. I guess sort of like taking low dose insulin in a fasted state and adding GH to avoid muscle loss.
  13. Definitely pre-workout for me and I only took it EOD on big workout days. I wouldn't be able to take 60mg and work out...the back pumps would make it impossible. I found 20mg was good....40mg was better. Everyone is different though....only way to find out is play around and see what is best for you.
