  1. I've been in the amateur scene for more than 15 years now, I know many judges, I've coached many competitors and I've done quite a few shows. And can speak about my experience especially in regards to NB.

Something I think people tend to forget in bodybuilding is that it is a subjective sport. The decision also comes from a panel of 7 judges (with the highest and lowest being knocked out) and its always a possibility that they don't agree. I have very rarely seen a big upset, in fact I don't think I can think of one (I'm talking provincially). Back in the day with the CBBF politics would have come into play much more into the national game - if anywhere. Most times people think politics are involved they're getting information from someone invested in them.

Like I said, politics in the amateur stuff I'd say very few and far between - national and pro level could be another story.

Pretty sure the kid is just trolling us now.  Unless it’s different in Canada, you can’t just stroll up to the pharmacy and grab some hemalog, novalog, lantis etc etc.  without a legitimate script.  Am I missing something here?    I can’t believe I got sucked back into this.

In Canada we can walk in and buy insulin without a script, no questions asked.

    Day 5

weighed in this morning at 182 . which is odd because i been eating a crap load of food the last 5 days since starting . i’m talking 4k cals a day .  but i feel 10lbs bigger in all the right places if that makes any sense.. so i must be losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. because i started at 183lbs. i’m not even super dry or anything ... also i’m extending the sust to 10 weeks now instead of 6.5 weeks because i felt that was too short .

no sides to note besides , low blood sugar attacks at random. esepcially toward the end of a workout. sucks. keep granola bars on hand because you’ll be in a shitty feeling until you get some carbs if you don’t bring them everywhere u go. i’ve controlled the blood pressure sides to almost unnoticeable with some extra hawthorne berry it seems, but i do already take a prescription that controls blood pressure for diff reasons so that’s definitely helping me as well i bet.

First I just want to throw this out there... Superdrol while a strong compound... is not that strong. And, not that I expect much difference lol but man that DIET. 4,000 Calories in of itself is not that difficult to hit with half decent food at that. Beef, rice, olive oil, bagels, nut butter, some fruit - that doesn't even include a pre workout meal, intra workout, etc... 4K EASY. Come on man ditch the damn milkshakes LOL

  4. I describe it kind of the same way I describe effective insulin usage - you want it in the background, and once you become aware of it (hypoglycemia or in DNP use - fatigue, big increase in warmth, etc...) you've gone a little too far and should dial it back. I think anything that becomes a hindrance to a training session is a no go, and thats what I found with DNP use during my earlier runs. And running it like I describe now doesn't affect near the same way which I think makes it much more plausible to run during say a prep.

  5. I prefer to keep DNP doses on the lower side, I've touched on this before I find the sweet spot to be 200mg's run for a longer period of time then high blasts of it. You mentioned it yourself, how shitty you felt. The higher doses affected my appetite and training far too much. At the lower spectrum, its as if its in the background and doesn't affect me at all - sure the results might not be as dramatic in such a short time frame but the retention in muscle mass for me is of utmost importance.

if you want to drop lower then continue on dieting - if you're happy then stay at maintenance, I'm not big into mini cuts.

  6. ALWAYS get blood work done. ALWAYS.

I think the choice to blast and cruise is an individual one - and not something that shouldn't be taken so lightly. As it could potentially mean you're on TRT for the rest of your life.

If you're going to take time off though, the biggest mistake I see is 1. doing a pct too early, 2. Not doing a PCT long enough and 3. They jump right back on. The point of a PCT is to actually come off AFTER the PCT lol

Personally, as a competitive bodybuilder I made the choice of TRT. And I usually stick around 125 or 250 a week depending on my blood work.

  7. In my experience, and with those I train artificial sweeteners have never been an issue - whether in testing BG levels or in representations in blood work.... and at least in myself I certainly don't limit them at all. Now, can they contribute to gut issues, I'd say yes however I think that is more individual.

One thing to keep in mind with these studies, or rather, the overwhelming majority of studies is that they aren't looking at people like us. And something worth noting as the connection is almost always made - Insulin in of it itself does not make you accumulate more fat. Insulin resistance can certainly be a detrimental thing, but that's another topic altogether.

Point being... its normally something until specific times that I wouldn't worry about.

Bodytech are good people, we've worked with them on multiple occasions and they have fulfilled orders for us and we have received nothing but positive feedback about their products.

I have no clue who Genetec is and personally don't care, many people know us and we are on nearly all the boards and are raws second to none and we provide bt with nothing but quality. This is nothing more than politics by disgruntled labs and boards who have nothing else to do but to be bitter against competition

    PPL

The politics between labs in Canada is crazy...

Anyone who knows anything about business knows that the people of your organization are a direct reflection upon it. And the longer they stay blind to it or choose to ignore it shows their true character. While I'm not going to comment on Genetec in general - affliction is nothing but drama and negative energy, I'm unsure of why any lab would want to associate with him. The methodology of trying to destroy the reputation of other brands to maintain your own speaks volumes about you.

  9. I plan to take a different approach, similar to how I would approach a rebound from a contest prep. For those of us who don't exactly have the best at home training setups especially (For those with actual training equipment at home - I would basically just continue on as normal). I'll basically continue on with my cruise for an unspecified amount of time - as the increase I'll be able to produce from the training stimulus will be more than sufficient, then when I've plateaued with the training then I plan to add in a blast. I am a firm believer in utilizing and maximizing one variable at a time.

Hi just knew to this forum hope can learn and help some ppl

I am on my thirds week cycle 12 weeks already seen some evolution but since this week i feel very tired did you know why or how maybe could help me about this i will talk about it to my coach thanks and nice to meet you all

    500 tes E

    500 equipoise

    400 tren acetate

    400 masteron prop

    dbol 60mg 6weeks

    winstrol 60mg 6weeks

HCG THIRD week since last week 1000iu/week

    Welcome!

I recommend starting a log or another thread and delve deeper into what you're doing for recovery/nutrition - as gear is only a small part of it. Without knowing anything about you all I can say is perhaps overall toxicity is affecting you. While no one compound is dosed highly... together you're over 2g per week. But it could be many factors.

I am thinking that my high cholesterol could be from the keto diet that I have been following since January. .

In all honesty my friend - excuse my brashness.. but unless you have ZERO clue in terms of what you're doing with your fat consumption then that could certainly contribute to it. BUT, and this isn't simply in regards to you but A LOT of people who use PEDs, will blame everything BUT the PEDs. Both test and ESPECIALLY Tren are notorious for raising LDL. So normally I'd suggest using any natural supplementation that can help in that area... to mitigate things. Personally, I'd get off the tren 100%, 1/2 your test dose and go see a doctor.

BT told me about their CBD too and reading your log I may give it a swing too!

Thankfully my inflammation winter phase seems to have gone done, I'm feeling overall better and only ancillary bonus drug I'm using is cardarine which I read in some cases helps with inflammation. However, winter time I have BAD inflammation, plus I had an accident and rehab work and well why not every little bit can help.

I have often found over the years my limited factor to strength and growth is not my muscle or food intake but how much I can push myself in the gym and joint aches, inflammation screw with me and so I always hold back... can only be young and foolish once lol

Not only would CBD be of benefit but also TB500 - Thymosin Beta has a systemic effect and is also great for reduction of inflammation.

  13. So overdue for an update! Since my last update life has been crazy busy!

Morning weight is hovering around 253-255. Pretty happy with the overall look and how im feeling currently.

Cycle has not changed. So please refer to above posts in regards to what the plan is.

Volume has stayed elevated, in fact I have added another set to the total volume, so now most are sitting around the 12-14 sets mark. My leg day has been changed, no longer have I included squats (free or smith) as they've been causing too much fatigue and nausea (which I've dealt with through adding some acid reflux meds) to be productive through the whole session, so I've switched those out for  hack squats.

Strength as still been increasing (slower due to volume) but I'm still pushing for PRs in this volume phase.

Recovery has been GREAT, I am a big fan of this CBD product. I've used a pharmaceutical grade CBD product before and I've gotta say this is just as good. Overall inflammation is much reduced, sleep is better - can recommend it enough. Especially where the DOMS are greater because of the added volume, I almost would consider this a necessity to anyone looking to push the volume of their training higher.

    I'll post a pic tonight!

  14. So guys, was out for a total of 5 days - ate nothing but a soup or two a day. Felt like death lol

So managed to get back to the gym so far for two sessions - both have been highly productive.

Once again, the way my training is currently structured is a slight reduction in strength in order to build up some training volume.

My chest volume has been brought up to 11 sets total (a +3 increase). Ran out of time for delts, so I hit that yesterday (went late - not enough energy for a solid leg session) and increased the total volume again by another 3 sets.

Today will be a rest day, as I'm quite sure from the previous sessions.

Weight is hanging around 246 in the morning as of now, slight bloat but feeling good.

I am also going to be introducing the new CBD tincture by BT into my daily routine and will give a review on how i'm feeling throughout the log over the next little bit.
