    Hi Corey,

IF has worked for me in the past with good results and I find the scheduling to fit really well into my average weekday. Depending on how things progress, I might look at re-introducing meal 1 and 2 as I track this along. Maybe as a weekend thing.

I was thinking to use the shake as a protein bench mark, but I do plan to throw 250-300g of Basa or chicken in there as an alt source.

My first post was pre-business trip. So a week of min 1 flight a day, bad jet lag, some drinking, and a few burgers I typically manage to go up around 5-10lbs from what I hope is water retention.  My next weight update should reflect a pretty hefty drop in lbs.

I was prescribed Synthroid a few years back (I was bottom end of the low range, so my doc put my on 100mcg as a "pre-measure") but after I moved I have not been able to get a good set of bloodwork done as were I live the doctors would rather tell me to "drink more hot water and dont eat cold things" then to issue a blood panel request.

On my next trip over to Canada I do hope to get in for a full hormone panel as it is long over due.

Good call on dropping the beef from my last meal. I think I will proceed with the chicken, shrimp or other seafood option outside of high fat sources. On the carb note, I was thinking about putting the pre-workout apple back in, but I get a little gun shy on putting a fructose based carb source there. Thoughts?

Thanks for the advise all around man.

I'm not a huge fan of IF simply due to optimizing protein intake - I don't particularly care for meal timing (unless we're talking optimizing everything - right now I'm talking very general), I do believe protein intake should be roughly every 3 or so hours depending on digestion to optimize MPS. In terms of weight loss, if calories are equated it really won't make a difference - so then I say its mostly down to preference.

Not that you were wrong to have the shakes in there - just for food volume while dieting you may want to consider switching at a point where hunger levels get out of whack.

My advice is then go to a walk in clinic - they may be a pain in the ass but they're more to the point in my experience, don't let a ill informed, or non caring doctor mess with your health. I have seem more skewed thyroid bloodwork than anything. The best adjustment that I've seen is a blend of cytomel/synthroid... everyone is different and some people do respond well to synthroid monotherapy, but to others a blend is preferred.

My mention of the beef, is simply to help keep calories consistent. I personally prefer to diet myself on a lower fat approach and keep carbs higher.

You could certainly add it back in... I have ZERO issues with fructose, and believe the benefits of having fruit in a diet drastically outweigh any possible negatives. THE ONLY thing I wouldnt be a fan of in regards to adding it in (at this spot) is the fiber content. My preference would be something easily digestible/low volume/sugary... like rice cakes and jam, or my personal favorite Rice Crispy Squares.

OK. So I am back from my biz trip. Got in about 11PM last night after a nice 14 hour flight.

Got up at 6am and took:

    1 Thermo Burn, 1 cranberry extract w/VC-VE, 3 TetsoFX, 1 baby asprin.

Just hit the office a few min ago and took 50mg Clomid, 25mg Aromasin, 500IU HCG.

A couple modifications in the plan:

    1. I have to fully come off my TRT for now.  I just got my last round of fertility results back and my motility some how dropped to 4% forward progression after it had rises to 14%, so that's confusing.

    2. I am going to switch to IF during the next 2-4 months.

    3. I am still hoping to knock my girl up asap so I can get back on HRT and keep my plan to add var and mast pre summer.  But that will also depend on how fat I am at that time as well.

    Updated Diet:

12:00-1PM: Shake (2 scoops Whey, 3 caps fish oil, 500mg VC, 600mg Calcium w/Mag, 1 tsp husk fiber), 2-3 cups mixed veggies

3PM: 1 8oz chicken breast, 2-3 cups mixed veggies, 3 caps fish oil, multi V

5:00PM: Shake (2 scoops Whey, 3 caps fish oil, 500mg VC, 600mg Calcium w/Mag, 1 scoop daily cleanse)

    6:30 to 8:00PM: Gym (BCAA)

8:30PM: 200g steak or chicken or shrimp, 1 cup rice, 2 cups mixed veg

Mixed veggies will typically be pulled from the following: asparagus, broccoli, cucumber, tomato, radish, spinach.

Training will remain the same as previously listed.

    Starting weight this AM: 246lbs

    Wish my luck.

Any particular reason for using intermittent fasting?

Just a piece of advice - not that it overly affects anything, but have you not thought about switching the shake and introducing actual food instead? Simply for the satiating factor. As I know once calories get low it becomes way easier once shakes are removed.

Did you do anything different from when you first posted? As your weight jumped nearly 8lbs since?

Are you prescribed synthroid? If so, do you routinely get blood work done to see if your TSH is in a good range?

Last thing, I'd just like to point out on your final meal that you are introducing a fatty source of protein alongside the option  of two leaner meats... I'd stick to one or the other, personally I'd just opt for the leaner (but I wouldn't have your carbs so low).

Lol, no typo my man.  My best lifts are Squat: 790, Bench:550, Dead:765

I just started this cycle.  Im currently running Test E 400, (800mg per week), Tren E 200 (400mg per week) and anadrol 50(1 tab per day).  Im usually pretty basic with things.  I might add in deca depending on my recovery and pain level.

I like it man, nice and simple... and damn impressive numbers!

@Corey5150 when I saw 500 my rotator cuff hurt instantly just thinking about that weight but gotta keep my manhood up lol

I've managed a 495 before... and this was when I was at my strongest, I remember throwing up 465 for a fairly easy 3, unracked the 495 and the instant feeling of "oh shit this is heavy" hit me lol

Had to add my latest experience to here.

1st of all customer service is killer!

Product is the best ive tried. And ive tried REALLY good Canadian labs over the last 13 years.  Other labs have been equal in quality with their test and/or tren or even most products but there was always one or two products from other labs that I suspected to be underdosed or mislabeled.  With BT I've tried a lot of their line and had my people try even more...albeit not their entire lineup but never a complain. Literally.  In 10 months..and ive blown thru a lot of juice this last month running test as high as 1400mg/week and mast as high as 1400mg/week also. Plus 100mg/day of Anavar and tbol.  Winstrol..dht..cardarine..clen...t3...yohimbine..npp..tren ace...arimidex...aromasin...superdrol. And that's just my usage.

But....With respect of being full disclosure and 100% honest.

I just began their EQ (300mg/ml) and test cyp400 along with mast E.

The eq and cyp400 both give the worst lumps and and PIP. ive ever encountered.

Am I gunna stop? Fuck no. Bc it's good shit and I cant feel it working. Atleast the test...and mast..thx to frontloading.  Im sure the EQ is also great once it kicks in.

But just warning guys that there's a reason pharma test is 100mg or 200mg or 250mg/ml. And EQ was 50mg/ml.  Its great that we have these concentrated compounds for convenience sake but dont bitch when it lumps up or gets more painful than usual for taking it.

With that said ive done loads of their sust350 earlier this year. Probably 10 bottles or so. And never had a real issue. And I pin EVERYWHERE....calves inner outer....biceps inner outer....delts front and side....pecs...outer lats....quads all four....hamstrings.

Everywhere but glute max oddly enough bc I dislike the pain there. But medial glute is great area nobody uses. Aka where they jab u with morphine in the ER.

As usual....highly recommend this lab.  Maybe just spend the $4 for a bottle of Inj b12 to buff it down a bit to help the pain if using highly concentrated compounds.

Just curious man, have you used a fair amount of the "newer" gear made with MCT oil? I know the first few weeks of transitioning - I had a fair amount of inflammation/PIP. But over time my body is used to it, no PIP anymore and frankly, would never go back to the old carrier oils.

The op stated blood presure may be a concern, and you suggest methyl tren?

Wow... good advice. A note to all, take everything you read on boards and web with a grain of salt and critical thinking.

LOL yet you look over the front load of 1.2g of test, 600mg EQ (which is KNOWN to cause the largest rise in hemocrit) and yet anadrol and dbol were listed? You think the added water retention will affect his blood pressure? You think him being over 300lbs won't effect it? Give me a break. All that I mentioned will affect blood pressure more than a 2-3 week run of methyl tren on training days only. And if he's really that concerned add in K2 (mk7) and carditone, his blood pressure will be in the perfect range within a month - month and a half. Hell if this is a conversation about health - we should be taking a completely different look at everything listed, as all steroids increase RBC count and negatively effect BP.

You know how I know? Because I have blood pressure in the similar range and I know what'll affect it more than others. But please proceed to tell how half his choices won't negatively effect his blood pressure. Sure go with anavar, but you know we may want to consider your cholesterol lol There are pros and cons to everything listed. He asked for a boost pre workout, why mess around with things that won't provide near as bang for your buck, and your main concern would have made more sense if it were toxicity.

  8. So went back to the gym first time on Saturday - Just getting a feel for everything again, and to my surprise not much of a strength drop-off. Yet, I know I still have some lingering blood levels. Either way, still happy for what the strength level was. Performance wise, I did start to gas out near the end, but thats expected.

Still having a nagging pain in my left shoulder - there's an amazing physiotherapist about two hours away that I'm going to make a visit to at some point. Other than being a minor pain at the beginning of the training session its nothing too bad and not noticeable when I'm warmed up.

So I think instead of typing everything out I'm literally going to post photos of my logbook (it'll also force me to continue to be consistent with it). Just so people know I don't write in sets other than my "working sets" and HS refers to Hammer Strength. Any questions shoot away!

  9. I'll answer some of these questions - but my honest advice is to do A LOT more reading if you don't already know some of these answers.

    1. Insulin by definition helps transport and store nutrients. So we can more effectively utilize amino acids, glucose, etc... through this mechanism we can achieve anabolism.

    2. Yes in every aspect. No one can answer that question as its dependent on so many factors.

    3. There are some people that need to take breaks every four weeks, and there are other ways you can utilize it that don't require breaks. Its largely dependent on how insulin resistant you become.

    4. Again, way too broad of a question. I actually prefer to utilize it in every window I can (when I do use it).

I 100% believe that just like GH insulin tends to be overrated, it doesn't produce the results most people expect, its not a game changer. Its a tool just like testosterone is.

Welcome brother, lots of knowledge here!

  12. So its the next day... man I was exhausted yesterday.

VERY happy with the look I was able to bring, pushed food hard and a valuable lesson that I've learnt is that it takes a TON of food to fill me out if I'm depleted correctly. Although, I won't get into what I did too much as I'll detail that in my YouTube videos.

So I won 1st Heavyweight and Overall Bodybuilding Champion - again very happy with how everything went. Here are some photos:
