start at 1 tab every 4-6 hrs, i remember hnelios back in the day. matter in fact, i did the inject

Ya, that's the other thing I was wondering about, the injectable. From what I have researched it was good for spot injections to target pesky things like belly fat. But after looking around I didnt see a source for an injectable that I would consider to be reliable or definitely legit.

Thanks for the advice on the dosing.

Hey no worries man, just passing on the content in case you hadn't seen it. I haven't tried it or looked into it at all really but I saw the video while I was looking at some other of Greg's stuff. Mostly (color me embarassed lol) I watch his food recipes hehehehehe

Take it from me, don’t ever inject 1.5cc sub-q. I was fine, but I had a big angry red lump for a couple of weeks.

    Spot on!

I see all these, what I will call, "new agers" lol, just parroting what a few key people are pushing about being able to SubQ up to 2cc at a time. Absolute rubbish! Just from a common sense standpoint think about that volume of oil laying there just beneath the skin in the fatty tissue. None of them have actually ever pinned that much but hey, the party line to tow for those peeps is that  , "No one ever has any problems pinning Test SubQ!" lololol

These are the same peeps pushing bag cream as the new be all end all way to get your Test Yup, smearing cream all over your sack every day is so much better than shots...bwahahahaha

    Hey All,

I have a ton of CJC1295 no DAC as well as GHRP-2 that I bought at least 3 years ago... its been sitting in a box in a closet for the entire time still in original packaging.. is it still good to go ?

    Nope.

Rule of thumb is freezer if still powder and fridge if it's been recon'd already.. You may be able to get  up to several weeks at room temp, for powders,  At 3 years though there's no way it's any good at this point.

  5. This place is no secret hideout for "people in the know" or anything but if you didn't know it was there you would drive passed it and never know. In fact the wife and I drove past I don't know how many times b4 we found out there was a conservation area there. It's just far enough off of the beaten track so you can enjoy the forest sounds and the water, free of traffic and other noise pollution.

That silly Kingfisher though, down there having his little bath in the spray, without a care in the world. That is something that I will treasure always. He knew we were there but he also knew he had 0 to fear from us and even if we wanted to harrass him (I'm sure some wankers try in situations like that) he would have been far too quick anyway. But there he was preening away and every once in a bit he'd look up to clock our position and make sure nothing had changed.

It was a ton more walking than I have done in a very long time but I'm really happy with how it went. A little surprised I got as far as I did too but I expect that by tomorrow morning I'll know just how much too far I pushed it. Meh, was worth it!

That’s beautiful man, must be nice to have access to something like that, looks very relaxing like any outside worries would melt away for the time your there.

Oh, Indeed. Like I said I am dog ass tired right now but in a great way....I realized I missed several but they are added now.

  7. The wife's folks visited today and we took themthe the conservation area in Lincoln, Ontario. Ball's Falls is beautiful to put it mildly. Had a great day out hiking and picnicking. First time I've been out in nature in a very long time. I'm wore right the fuck out but boy it feels good :{)=... He was a long way off but check out the happy little Kingfisher taking a bath in the misty splash from the falls.

@Francis "Frank" Castle Thanks man that was quite the read and I have to look into this as the pain is getting a little much to bear.

You're welcome. We are in a very similar spot just i got there a few years ahead of you and have been banging away at it for 12 years already. Honestly, without a lot of these PEDs, many of which are only fairly recent additions for me even, I wouldn't be on my feet at all. Part of my long term goal has been the elimination of all Pharma pain meds as well, not only for the deleterious effects but also the BS I have to go through just to get them. I was fine until I changed docs and then the nonsense started so if I can be rid of them and not suffer that's the ultimate prize for me.

I'm actually pretty damned close and as soon as I have the coin to trial this analgesic peptide I've been researching that may be the final nail to put this monkey on my back out of my misery! It's a custom synthesized peptide so pricey but after the first run the cost goes way down. If it works I can be pretty much free of the docs entirely! Except for MRIs, xrays, labs, shit like that I'm going to still need periodically.

Ok guys I need to be schooled  , I’m an old bastard and not new to aas but peptides on the other hand this old dog needs to learn some new tricks . Little background I have severe osteoarthritis in my hips and knees pain has been getting a bit much lately and I don’t want to keep killing my self with pain meds I know nothing short of surgical intervention will fix it but can any help take the edge off the pain.

So peptides aren't really the optimal PED for this. Other than the growth hormone production inducing peptides that could help by stimulating extra growth hormoe, especially if you are deficient, and if you have been taking pharma pain meds for any length of time then you are deficient in growth hormone. Just like the impact the opioid pain meds have on Testosterone levels they impact HGH in a similar fashion.

But SARMS now thats a different story. Ostarine aka Mk-2866 has fantastic repair/regenerative effects and I think that is likely the one you want to look at. Stacking with Cardarine aka GW-501516, is a good idea as well as the 2 together can be excellent for cutting extra weight, while maintaining lean muscle mass, which is a necessity. Every pound of "weak weight" is just extra wear and tear on your body. Get the weight down to optimum and eliminate antagonist foods from your diet ie things that cause or help cause inflamation for example. (Think processed crap and sugars)

My plan would be Growth Hormone production inducing peptides and the 2 SARMS stacked along with a clean diet and optimum weight. I think that would be the best way to attack it. Along with the Test/Other Test like stuff lol...

You could always supplement with actual HGH but its really expensive and you can easily overdo it whereas with the  GHRP style stuff youc an't really do too much or stimulate the production of too much HGH.

Don't forget your supplements too as there are many that can be very beneficial and most folks don't get enough. Like your Omega 3's. I know I preach Agmatine a lot but it's that good as well.

I must say that this is terrifying. I work in two hospitals and we use antibacterial hand gel all day but it contains hormone disruptors 😱

Do you imagine what this can do to kids?

Oh I know. Hitting them during development is a freaking ticking nuclear time bomb just waiting to go off in ways we couldn't even imagine yet or ways that we are already seeing yet no one has put 2 and 2 together on it yet!

Other than the basic glucosamine/chondroitin I'm not up to speed on the newer peptides that also might be a help in this area.

Basically I don't have too much pain - shoulders, knees pretty good, but I get some nagging/recurring hip joint pain.

Any thoughts/suggestions on some helpers for this?

Agmatine. But it's hard to find economically in the doses you need to run. It's great for inflammation and chronic issues. You need to take roughly 2.7-3 grams per day and avoid the run of the mil stuff that is full of Arcaine Sulfate. Anything that you see labelled as "AgmaPure", "AgMass", "AgMax",...I think that's all the trademarked names that are pure without the nasty Arcaine Sulfate. Omega 3 Oils are good as well stay away from any other Omegas. Most people are deficient in Magnesium so adding that can help as well but stick with things like Magnesium Bisglycinate, or Malate and away from the Citrate or Oxide which are cheaper but hard on your guts.

    Hey all,

I've been on a few Forums for years now. I came across this one and I see some people from CJM came here too so I thought I'd check out 🙂

Welcome. Enjoy the not retina burning green and black lololol...

As already mentioned, remember to thoroughly read the rules, pretty much just common sense...

    Hope you enjoy it here.

Well, 2 months later and blood test came back really negative. Still low test and the gel does not seem to absorb well for me. Plus, the stuff cost so much since it is new on the market, I will ask to switch to IM injections. Would not recommend it to anyone, it's a pain in the ass to spread it evenly in the nose, sometimes it will get out of the nose and then you pretty much loose some of the product, my nose is always irritated... Stay away from Natesto.

Ya, I haven't seen anything positive about it. Why is everyone constantly trying to re-invent the wheel right? Just like that knob DR Keith Nichols who spends all his time telling people that his "sack cream" is better than anything else in the history or forevere lol....He's pretty much a certifiable nut job if you take a minute to listen to him you'll get it but again, what, shots don't work? No by far!

  14. Lew from "Unbox Therapy" on YT  (great channel btw and he's Canadian despite being in the US now) reviewed these some time ago and they are the #1 selling earbuds on Amazon and they are cheap and have a great rating.

I'd rather stop reading the labels. Even in cosmetics for kids there are paravens or ingredients that play havoc with our hormones 😳

Ha! I said the exact same to the wife. I was like "this is going to drive me nuts reading all these labels and finding this crap!"

The doctor who was talking about this even said it's almost impossible to avoid 100% but minimizing your exposure anywhere you can is the best you can hope for. I have had the theory for years that part of the demasculinization of men wa spart of the era since oral contraceptives and our water supply. We use a "Zero Water" filter for our drinking water and have some other one on our shower head (can't remember the brand of filter". Our drinking watewr from the tap here had almost 300 ppm dissolved solids in it when we measured it. Thats just gross. With the Zero Water it's literally 0 and the taste is night and day. They way over chlorinate here where I am so the taste without filtering is shit. So it wrecks your coffee too. I can't even drink fountain soda in restaurants because of it (not that I really want to but sometimes they don't have decent sparkling water) as they rarely filter correctly not to mention flushing the lines. After working in bars/restaurants I know how everyone hates flushing the lines so it can get ignored way way way too often!

Got my pack yesterday. Well packaged, discrete, and all around terrific.

Did my first poke of BT last night. Test e, tren e, eq, and mast e.

Within 10 minutes I had a nice warm, fuzzy feeling. I know how my body responds to gear after 30 years - this stuff is 100% legit. Very, very, nice.

Ha! I think you are the first person I have seen post that, I thought maybe I was the only one or it was a bit of Placebo on my part but I get that same warm fuzzy, sort of a sense of well being calm, feeling when I pin. Even more so now that I have added a decent shot of Primo to my protocol.

    Cheers

Where do you boys and girls get your syringes? In the GTA area

Payless medical Canada has by far the best prices you'll find. their search is a bit of a PITA but other than them Surgo and Life Supply with Surgo having the better stock and Life Supply the better prices on what they have but again, Payless has the best prices and cheap $7 flat rate shipping.

@Francis "Frank" Castle I never thought of this... like you I am pasty as hell but unlike you I just burn and turn various shades of red though the summer. I hate wearing sunscreen because I always feel like I've been dipped in a vat of oil afterwards. Even though I hate wearing sunscreen it is a necessity for me. I will definitely think twice about what I'm smearing on my skin. Thanks for sharing!

We were able to find Banana Boat products at Shoppers Drug Mart and they are on sale for $9.95 a tube currently. Just make sure to read the label as all of them are not Paraben and Oxybenzone free. We got the "Sensitive" (White tube soft blue/green accents) product because the "Natural" one doesn't seem to be available in canada, or at least no one has it that i could find. Mind the smaller tube that says "Face" on it. It's the exact same product for more money in a smaller tube lol. Burt's Bees has some products as well but again not the entire line and strangely not the sunscreens. I was looking at them for my wife as pretty much her entire make-up table needs to go in the trash lol...

I always tell people that they overlook Proviron

Proviron works like Viagara/Cialis on me. I pop 2 b4 bed (50mg total) and come morning, even though I would normally now have good wood for the wife to avail herself of, it seems even that much more and I'm that much more again raring to go!

Isn't that a very low effective dose of stuff? Typically NAC I do 1200mg. But I'm not 100% sure of choline and inositol doses required to reduce liver stress during oral AAS administration.

I don't take it daily, but run a cycle of it for 30 days at 3g/day of Inositol and Choline each. I have a multivitamin that I take that has small doses of each for daily maintenance.

I take 12/day...so 3grams+. Even still, at these 2 being a 1 month supply, this still worked out the cheapest way to do it in Canada short of bringing in kilos of the stuff from China. I could buy bulk from the US but by the time taxes/duties etc got done with it ouch. So given the price for the month and the fact that this is really only necessary as a protocol perhaps 2x or 3x per year depending on how hard you are on your liver, this is pretty economical based on whatever sources I was able to find in Canada.
