Hello, I stumbled across this forum a while back and enjoy reading it so much I decided to join. I'm in my mid 40's and I've been lifting pretty much since I was 18. My wife passed 5 years ago and it's been really rough on me and my kids. I've basically not lifted in the last 5 years. But, I'm back! I'm 6'2 240, trying to reach target weight of 220 ideally. Fortunately, genetics have been kind enough to me to not have lost everything. My builds coming back, but let me tell all the youngsters out there 😉 lifting/recovering after 40 is a B!  Anyhow, I know it says no life stories, sorry. Glad to meet everyone.
