  1. So I'm currently sitting at 5 weeks out from Nationals. Thought I'd throw up a log for those interested. Did this whole prep using only BT gear. So far this has been my best prep to date. Weight has been holding steady at between 230lbs to 235lbs for the last 6 weeks or so, depending on how filled out I am. I do believe for the first time, I'm actually growing into the show. Only reason, I say that with confidence, is that while the weight is not moving, I'm getting leaner every week. Loving it. I attached pics of me at 16 weeks out wieghing 242lbs, to now at 5 weeks out at 235lbs this morning. Only a 7lb difference. In the leg pic (I know, needs lots of work), there is no upper body pump, was taking first thing this morning after a leg session. Diet has been steady at around 3000 calories a day. Previously was eating around 350g Protein, 180g Carbs on Lifting Days, 130g Non-Lifting, fats around 50 to 75g Carbs just got increased this week to 210 on Lifting Days, and 155 Non Lifting Days ( not counting veggies for carbs, these are just pure carb numbers) No cardio, except daily dog walks (about half hour, 3km). And just in the last couple weeks started doing 30 minutes stepmill two times a week on non-lifting days. For the last four weeks I've been doing a higher volume, 5 day bro split. Previous to that I was doing a push pull legs routine. I'm liking the bro split at the moment. A lot more volume, less rest time, more intensity (the way I've been training). I don't think (neither does my coach) that I was getting enough volume (per bodypart) in the push pull legs routine. Now to the good stuff. Started off with long esters. Ran Test E (250 per week to 375 per week ), Tren E ( 400 per week) and Mast E (400 per week), ran some superdrol in here also At about 6.5 weeks out switched to fast esters. Right now running: 50mg Test Prop per day 75mg Tren Ace per day 50mg Mat Prop per day 50mg Inj Winnie per day Orals: 50mg Proviron per day 75mg Anavar per day Switching from Inj Winstrol to Oral at 50mg per day (only because I hate extra injections, and want to try Inj. Stanol that I have on order) Also for the first time ever I've been running HGH. Just about to finish my first kit. Started off at 3iu per day split 1.5iu first thing in the morning pre-wrokout and 1.5iu pre-bed. Just last week I bumped it up to 4iu per day. So what can I say. The gear is awesome. I know everyone probably already knows it, but injecting with a 25g and it flowing like butter is no nice. I came from using a 23g and pushing so hard I thought that I was going to break the syringe. The gear is spot on. Doing what it's supposed to. The long esters were awesome. If it was up to me, I'd probably stay on them right till the end, but I'm following what coach tells me to and switched to fast esters. Everything still smooth and painless. HGH is fantastic. Never got tested, but what I noticed so far is that some tendinitis I had for weeks, went away after a few days, even on Tren Ace, I'm sleeping like a baby, and feel refreshed full of energy in the morning. Could be that I'm just getting old man skin, but I swear I'm getting leaner and leaner, and my skin has never appeared this thin before. No regrets here in making an investment in the gh. Can't wait to run it off season with some real food and see what happens. If anyone is interested, I will continue to log.   2. I'm definitely new to all of this but I can say with certainty that a change to a 25g needle should be a simple switch to make. Take the rest of this with a grain of salt. My guess is that you may be hitting the same area too frequently with a carrier oil your body finds mildly abrasive. I'm thinking that may be why the first had normal pip and the latter ones have this extreme pip.

  3. Hey guys want to let unknow that I ran syn cyp 500mg/week and eq600mg/week for about 4 months About And the gains were fantastic. Great lab and I had great service. The only gear I have ever used that the entire time I was using not one and I mean not one issue of pip. Again that’s only with the two compounds I was running. Great lab and would recommend to anyone.

  4. Ok. Syn pharma!What I usde: Var, Winny,Deca ,T400, Test E,Tren A,Test p, Masteron e, masteron p. Primo. Var and Winny do there job very good,pumps,viens, lower back pumps.Deca ,T400, Masteron E and primo great gear .Ok Im 60 yearsold I start do this long time ago. I will be back.Time to pump Iron.

  6. My bad. I ran their test e at 500mg a week for 12 weeks. Smooth injects no pip. Very pleased with that. Didn't get bloods done but felt great. Blew up around week 4, strength gains were great. Used their clomid and nolva for pct and everything came online as expected. I definitely plan on running syn in the future and would like throw another compound in the mix.

  7. Yeah I've tried it once. Packaging is top notch for sure. Looks great. Test was on point. Definitely one of the best and reputable labs out there.

  9. Skipping meals isn’t quite IF. But yeah, I agree you would lose weight with either or. Tho I do feel with weight loss sustainability is critical. Sure you could cut a bunch of weight starving yourself, making drastic changes or going keto. But, and it’s just my opinion, it should be done slowly, in a way you can maintain for years to come and without torturing yourself. I do have to remember not everyone has the same goals as I do. Maintaining muscle is very important to me. As is keeping lean while enjoying life and being happy with my nutrition. I do have some personal experience losing weight and understand the struggle. 4 years ago I was 238 lbs never worked out or exercised. Damn, I think I averaged, 3 double double (timmie ) and 12 Pepsi a day... it was effecting my health and happiness. Not to mention I have a beautiful young wife who I really wanted to stay physically attracted to me. ( at the time she was 25 and I was 34) it took me a year to get close to 12% bf and I wound up at 170 lbs. then I found the weight room and my passion me at 230+ with my kid and niece. 1 year later, close to 60 lbs lighter, felt so much better, looked better, was healthier. But now I had a fitness addiction! my bodybuilding transformation. 6 months between pics. And my current physique, off cycle and no flex. (2 months ago, 196 lbs 15% bf) Whatsup! If I can do this you can do it!! It’ll take time and consistency. You’ve already made the choice and your on the path to your goals. I love following along with this thread as it inspires me. I’m happy for you bro, you’ve started a new chapter in your book of life. It looks like there are several supportive and knowledgeable people here willing to help you. This forum will be a great tool on your journey. I wish I had something like this when I started mine. You got this whatsup! Changes are already happening!! Love following your thread.
