So far in Alberta they’re only banning gatherings of 250+ people. Schools are, as of this moment, still open. Our gym is still open. I suspect the schools will eventually close though.

It’s definitely starting to look that way. Like he’s huge. But that’s just not enough to carry him anymore. Plus he doesn’t have the most aesthetic look. Needs that conditioning.

i thought Ruffin should have taken classic, best conditioning on stage thought he had the best over all look as well.
wonder how 3rd place is gonna affect Ramy’s career going forward? Just spent the last year working to win this completion to put him back into Olympia contention. With no win.
Bonac definitely had this one on lock down.

Not sure it’s a help to you but since you asked I do 200mg once a week no ai. Never had any problems. In fact as far as sleep goes especially I find the cruise trt dose is way better and fuller sleeps than when I run gear. But as @funlog says that’s just my experience.

On sort of the same page, IMO next level stuff (if you’re not doing it already and youve already got a good handle on your diet) is a coach.
Diet. Workouts. Re adjusting as you grow to your goals. The works. All with the birds eye view.
Not saying you can’t push yourself, but like I said IMO having a trained pro with an unbiased eye really brings it up a notch when trying to reach your goals.
Of course this kind of stuff is usually if your planning on competing, Justifying the extra expense for a win. But if it’s in the budget it would definitely bring you to your next level.

So while it looks like they’re pretty interchangeable in a stack I’m curious from the dudes that have used both, in your opinion, is one any better than the other?
ive only ever used E (and P but that’s neither here nor there for this discussion) and I’ve always found it’s worked well for me, so I never bothered to try C, re thinking that idea as we speak tho...

I love this type of oil. Smooth. Was able to jump needle size down to a 25 with BT product with no prob. No pip. No lumps. Nada.
And I am pretty stoked and agree with @CapeBretonDadBod it’s the wave of the future. BT’s just running out front (as usual!)

Alberta just shut down schools and day cares. And city’s have shut down the city Public gyms and pools. It’s not gonna be long till they all go.
and that sucks ass, but I’m way more worried about not having anywhere to put the kids now. They’re not old enough to stay home.
This is getting out of hand. SARS or swine flu were worse, but they never shut down anything let alone schools and daycare.
