Had to slow down a little today I have a weird injury I can’t explain right side of my stomach half way up on certain movements I get a sharp pain or if I stretch or pull my abdominal muscles in it bothers me , I checked for a bulge i felt for one so I don’t think it’s a hernia .

I also want to thank Kratos for giving me the opportunity to review their products , good people there !

Had a great shoulder day today lifts are going up stopped and picked up the turmeric capsules to try , got all my meals prepped for the day so all in all it was a good day.

Well just pinned and getting ready for a back workout and some cardio and then pick the kids up from school then taekwondo for the evening . It’s the makings of a great evening .

Training is going great and I’m much happier the only time I’m depressed now is when I can’t get to the gym , wife is a lot happier too . I enjoy waking up in the morning now , is it sick that I enjoy the days I have to pin . Have to say thanks to my Doc Genetec for their spot on diagnoses

You will love the Madol brother you just need to find the sweet spot that works for you as we are all different.

Hi everyone nice guys from Kratos graciously sent me a few items to try out Madol and a few oils I haven’t used the oils yet but I did use the Madol at 20mg it a real kick in the ass I don’t imagine training without it now , tabs are well pressed not chalky or dusty none broken the dose seems spot on, communication was fast shipping even faster, rep was great to deal with, I will continue the review as I pin the oils.

Love it 20 mg is my sweet spot ! It’s actually working very well with my TRT which is on the high end I feel great. I should add the nice folks at Kratos pharmaceutical sent me a sacket to try works very very well, you will never want to lift without it.

Can anyone tell me how and if Madol affects sex drive ? It’s a new compound to me I love it . But I’m not sure of the effects on sex drive.

Finally able to get back on and back at this so it’s been a few weeks I feel much better more focused energy is up mood is positive and sex drive is back so 95% of the issues were definitely due to low t we have that all sorted out . Genetec Research played an important role in getting me back healthy and back to myself .

Had a great back day today did biceps also then did 30 mins of cardio I’m starting to feel a little better better mentally also, a wise person on here told me one day at a time and that’s how I’m living.

I use the waldon farms mayo so that shouldn’t be a problem some green onion and celery may be good

Hey guys life felt great yesterday very positive , had a great chest workout , got my cardio in , today is back and biceps with cardio . Had my eggs and oatmeal and primed to go. If anyone has any idea how to change the tastes of tuna I’m all ears I eat it the same way all the time. I pinned yesterday feel better but I know some of it is in my head lol we all know hormones don’t act that quickly lol but hey I’ll take it .

Ok guys having a great day here today it’s beautiful out , I’m excited for my boy he got picked to fight in the taekwondo tournament, today I’m actually excited to hit the gym today hitting chest , food has been on point . This is the kind of day I wish everyday could be . I want to thank you guys for all the positive vibes here .

Ok have been pinning Genetec Research for my recent TRT and have been using their sustanon 250 into the quad, I have to say I warm the vial and it pins through a 25g and it’s absolutely painless not even the usual sting of the short esters, A1 guys there great service fast response .
