Tremblingrabbit Posted December 4, 2019 Share Posted December 4, 2019 Starting a new cycle figured I’d post it here to hold myself accountable! 1000 test 400 500 deca 500 eq 50 tbol 3iu slin and growth 2x 20mk 677 20 cardirine gonna see how nasty I can get come summer time everything is Canmed of course 7 meals a day Meal 1 500ml egg whites, 1 scoop isolate protein , 2 cups sugar wise rice krispies ( blended with ice ) Meal 2 500ml egg whites , 1 scoop isolate protein, 100g raw weight oats , 1.5 tbsp peanut butter , 1 tbsp organic honey ( mix peanut butter and honey after oats are cooked) Meal 3 225g chicken , 200g potato, 1tbsp organic butter , 1 liter no sugar added orange juice ( not concentrate , real juice) Meal 4 280g steak , 1.5 cup rice , 1 cup spinach ( cooked and chopped up in your rice , cook rice in chicken stock ) Meal 5 ( pre workout ) 1.5 - 2 hrs before training - McDonald's 3 double hamburgers( no onions no pickles ) 1 large fry , 1 large diet pop Meal 6 280g chicken , 2 cups rice , 1 liter no sugar added orange juice Meal 7 500ml egg whites, 1 scoop isolate protein, 2 cups sugar wise rice krispies blended with ice 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Anyone in the 250+ range I challenge you to try it. Really starting to feel the drugs ramp up quickly.
