  1. Kpin’s BT log. This log will be made while using Bodytech gear only. This log will be primarily an experiment. This will consist of the same diet and training I’ve always done, only difference will be the gear used. Main objective: get huge. It will be fun to see the progress, stay tuned. I have just now done my first injection of all bt gear. This is what I injected and what my cycle will look like. 500mg test e (1mlx2 perweek) 900mg eq (1.5mlx2 perweek) 300mg deca (.5mlx2 perweek) 50mg dbol ed 25mg accutane ed 1mg adex eod Keep in mind I’m just recovering and coming back from a long time off of gear and training. Also keep in mind the gear will change through out the log, but the lab will never changed. I will be using bt and bt only for the entire duration. My nutrition will start at 4 meals per day and one shake post workout. With roughly and 80/80/20 split with slightly a bit more carbs. This will be upped by one meal every time I plateau or feel as though I’ll plateau soon. Sleep is always 8+ hours per night, and my stress levels are low at the moment. Training is fairly instinctive but I have a certain day for every muscle group. I usually take one day off and repeat my split that goes like this: Back Chest Legs Delts Arms Sometimes I’ll throw bis on the end of back day and tris on the end of chest day. As for progress pics, which makes a log that much better of course, I will try and upload ones taken in the same spot every time.   5. Lately I have been making stews and chilies to make simple meals that I can eat for a couple days without much hassle. Best one so far right now is my chicken stew. First I fry 3.5ibs+ of chicken breast cut into small cubes with garlic and onions. Then I boil 2 Packs of chicken bone broth. I add 2 cups rice, 2 cans lentils, one can chick peas, 2 chicken flavour soup cubes and finally the cooked chicken. I then let it cool down and serve it up. Theres a lot of parts to this that I think are good protein wise. “Chicken bone broth” not to be confused with other broths has about 60gs of protein a pack. With two packs that’s 120gs extra right there. Lentils and chick peas are a part of the bean family adding rice to them makes a more complete protein. I don’t really have to say much about almost 4 pounds of chicken lol

  7. Hey, I was a long time creeper on the other site. I never really posted anything....now I guess its time to give back. My main reason for finding NM and NL was for TRT - testosterone replacement therapy. I Believe I was low in T my whole adult life, had extreme anxiety, low confidence, low outlook on life. I found it hard to gain muscle until I started my first cycle. (mind you I was working out since high school with minimal to show for it) While on my first cycle I felt at peace...or at Zen lol... in the glorious house of GAINS. My anxiety went away and confidence shot up. My doctor gave me 3 blood tests about a year and a half ago and my testosterone was crashed. Came in at 8.6 , 6.1 and 8.1. While checking some of my old tests from when I was in my early twenties I also had a very low test result. AAAANYWAYS my numbers were "within range" and the doc didn't feel the need to supplement test. WHICH IS A LOAD OF HORSESHIT. I was supplementing my energy with 3 double doubles a day as I work a pretty hard construction job. The high caffeine led to a number of other problems as my sleep was getting fucked up. So instead of offing myself I took matters into my own hands and got my own test. I got a couple of vials from a shit lab/over power lab and had some of the most violent zits on my backs. They gave me the finger and dropped gang signs when i popped them. Then I decided to switch forums and found a way better supply which I felt was properly dosed, zero pip and zero sides at a TRt dose I have found a shit ton of new info for TRT that i have found value in and I will share later today/ this weekend. I can't wait for others feedback / discussion on some points I have found. I hope it helps people and adds to peoples protocol. I am also trying to conceive with my wife and it is not going well so I can also add some points for fertility while on trt. Also, I promised my rep )6 months ago) to do some reviews and I will also complete later today.. ANyways off to work... Have a good day

  11. Easiest way to remove nose hairs is with needle nose pliers, when you pull a bouquet of hair from your nose it actually hurts less that pulling one at a time.
