  1. Hey guys, can anyone aware me of any decent appetite suppressants that actually work and isn’t meridia? I’m having a helluva time with this cut for some reason.
  2. I just rock out an eca or ecy stack when cutting, bulking then just caffeine and a tuna sandwich i can’t take most preface preworkout, every one of them fucked up my stomach. I used to make my own but then stopped
  3. I always have a shake post workout, more from habit than anything. But the anabolic window has been debunked for a while
  4. Yeah I tried it for 2 or 3 days several years ago. Garbage training, the only time I can see this type of training being somewhat useful is trying to bust through a plateau just to shake shit up, and even then it’s sub par. The rep ranges are stupid and by the time you get the useful ones (10) you’ve already exhausted your atp or glucose stores to make them count. I like the guys philosophies we’ll enough, but he clearly uses AAS, which is fine(considering where we are), but he promotes his programs and supplements with his results as being all natural which gives a lot of new people false impressions and unrealistic expectations , which can turn people off when they don’t get the same results. Such as his 3 month muscle building trainer, when it first came out there was a short clip about how he set out to build 8 pounds of muscle but ended up building over 20, which isn’t possible while going natural at his age and given how many years he’s been hitting the gym. He got in a lot of flak over that and that little clip was removed. And he gets real defensive and butthurt when asked about it (I’ve spoken with him several times over Facebook and on bodybuilding.com forums)
  5. I IF, have for years. Got caught up in the faux hype a few years ago, but i like it. It works well for me, because I realize it’s nothing more than an eating protocol, and utilize it as such. But I also work out fasted, aas cycling or otherwise. And because of my work getting in meals is tough so I push off breakfast as long as possible. Its tough at first but you get used to it after a week or so
  6. Here’s my now improved recipe exclusive to Northern Lifters! I’m an ex-chef of almost 20 years, and since moved on to another profession but this will be one of many protein recipes coming your way (eventually). in one bowl mix together; 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 scoop (45grams) of protein powder (I currently use muscle tech snickerdoodle flavour ((not the greatest))) 3 tablespoons coconut flour 3 tablespoons chocolate chips 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional, I use because of my flavoured protein powder) 8 tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter (could use 1/4 cup peanut butter but it’ll be a higher calorie count per cookie and the macros on the bottom will be different. Trust me get the PB2!) In another bowl thouroughly mix in; 4 tablespoons water 6/8’s of a banana (yes it’s weird eat the rest it gets overpowering if you use the whole thing) 1 whole large egg and 1 egg white 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Beat until smooth then add all the dry ingredients and mix well. It’s a very wet batter, that’s how it’s supposed to be. Give a baking sheet a light spray of pam and divide into 12 cookies (usually a soup spoon per cookie) and bake at 375 for 6-7 minutes, depending on your oven. If you like them wet bake a little less, dryer bake longer per cookie; 85 calories 6gram protein 12gram carbs 2.5gram fat i ate two before I took the picture

  9. Ive had both tennis and golfers elbow in my right arm for a couple years now. Tried everything; physio, putty, exercises , theraband flexbar, you name it. Currently getting cortisone injections every 3’months. They usually work but I think the radiologist screwed up and missed the mark a couple weeks ago, because it’s back. i too work a man lab job, so I feel your pain (no pun intended). My dr has me in for a referral to the orthodontist specialist in a few months to discuss surgery or other options. Currently taking naproxen 500’s with some kind of stomach protection, and it helps a bit.

  11. Not a bike but I (finally!) just bought my Taco last month. I’ve wanted one for years. I had to bite the bullet because my ‘14 Ram was a lemon, bad timing for it all but #noregerts My wife’s an accountant so it was tough justifying it to her, but in the end we were losing too much money on that fucking Ram so she cane around. Little does she realize the amount of dollars I’m going to sink in on mods for this truck........
  12. These guys are amazingly outstanding with their customer service. My rep should be giving seminars to other business representatives on how to conduct themselves. Whatever issue has come up (including the NM drama), it has always been solved or addressed in a very timely manner. The Test Cyp is right on point, my numbers always match up. Aromasin works as intended. A+ lab.

  15. Hi, and welcome. I’d be curious to know about being on trt that young. Im on the same dosage as you are except 8 years older. I should’ve been on it at your age, but no doctor would entertain that idea back then.
  16. Likewise! I tried hitting up a gym last year for , like you said, the social aspect. After an hour I was annoyed and went home. We should totally get a thread going, I’d love to see other people’s set ups! I’m out camping and don’t have an up to date picture because of the move, but after the weekend I’ll post one up for sure
  17. Hey guys, new to northern lifters but I’ve been around some of the other fitness forums for a while now. I’m recognizing a few guys from NM so hey ? Im 37 years old , been on trt for a couple years, been lifting for about 10 and own all of my own equipment in my garage. Im allergic to shellfish and hate caramel
