  1. CHECKING IN: I'll try and get my macros posted here in a little bit. I had to do ultrasound and xrays this morning. gotta take my son to the dentist in a bit too.. hopefully be able to hit legs/shoulders/cardio today. busy errand day, fml. i wish i had someone else to help sometimes.
  2. Had a decent workout. really good pump.. the swap from my old lab to BT was smooth as fuck!! super happy. not working on any PRs at the moment but, still no decrease in strength, yet.

  4. chest/cardio today post macros up in a bit.. i'm probably gonna head to the gym here in about a half hour.
  5. flank is underrated. i started eating it again but, you really gotta cook it medium or under otherwise, it gets too flippin' tough.

I am taking today off from the gym. play date today and, i typically do not go on saturdays anyway. for some stupid reason i thought it was sunday lol i did however, wake up in a lot of ovarian pain. i don't know if my period is coming? ovulating? or dehydration. i however, took some t1s, chugged a fuck ton of water, laid back down for 45 mins and i feel much better. still a little crampy but, manageable/tolerable pain now. weight this morning 163lbs. late, late start to my day but, that's okay, don't have much to do.
  7. Macros are the same as yesterday. I only had time for 20 mins cardio today
  8. not one hormone is geared to, cutting/bulking, that's diet. i also wouldn't just jump into a 'bulk' ... i would reverse diet, then add gear. and i am not going to suggest anything because, that's all personal preference. you need to figure out what you're doing and pick a hormone and stick to the plan.
  9. Just some side notes for myself: Still no period. it's been since October 2018 Acne, getting better. voice, calming down sex drive, still... I don't know.. not as fuckin high but, hasn't crashed yet. hair, breaking, like crazy. i don't know if that's my own doing or, gear related. time for a cut, my ends are horrible hmmm... i've been anxious the past few days. but, not gear related. nose bleeds... not everyday but, still getting them, those are not gear related. I don't know if i mentioned my in my previous log about them but, i am seeing a specialist next month, i want it cauterized. I also have a xray booked for my knee and shoulder and a ultrasound for my shoulder this up coming wednesday. i haven't weighted myself, i will tomorrow morning. and, i guess i am fasting now since, my calories have gotten so low, my last meal was pretty much at eight and, i won't have breakfast until like, 7 - 830am.

  11. deep cleaning day, i'll post marcos up in a bit my wrist/forearm are super bad today. had to take codeine. just finished putting peas on it. hopefully this heals up soon or, i'll be stuck with this pain for life. i should've told the doctor last week
  12. if you are trying to conceive, then why would you contemplate gear? what do you mean you're struggling with your stomach? also, might want to look into clomid treatment for conception. has you guy been tested for sperm count? I also want to note, i have zero experience with Proviron. It is something i'd like to try as well. musclemama and beauty both have experience with proviron though. they'd be your go to for experience talk.
  13. So, today I finally noticed the changes in my body. I am going to continue with just maintaining where I am at for a little bit. i took those few days off from the gym and squated today and I wasn't happy with my squat sucking ass. got 235lbs for 8. should've been hitting that for 10. anyways, half hour of cardio, squats and some stiff legged deads with shoulder raises and upright rows. nothing too crazy yet. still gotta take it easy with my knee.
  14. Macros And since I had sibutramine.... I didnt eat much. Didnt hit my macros. Missed eggs ans beef. Also having vodka. Need to unwind. Been a fukkin weird weekend again.
  15. meathead in a dress.. uggghh, hate dressing up but, had to for the court house on friday I'll try and be back and post my macros. took some BT sibutramin so, haven't really ate much and, don't plan on eating much today. time change fucked with me too. I also had vodka last night. and 20mins of cardio today. I might go back and do a second round
  16. I want to lose it on this fucking paypal app. and coinbase. i've fuckin had it. i just want to bring my money from the states to here. Paypal decided to fuckin be a cunt and wont confirm my phone number. and coinbase now has to confirm my photo id. why is this just litterally walking in circles all day.
  17. Took thursday, friday off from the gym. Yesterday ended up being a binge day. I will probably only do cardio today. I have to let my wrist/forearm rest along with my knee. I've been in bad pain for a few weeks... few days off should help
