Pre-workout I eat a bagel, a banana, and 4-6 egg whites. Plenty of bcaas, electrolytes, and carbs - so water only intra-workout for me, science be damned lol

When I competed, I always was very helpful and supportive towards fellow competitors. I learned this valuable lesson from playing golf intensely with my brother. If we cheered eachother on, we both played better. If "stinkin' thinkin'" entered in, we played worse. The power of positivity. Great post all around. Back in the day, my diet for 12-14 weeks was: 2 chicken breasts and 3 sweet potato 7x/ day, gallons of water - that's it...seriously. I did ok, went up to Level 3, but then shit got real lol...beyond my desires anyway. Cheat afternoon was Saturday...ate everything and anything...then back to it.

I do sub-q once in a while. No more than .5cc. I read a study that said trt is more effective sub q...something about only needing 80% of the regular i.m. dose. So 100 mg i.m. would equate 80 mg sub-q. I just did my usual .4cc (125 mg test e) both i.m. or sub-q...never noticed any difference.

It's real. I've been juicing a long time and I am sensitive to what happens...warm n tingly for about 20 minutes, post-pin

Yeah your experience seems similar to mine. I won't touch it again. Started BT and tossed the newport. BT is legit.

Got my pack yesterday. Well packaged, discrete, and all around terrific. Did my first poke of BT last night. Test e, tren e, eq, and mast e. Butter smooth and ZERO pip. Within 10 minutes I had a nice warm, fuzzy feeling. I know how my body responds to gear after 30 years - this stuff is 100% legit. Very, very, nice. Will post again in a month or so to provide more feedback - will be positive, I have no doubt. Thanks for great service and quick delivery BT!

I take 1 baby aspirin ed and cialis 5mg eod (and some weeks only M/Th). This combo makes me pump like a champ in more ways than one.

Please, no flaming lol. I have run Newport gear in the past (2017) used their test e, tren e, primo, winny tabs, proviron, turinabol, anavar, and cialis. I got it from a local "rep" at my gym. All were decent except for cialis which was inconsistent - not every tab in the packet was potent. All in all, pretty good for ug. I got some stuff about 3 months ago - sustanon, anavar, proviron, and cialis and quite frankly, it seems rather anemic to the point of being bunk. Once I get my BT gear, I'm tossing the Newport. Anyone else have feedback on Newport?

I do. Works fine for me, but everyone is different.

Intra workout - water

I run low dose for trt and blast. Trt is 125 1x/wk cruise and if I “blast” it’s 250 (1cc) test e, 40 (.2cc) tren e, 60 (.3cc) EQ, 40 (.2 cc) mast e for a total of 390/wk...1 poke on Monday am. After 30+ years, I’ve built enough muscle (for me) that low dose does me just dandy. I have done the high-dose, pin ed thing...I like to just pin once a week now.

Agreed. Draw with a 1" 20Ga., and shoot with a 1" 25Ga. The 20 won't obliterate the stopper after multiple draws, and the 25 won't cause much, if any scar tissue. If you can, throw in 25 mg of proviron ed to keep shbg low and it also keeps estrogen at bay. Just my opinion.

I've dealt with polycythemia because of trt...my nephrologist told me to donate blood regularly. Works like a charm.
