I’d youre feeling that depleted and need to “heal up” I’d actually advice being out of the gym for a bit, come down to a cruise - lower your carbs, increase your fats - basically creating more of a stimulus for growth by reducing overall stress and inflammation. Still training arms light (the pumps with that igf des though frig). Still have some sore joints, but that is part of the game, but it is limiting my presses obviously. Anyway, just an update.
