i find it best to be carbd up prior to the workout
only time I’ve noticed a benefit of intra workout carbs and well it’s necessary is when I’m smashing insulin
I can basically pull bloods at will. It’s just costly. I’ve found a naturopath who will write the req’s but I have to pay for the visit and the blood work.
and yes non biased testing is the best. Better yet unsuspecting unbiased testing.
