  1. I like it, but when you put it on another bench it makes the bench high so it would be good to find a lower bench frame.
  2. I have a home gym. Rogue Power rack, glute ham developer, supported chest row, 5 to 120 lbs dumbbells, flat bench with thompson fat pad, adjustable bench, elliptical, concept 2 rower, trap bar, ohio deadlift bar, qbar, ohio power bar, multi grip football bar, safety squat bar, inversion table, axle bar, tons of bands, about 1000+ lbs of free weight plates, a few kettlebells, cable pulley system for tricep pushdowns etc, uh that's all I can remember off the top of my head. It is everything I need and want to be able to train, been training at home since 2006 and it was the best decision in term of training I ever made.
  3. Have you tried Apple Cider Vinegar. You take 2 tablespoons in water 3 times a day. Give it 2-3 weeks to see if it brings down your BP but you have to take it forever if it works. What is your BP anyway? I have been drinking acv for over 10 years now and I will never stop.

  5. I would really like Tapatalk, I use my phone most of the time so it would be easier.
  6. I like test, EQ, and Masteron. Then Anadrol for about 4 weeks pre powerlifting competition. I don’t like to get bulky and sloppy anymore so I try to get clean gains. Stay around 12% bodyfay all the time.

    Hello

    I have been on other forums, training since I was 13 years old and now an old 43 year old. I have competed in powerlifting since I was 23 and still do, love it.
