  1. Being organized is calming, the opposite is chaos and causes extreme anxiety for me.
  2. Looking good, keep up the hard work! Jacked girls are the hottest.
  3. Welcome to the board, always nice to have new members
  4. Could be many different things. Appendix jumps out but I am not a doctor. Or it could be a muscle strain but if it hurts a lot you should get it looked at.
  5. Give us a nice front and back double bis pose.
  6. Good to hear. You can always ask for a copy of your bloodwork results, it is your health and your business for them to give you. I get copies of all of mine, if you get it done at Dynacare labs you can pay online yearly, I think $25, and then you can view it yourself and print it.
  7. Is there any risk to doing the biopsy? If only minor risks like usual stuff such as infections then I would do it to rule out the kidneys being the cause of high blood pressure. That being said, it is completely your decision and your health. Did he do all the kidney blood work? Creatinine, egfr, urea, etc? How did those come back?
  8. Proviron is a nice little bonus to trt. I find it boosts up my libido nicely at 50 mg a day. I don't see other gains per say but it just makes me feel good.
  9. Lets see some progress shots of you
  10. You will be good. Just go for it, do a cut and see where you end up. I bet you will like what you see in the mirror. Get jacked and let us see. Jacked women are so attractive. Then lets get you into powerlifting!
  11. Looking good here, nice and thick. I am sure you will keep a good amount of size but some will go when leaning out. Generally the arm size doesn't change much. THe funny part is people will often say you look much bigger once you lean out, they see all the muscles more clearly defined and the vascularity comes out. I am looking forward to seeing where you end up.
  12. So how long do you run test at 1000 mg a week or more? And then how long and what will your blast be?
  13. How long are you blasting for? And what do you cruise at? I love halo as a preworkout leading up to a competition in powerlifting. I used to take 30 mg about 45 minutes or so before and I will do this again for my next competition.
  14. @Frostislandking yes I have tried anadrol and loved it for strength. Strength went up in 1 week but unfortunately I had to stop it at 3 weeks because my kidney values were out of whack. They returned to normal one month after stopping but I think I can no longer run anadrol at my age. For halo I run it as a preworkout on training days only at 20-40 mg, this didn't cause me any issues so I may try it again but stay at 20 mg preworkout. I have read that guys use halo only the week leading up to the powerlifting meet and see a jump in strength.
  15. Do you train at home then? If so, all you need is a power rack, a good texas power bar, lots of weights, and a bench that can be moved into the power rack to bench. Set up a 4 day a week program based around the main lifts. You could do a squat and assistance day, a bench and assistance day, a deadlift and assistance day, and then a fourth day could be shoulders and assistance. If not prepping for a meet stick to 6-8 rep range on main lifts for 3 sets, try and do 4 week cycles increasing weight each week by 5 lbs or so. That is just a basic idea for you to start with.
  16. Best oral for strength for me is Halo for sure. That shit is amazing in a short period of time, just keep an eye on your BP and liver values.
  17. For me I no longer sloppy bulk, I am too old. lol. But for a nice clean bulk I love plain old test and anadrol, test cyp at 750 to 1000 mg a week and anadrol at 100 mg a day. When I did this last time I had to stop the anadrol after 3 weeks, kidneys weren't happy. Luckily bloodwork came back great a month after stopping the anadrol but I think I can no longer run orals other then anavar.
  18. Just seeing this now. Looking thick and strong. Nice to see more women on here. Have you ever done a powerlifting competition? That's what I do.
  19. Stan Efferding believes you should never take any AIs or SERMs. He says they hinder your performance and ability to build muscle and strength. I dropped my AI to 0.5 mg of arimidex twice a week and I don't increase it when I blast, I always keep it the same. I can tell you that I feel much better and my libido and erections are much stronger since allowing my estrogen to climb a bit. I haven't seen any negative side effects and I have been doing this for over a year or so now. Maybe try cutting your AI dose in half and see how you feel. My doctor also prefers higher estrogen, he wants it close to the top end of the normal range ideally.
  20. Looking jacked bud. Any planned competition or just training?
  21. Looking forward to seeing what you can do. Hard to see a difference between your two pictures because one has a shirt one. Keep at it and don't give up, if you give up you lose. You can get to where you want with hard work and eating clean. Time ti kill that shit. I will follow along.
  22. I respect that you want to gain and improve but seriously you should really cut some fat for health reasons. No need to run any compounds right now, just train hard but cut your calories back. If you are 300 lbs I would try to get down to 240 lbs before running gear. I bet you could easily drop 10 lbs a month just cleaning up the diet a bit and training hard, no need for cardio either. Keep protein high and drop fat and and carbs. Don't drink any juice, pop etc. Only eat your calories for now. Lean meats, veggies and fruit.
  23. Looking like you are progressing well, keep up the hard work. Since you are dropping DC, are you lowering compounds as well or still keeping them high? What are you going to run?
  24. I take s hit load of vitamins and go to the chiro weekly for adjustments, neuro acupuncture, art, shockwave, etc. I take two tablespoons of fish oil a day, glucosamine, msm, vitamin D3. If your kidneys/liver are in good shape try taking an aleve morning and night. It does wonders for my aches and pains of the joints. They all literally go away after about a week being on it. The problem is that aleve is hard on your kidneys so I stopped taking it.
