I might add that pull-ups with rings are what I would consider the purest form.Think of a back double bi pose....put rings in those hands....difficult.

I used to do ring dips as part of every pressing workout.Important to have the shoulders forward imo.A large bb’er and strongman competitor from BC admitted on CBB that he couldn’t support his near 300 lb frame doing ring dips.I did these every day as a young teen.I came across a guy in a rack using them,told him I hadn’t done any in 30 years or so....I struggled.
