  1. Alright, I'll be the first. I know it's mental to be training in this shit and I know few years back some of these asian kids used to train in hypoxic masks (killing their brain cells pretending we're on a mountain and all) but now that COVID is here we got no choice.

    I've literally spent an hour on amazon and can't decide what the hell to get. I know I need at least XL as anything smaller doesn't fit my face. I got a wide/big head, wouldn't believe it until I tried different sizes. Wife bought a bunch and none fit me.

    I obviously need it to stay on and not snap, as the regular surgeon masks the string that goes around the ear keeps snapping on me and a lot of the 'home made' ones that stores sold were too small to go around my ears and wouldn't cover my mouth/nose and would keep falling off.

    The other factor is obviously I don't want to choke myself out and pass out from hypoxia. My first workout I wana do is deadlifts and squats without a doubt, missed it.

    I was down to this one but I have a feeling this shit will fall off my face/ears...

Ontario has announced plans to allow health clubs in several regions to open on Friday, July 24th. In turn, our plan is to open the ten clubs we operate in those regions (see below) on that date at 6 am, assuming the province remains on track to allow this.     The club hours for now will be:

    • Monday – Friday            6am – 8pm
    • Saturday & Sunday        8am – 5pm

    While closed, we’ve been working on changes aimed at making our clubs the safest place you can work out. Please watch our video - it shows you some of the changes we have made to our processes at these clubs - and also make sure you are familiar with Ontario’s guidelines (Reopening Guidelines) Here are some changes you can expect for now:

    • Face coverings will be required at all times, unless otherwise permitted by local rules. Please bring your own face coverings. We will be checking at the door.
    • Physical distancing of at least 2 meters should be practiced at all times, even when wearing a face covering.
    • For everyone’s safety, stay home if you have a fever or are symptomatic. Workers will be screened to be certain they are not experiencing symptoms such as fever and that they have not had close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19.
    • Building occupancy will be capped at 50 people at any given time (excluding staff) to allow for proper social distancing. so please limit your workout to one hour. We are keeping track of the capacity through our check-in/check-out system.
    • We ask that everyone check in one by one and use contactless check-in. Our LA Fitness mobile app has a feature that allows for this and will also alert you if the club is at capacity and when there is space available for you to enter.
    • We have closed off some equipment to comply with physical distancing requirements.
    • We ask that you bring your own towel, mat and water. Use of water fountains will be restricted.
    • The basketball court is open, but only for workouts (not for playing basketball).
    • Some amenities may be closed, including the Kids Klub, squash courts, showers, spa and sauna/steam room. The pools will be open soon but usage limited to one person at a time in every other lane.
    • Please consider arriving at the club dressed in workout attire, as locker availability may be limited. If you use a locker, please sanitize it when you are done.
    • Participation in group exercise classes will be capped to ensure attendees can remain at least 2 meters apart, as required by provincial guidelines. Class times will be spaced to allow for additional cleaning in between classes. You may also be required to sign up at the front desk in advance to reserve your spot in the class. To help manage capacity, classes will be scheduled at non-peak times.
    • All staff have been trained to participate in cleaning and disinfecting.
    • All staff will be wearing masks and gloves (when necessary).

    We also encourage you to help keep yourself and your fellow members safe by familiarizing yourself with, and following, current local and provincial guidelines. As such guidelines often stress, please do not visit the club if you are sick or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, and consider postponing your use of the club if you are an at-risk individual.

    Oh good news, my local gym is reopening Friday! I want to deadlift and squat! I'd love to get sponsored by BT again  @BodyTechPharma hint hint 😄

    Masks will be mandatory and 50 people at a time at the gym limited which is fine by me and I think that'll be great, less people the frickin better! They also said some equipment will be off limits so I have no idea what to expect... I wonder if they'll allow face shields instead of masks... I don't know how I'll feel trying to train with a frickin surgeon's face mask... I'll probably pass out deadlifting and squating lmao holy crap

    Also my right shoulder/arm is totally fucked... I can't operate my right arm I wanna f'n cry... I have to get a new family doctor as my old one literally died (was a good man...) and then COVID screwed everything up... I need an MRI and some real help for this shit...

    A few competitors I knew told me about PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy... and at the time (not gonna name who) told me a few years ago he could hook me up for $500 for one treatment but at the time i was like too much money... but now I don't know.. I am desperate... I haven't been around competitors in a while... and I honestly don't know where to look for this as it's not like you go to a doctor and ask for this shit.

    I just touched my right arm (bicep/shoulder insertion area) and it's inflamed as fuck I can feel it....

  4. Btw one time I ran 800mg for a few days, I had to call in sick, lock myself in a room with AC on full blast 247. Felt like I was dying. Fuck that. I was an idiot and young. Yeah the results were deadly fast... pun intended... but fuck that. Never never never again. I never go beyond 400 now and it still feels like hell. Also last time I did it was this past winter before COVID, and before that YEARS... I just got shreded simply by training consistently hard, good eating and once in a while clen on and off....

    With the whole COVID ordeal I became a fat fuck now... it's tempting but no way... I will just have to take the long long long way back 😞 You are nuts to run this shit in summer imo

    Oh and I know the feeling, after you stop it, bloat goes down, you feel good at the results and feel like life was breathed back into you and you feel great, but the time of dread and feeling like death never makes me wana do it again. Tough... that's how this life is, gotta give to get lol

    Almost all orals are toxic, exception of a few but they are weak.

    However all orals are still pretty much toxic to an extent, really have to worry for the ones that are methylated or double methylated (superdrol).

    Also yeah, if you want overall well being, sex drive, etc... you could do it twice a day, I use it for working out mostly so I dose preworkout. But sometimes I have done it first thing in morning then preworkout. Always worked for me best preworkout for my intents. Gives a mental drive, aggression focus to workouts.

     

    Also if you want it for HRT type purposes, probably better to use what is normally used for HRT purposes, well being and libidio that's proviron. I like DHTs alot personally... anavar, stanolone, masteron, well superdrol technically is based off of a modified DHT. I think you can try both and see what works for you, proviron or stanolone.

  6. Continuing two more... So... I am having ASTONISHING BAD PAIN in my right shoulder. It's the bicep to shoulder connection area not pec.

    I don't know what to do other than rehab stuff I started doing last two days too... I was doing actual rehab before covid for two months and i was no where near healed then full stop, stopped working out and rehab for 4 months. Two months in my shoulder pain came back without me doing anything.

    It's bad to the point I have trouble moving my right arm around... can't raise or rotate it's devastating and depressing.... 

    So today as I am typing all this I am in pain. Yesterday when I did some band stuff, I felt better and was able to do pushups, yet... it comes nad goes it never completely goes away. Not a nerve... because it's so debilitating I can't rotate my arm 😢 or move it around. Wife finally realized I am in pain and not exaggerating. i never exaggerate I just say things. I mask/hide my own pain, but when I say its painful its painful beyond bearing.

    I've been wanting to do MRI or something... but I don't like how everything is so busy with COVID nor safe....

    I took no caffeine/albuterol and I felt fire this night. I did take 10mg cardarine preworkout and as usual 1 var and 1 stano, but usually caffeine and alb are what fire me up, but I felt good.

     

    Long story short today I woke up in f'n pain in my right shoulder, yet I felt amazing yesterday after doing some cables. Pushups were NOT an issue so I feel like this pain is the bicep to shoulder insertion... what do I do????

  7. LOL continuing where I left off. I am banned from computer when wife is keeping me busy 😄

    Also I forgot to mention but I bought plates Friday prior:

    So now I can load up to 97.5lbs onto the little bars. Can't do 10lbs I forget why now, but the 10lbs are thinner and the 2.5 if I added both would not thread the bolt (too long of a configuration need a longer bolt). Would suck to have all those plates crashing on my body or legs can't risk it. Oh and despite being the same brand they are not the same. The ones I have are really one off unique. I wish I could find more... Mine are true 1" thick and 1" inner diameter. These are 1" inner diameter but their outer diameter is bigger and their thickness is less than 1". WEAK!

    I have pictures but too much work to transfer from phone, I might later on.

  8. Long overdue update, had shit go down in real life. So a bit of story telling to come lol.

    My family after not seeing me for over a week said I somehow looked pumped and asked me 'what are you doing' lol, so that was a nice compliment but Im still a fat fuck.

    Then I fucked up for over a week, family's food,  wife's snacks, joint pain/aches, skipping training. Went downhill 😞 but I did pick up... then last week or so my shoulder went downhill... last three days in particular have been horrid... I was screaming in pain moving arm around.

    I also ran out of gear for a good week+ but I got my vials finally, Canada Post and COVID issues, not BT. The last shot I had onl 200mg test and 300mg mast then a whole week of waiting.... ain't a whole lot... I am tempted to add 200mg tren and keep 200mg test instead of 400mg test... I want to recomp faster... I am so mad at myself and at COVID...

    When I did bounce back sure enough somehow I looked worse, no pumps, bloated and weaker. But at least I bounced back... minus the stupid shoulders. Wondering if CBD oil would help...

  9. You msg'd me asking and I replied now but I saw you got a thread so ill state it publically.

    I loved everything BT and I have used their stano, in fact using it now pre-workout. I am not running anything crazy but a pill of var and stano and a bit of test and mast. I haven't trained at a gym for a long time now due to COVID and only started working out at home about a month ago slowly. So it works great for me now too.

    However when I was at the gym, I know that it meant as much as 10-20lbs on dumbbells in some exercises when I took 2 pills. Same with deadlifts, it would give me extreme focus and I love that feeling. Also made my erections fun with the lady 😄

    So I know aspartame causes issues with gut bacteria and can cause insulin spikes as well as easier weight gain (there's some studies around).

    I know stevia is good to go but usually products with it are more costly, but I do use it as a tea or coffee sweetner. I also know its bad for sperm but then again i got none lol so not worried about that

    However what I didn't know was about sucralose, apparently it doesnt cause insulin spikes and is good in that respect but i saw some 2018 study that says it may promote glut4 response and fat accumulation... what?

     

    My wife got me into MIO drip sweetener in water, that way i avoid all sweet drinks 100% and have no temptation even though normally I'm just a water kind of guy..but now im kinda sad if this is really true about sucralose 😞

  11. Btrep without numbers email, I hope it lands Monday as I'm vial less haha. I took the last shot over a week ago and im on hrt for life (legit diagnosed but self prescribing for a long time now) so I cant randomly pop in to docs office to ask for a vial

    Hopefully you're right but last two times during covid it was here next day and never later so it was weird to say processing while it was received at mail office on Wed. And its a city next door.

    I love bt products so no worries there im sure it'll get resolved.

    Also I'm using tutanota but it seems my emails get missed or don't go through sometimes 🙁

  12. I forgot to mention above this week I'm on 200mg test, 300mg mast, 25mg var and 20mg stano preworkout. So 200mg test less.

    I am feeling good, slept good, my home workout felt good today too. Now just hungry, prepped, posting this and about to netflix 😉

  13. Haha thanks man, you were set back bad too due to COVID straight at ground zero!I woke up feeling pretty good today! I am eager to do my next workout, just finishing up work and need a meal in.

    Also no sounding good news for my gym reopening so...  I am hunting for 2.5lbs and 5lbs standard 1" plates... and everyone wants a fortune... it would help me in trying to progressively lifti heavier, doing a 20lbs increment in weights eh.. is a bit much 😄 Muscle memory will do it's thing I'm sure but still!

    Oh yes I never posted up a review of BT's incenerate, on my last order the rep sent me a free pak. It definetely made me sweat, work harder and have better endurance (all the stims plus cardarine in the mix), however yohimbine while I know affecting at targetting alpha fat receptors, it always has a tendency to bloat me bad (although I pee it out throughout the day), that was not specific to BT's product but just how I respond to yohimbine. It helped me slim down right before the workotus began and during the first week doing the workouts, but I switched to albuterol and caffeine preworkout only.

    My upcoming order I'll throw cardarine in too!

    So for those wanting a nice morning or preworkout kick incenerate rocks! 🙂
