Anybody recommend a vegan protein that doesn't taste like gritty dirt & chemicals. I'm lactose intolerant. Haven't met an iso or beef protein that my guts like.

But how does it taste? If it not edible then it would be hard to take consistently. I'll take some delicious spiked protein that's easy on the guts lol

You probably just didn't get the shot deep into the muscle. It will swell a bit at times if it's just under the skin. It should be gone in a few days. Use a wall to steady your pinning arm.

I'm guessing it's like Skidoo, Polaris, & Arctic Cat. They all claim to be the best and say the other guys suck. What else would they say if they want you to buy their product lol. But in the end there is not much different so pick the brand with the best service department.

Anybody use an electric razor for shaving their face? One that works on real stubble lol. I'm tired of getting cut up using the 5 blade systems. I tried an electric 15 years ago and it just pulled the fricken hairs out. If the technology has improved let me know. Cheers
