  1. Wifey is considering a "breast lift" as opposed to implants. She is already blessed in the size department, just unhappy with how our kids have sucked the life out of them. We both agree with the lift, and there's no risk of ruptured implants or other complications/ maintenance down the road. She just wants them to sit a little higher. What do you guys think? ....and yes i got her permission to post her pic.

Honestly i tried my quads for quite some time, but more then not, i would hit a nerve and get a big painful twitch or upon the twitch instinctively pull the pin back out.... never an infection though. With my delts and glutes, i don't ever seem to hit nerves. And BTW, i threw the vid in for shits and giggles. Could you imagine injecting armour all thinking it was winny? Yuk.
  3. I only pin my delts and my glutes. 3 or 4 day injection schedules with longer estered gear, ensures i have enough time to rotate sites. Oh, and my advice, don't pin your quads!
  4. I'm thinking of running a cycle of ostarine. Did you have any liver toxicity affects that you were aware of? That's my biggest concern with this compound.
  5. Just throwing it out there.... anyone know anything about ostarine being liver toxic? I ordered some and then started researching (dumb i know), more than one report floating around on other boards saying it will raise alt and ast. With it being the "wild west" regarding SARM's, as far as sourcing and quality, anyone have any experiences?
  6. I'm a relative noob to gh. I've been taking 25mg of mk 677 for about four months non stop, dosed before bed, with great results. Just a couple days ago, I started taking 3.5iu's gh upon waking. Fast forward a couple days, and I have some good edema going on and numb hands throughout the day. More so pronounced then just off of the mk. I'm thinking because my gh/ igf was already elevated from the mk, that's maybe one of the reasons I felt the gh effects come on so fast? I do still plan on taking the mk before bed to keep the old "pit" pumping. If anyone thinks taking gh and mk together is a bad idea, please chime in.
  7. I got some chinese raw cialis. Capped them to 5mg. Take one every morning pre work out . Between that and the citrilene malate, i get some anavarish pumps....
  8. I love the "off season". A time i can really stop counting calories and get into a caloric surplus to grow. KFC anyone? The hard work starts mid February to April, then the maintenance for the summer....
  9. Sure, it may be a different grade (maybe?), but the label says 100% isolate. $39-49 (sales depending) for 2kg, by far the best deal around for an isolate. Costco Kaizen is in my supplement cupboard always.... could do worse, but not much better.
  10. I will second any comments about it working. Used it as a "come down" after cycle. I'm on Doc prescribed trt so don't have to worry about shut down as i always run 150mg weekly. I did notice (my wife and kid told me as well), that i got really aggressive and short/ snappy on it. For real. Im a pretty laid back casual guy and caught myself "going off" a couple times. Not normal. I dont even act that way on 750mg test! Ran it for 6 weeks then tapered off, it kept my strength up though, and only lost a little weight which i suspect was water anyways. Ymmv.

  12. I take l-glutamine every day, 20 gm split morning and night. Part of my sup arsenal for years, and regardless of what certain "pros" might say, it will remain in my cupboard. Tons of medical studies proving it effective against muscle catibolism and skin recovery in burn victims. It is stocked in hospitals in i.v. form just for that. Must be something to it, regardless what the Palumbo says.....

  14. I'm 2 months in, and am loving it. Am currently dosing 25 mg ed nightly fasted. I started with 15mg, worked up to 30, but have settled at 25mg for now. My hands were getting really numb at 30, as well the lethargy was killing me. I am still puzzled how a 5mg decrease mitigated those sides quite a bit. Definitely a lot of gh being pulsed in my body. You want a bio-identical hormone, look no further then pulsing you own pituitary! I have been off my last aas cycle for about a month and half, and my weight hasn't dropped at all. I look fuller, but no where near as ripped as when on last cycle. Strength is still up there, and some of the pumps i get are awesome. I've never taken gh before, but if this mk stuff is anywhere near, i like it.
  15. I personally haven't had any problems with Canada Peptide. Used their tb500 and bpc157 with great results. I have some cjc 1295 on the way from their labour day sale. I have also used CMS for the same peps and they were the same as far as i can tell. Other than the price. CMS a little more money, but not by much. I use Cms more for other goodies. And dont be fooled by made in Canada, everyone gets their peps from china. They just finish package them here.
  16. I have a dehydrator. I use extra lean grnd beef with the help of a " jerky gun". Here's a typical seasoning list, per 1 # meat, but other then the liquid smoke and salt which are your prime preservatives, you can get creative with the seasoning and mix and match. 1 tsp liquid smoke 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp salt ( i use the Himalayan pink stuff, but any will do) 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp ground black pepper Ive added in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, franks red hot.... the wetter you make your mix, the longer it takes to dry.
  17. I wouldn't take any days off with the bpc157. Dose them every day of the week.
  18. I break all my tb500 shots into 1mg and dose them eod. I feel that way i have more "fresh stuff" free circulating all the time. Seems to work.
  19. So you're saying the 4 grams of fish oil i take every day is slowly killing me? But will help me look good? Oh well. Shooting star baby....
