  2. Sust is my favorite of tests. I get crazy horny on it. My wife calls it "beast juice" lol. As for the proviron, i just had some show up (thanks @GenetecResearch for letting me sub out the other orals for the proviron from your auction!) and will be starting it at months end. I've never done it before, but should free up some test and boost la libido....
  3. Hope the image comes up, showing on my screen. For those that can't see, buddy's baseline igf-1 was 232, his post 312. His hgh pre was 3.0, and his post was 2.3, and he was questioning as to why his gh levels weren't higher. The rest of the conversation addresses gh peaks and valleys and how testing for gh levels is hit and miss, where as it was his boost in igf-1 that really mattered regarding the mk677 usage.
  4. Here is a cut and paste from Pro Muscle on 25/ 50mg mk 37 days on MK-677, blood work results. 30 yom, 5'11, 225lbs. Also on 600mg Test E, other liver/health supplements. Adex .5mg 2x week. Did legs on Monday, Tuesday OFF, blood drawn at 7:30am Weds. I started the first 25 days or so at 25mg of MK-677, then bumped it up to 50mgs/day for the last bit. The last few weeks strength has been very high, multiple PRs on just about every workout. Bloat hasn't been to bad. I'm still on the same belt loop hole, but haven't been as vascular in my legs/shoulders. I know it sucks I had to use 2 different labs. But my Dr wont let me get blood work that often. 6 months min. Left side is before, right side is after. I'm hoping someone can help me interpret my results from my MK-677. I was under the impression it raises your GH levels.
  5. I have to agree with @easy57. Sounds mental to a degree. If your solo game is working, and if you get morning wood, or wood periodically throughout the day, it's not a blood flow issue (call it mechanical if you will). After that, you are just left with hormonal or mental causes of ed. Personally i thought your e2 @ 16.3 was a little low. Always remember the estrogen see saw; e too high dicky no worky, too low dicky no worky. My sweet spot is in the 40's, a little higher than what's considered normal. But that's just me.
  6. True that with the higher test dose... my last blast of 750mg sust had my wife running for cover.
  7. Did you get your blood tested at all before, during, after? From everything I've researched about DHEA, it helps in stabilizing hormone levels more than anything. It may give a small boost to the production of either test or estrogen; and that's the kicker, depending on what your body feels it requires. It is more a prohormone than a true hormone, as it "flips the switch" for the body to produce test or estrogen. So to expect any real body composition changes contributed to DHEA would be a stretch in my opinion. Better mood and feeling of well being, more so.
  8. Mk677 is a grehlin (sic?) mimic, very similar in action to ghrp2 & 6 from all the research i've done. More than a few guys have posted their labs with elevated igf-1 over on Professional Muscle. Take that for what it's worth.
  9. We've all gone through our various "shit piles" of life. Being layed off could definitely add some depression to it. What's the old adage? When a door closes a new one opens. It sounds like you got your head on straight, and with positive statements like, "I'm determined to make this happen for me", you will make it happen.
  10. When i recomped hard along with diet and training being on point, 250mg test e, and 500mg primo weekly. Amazing for me. It's my go to spring blast as well... loves that primo!

  12. Hey all, just wondering if any one has used proviron along with their trt test dose? My androgel test dose equates to 188mg test weekly (all things being equal, and I absorb dose the same everytime). According to my doc, I'm an excellent transdermal absorber as he's had to reduce the amount of pumps administered a couple times already. Now I have some proviron on the way, and hope it will free up more test and perhaps lessen my use of arimidex (.25mg e3d). I plan on starting at 25mg ed, perhaps up to 50mg if tolerated for 8 weeks. I have never used it before, and i am aware it is pretty much all androgen and no anabolic, so wifey better watch out.... for my hair falling out.... I won't be getting a hormone panel for 4 months (as i want to be cleaned out and back to baseline for my trt doc), but i will be getting liver function and full hematology monthly for the rest of the year. Will be interesting to see if alt and ast levels are raised much with the proviron, as it's touted as being non liver toxic. Anyways, chime in if anyone has experience with proviron, thanks.

  15. Hey bud, I'm on trt also. Been on mk677 now almost 5 months. Started at 7.5mg first week, then moved to 12.5mg for a couple then up to 25mg for the majority of time. I never had any of the ravenous hunger that's talked about, but i did go through some mild cts (now subsided) numb tingly hands on/off, water, strength shot up. I started the mk after a test blast, thinking to use it as a bridge... i started gaining weight on the mk, all be it water, but my muscles felt full and pumped! And my strength started going up.... after my cycle. Thank you igf. Anyways i love the shit. At least with 677, there were a couple longer term human studies that ruled out liver toxicity, and proved increased gh and igf levels.
  16. You asked for it... Start with some attainable goals, then put an action plan into place. Eg. Goal: I want to loose 10lbs in the next two months ( loosing a pound a week or so, has been proven to prevent "yo yo'ing" and is a good way to reprogram your bodies "set point"). Action: caloric reduction; EAT LESS. Eat less refined foods with sugars present. Up foods high in whole grains and fiber. Protein is your friend in a weight loss diet, as well as healthy fats, omega 3's. Drink a shitload of water! Start a food journal; i know it sounds daunting but once you get a couple weeks down on paper in order to know what #'s are actually going in your body, you'll only be guessing and wasting your time. I don't know your family situation, but if they're not on board with your new life style change, your diet plans may be sabotaged. It's very hard when bags of chips or cookies and cakes are sitting on the pantry shelves waiting for you to cave.... i'm not saying everyone in the family has to live like a monk, but the discussion should be had that "hey guys, let's try eating healthier together". Goal: Want to gain some muscle mass. Action: Join a gym and start progressive resistance training! That's it. If you haven't joined a gym yet, it will be like the first day of the rest of your life. 3-4 days a week to start is plenty, any more and you may burn yourself out. Go online and check out beginner workout plans for the duration you've chosen to train. And did you say fighting depression. I've read numerous studies that have measured dopamine release (feel good hormone) during and after resistance training. As well you will boost your natural testosterone levels marginally after a bout of weight training. Just know this.... YOU have to want change. You have to want it so bad that nothing is going to get in your way of attaining your goals. Get online and start researching the shit out of body recomp.

  18. Great info @OLYMPIC. I'm gonna be starting sub-q test enanthate for my trt. I got some pharma stuff. Going to give the androgel a break. Anyone else here pin sub-q oils? Planning on .33 ml e3d to start. Everything i've researched says no more than .5ml sub-q of oils.
  19. Here's a question. Do you get a boner at all through the day, ie driving, morning wood? Seeing as you're not taking an ai, we can cancel out low estrogen as an ed cause. Two factors that i can think of are lack of blood flow to penis (but cialis should take care of that) or as @Carbone said, high estrogen. I experienced "dead dink" when i crashed my estrogen, i learned a lot from my urologist/ endocrinologist about what he called the "see saw" effect of estrogen; too much no wood, too little no wood. Something else i learned about prolactin, according to doc, it falls under the umbrella of estrogen, so if you get your estro in check, prolactin should follow. I'm no doctor, but perhaps personal experience can help other brothers out. That's what is great about a forum like this.
