No.... the mods are the mods. Nothing around here gets out of hand enough before a mod sees or deals with it. @CapeBretonDadBod, if you want to be a mod, just appeal to oly or northernlifters, they may make you one or tell you to get your post count up, or post quality up. Heaven forbid and until this board is like messo, the mods are doing a fantastic job. Us vets can always scold the newbs via or posts if they get out of line.

I take my dose before bed. Your body does its largest gh pulse just shortly before REM sleep so why not maximize it. Plus you won't get ravenous hunger (cause your sleeping), or as much lethargy. I have found most sides go away after the first 2-3 weeks. Other than the cps and edema.....

25mg. Everyone's different. I didn't really have numb hands all day till after six months continuous usage. As well, no real standards in the underground. I've had two separate labs mk677, both same mg on the packet, but one was far superior to the other. FYI, neither labs are sponsors here.

AI's can cause joint pain as a side effect of crashing your estrogen. Too much estrogen no good, too little estrogen no good. They don't hurt your joints on their own. It's always a fine balance. Chances are you're not going to get bloods done i presume. That's the only way you can know for sure.

I think they have all been proven to work. The thing with sublingual or transdermal methods of treatment is, from what I've gathered, is the varying degree to how the individual absorbs. I'm on androgel (officially....lol) when I am off cycle and love it. My doc has had to taper my dosage down from my starting point because i seem to be a very good transdermal absorber, thiner skin maybe, more porous? It is up to you whether you want to pack some gel up your nose or not. I only apply the androgel once a day on my shoulders. Done.

A while... for 2000 caps you'd need 100 grams of raws. Takes me about 1.5 hours to mix and cap 100 caps. I only prepare what i think i need for the time frame involved. I keep the rest of the raws vac sealed with absorbent packs for freshness. As far as the parameters you described of ingredients, 10 grams into 50mg per cap, would give you 200 caps. Perhaps you just added one too many zeros to get "2000".

Ready for the math? So I'm going to try to be as general, but specific as I can.... this equation is for 100 caps. 25mg is equal to .025 grams, you just cary the decimal (love metric system). 1) figure out capsule weight eg. .090g 2) figure your filler weight in a full capsule with capsule Eg. .560g 3) subtract capsule from filled weight .560-.090=.470 4) subtract amount of active ingredient to get your total filler weight. .470-.025=.445 total filler Now we move the decimal to get total mixing weights. 44.5 grams filler, 2.5 grams active This is how i figured it out on my own, if someone has a better formula please chime in. Now titrate away....

Here's my set up. You will need a scale that reads grams down to 1/1000. You can find a reloading scale online for $50ish.

Kind dry vid.... but none the less. This is the type of cap filler I use. Labour of love, you won't win any speed records, but will be cheaper supplements in the end.

FYI: Some good filler powders that I use are glutamine, creatine, arginine, dextrose. I try to match particle size of filler to active ingredient. From experience don't use whey, it clumps up and packs together easy, plus it's super light weight and can "poof", making a mess.

Hey all, Thought I'd throw this out there to share how I mix my raws when they are going into capsules. Just mixing two ingredients together via stirring will not make a homogeneous mixture. Only "grinding" your components into similar sized particles will ensure fairly accurate dosing. Enjoy.

If i were you, (because i do it), overlap the mk so you're still on it after you wrap up your aas cycle. You will keep lots of your strength and more mass if you use mk as a bridge.

I am prescribed 50mg daily DHEA. It's been explained to me by my doc as a prohormone that helps test work. He didn't express a concern with it producing estrogen. Test will do that good enough on it's own if your'e prone to it.

The mk i have been using has no effect on the blood panel i run every month. No elevated liver enzymes, lipids good, all good. Nothing methylated in it. I havn't been able to do igf1 test as not prescribed any hgh to test for.

I would say yes to running for longer durations. And it wouldn,t hurt to run along side any aas cycle. If you do the research on hgh, even though people can start feeling it work (via sides) very soon after starting, the real benefits don't show up for quite some time. Eg. Cartilage turn over is aprox 5-6 months. Hgh although can expedite the process, it takes time to strengthen bone, tendons, ligaments etc. Building muscle is easy and fast in comparison. Hgh or mk677, the longer the better imo. Or run both together like i have... magic... with numb hands.

I take it you're on self prescribed trt? No Dr I know would blast you with 250mg and clomid......? But good luck to you. Hope bloodwork is done at least every 6 months.

How much and what kind of trt protocol are you on? Personally, i was off gear for quite awhile when I first went on my prescribed trt. Doc put me on androgel, DHEA and low dose arimadex. The increased hormones gave me elevated mood and super sex drive for a couple months before it kinda became "normal", and i didn,t notice it as much.

Mk677 is a long game. Anything hgh is. Be prepared to go 6 months or more to see it's real benefits. Lots of guys posting their long term igf-1 bloods over on Professional Muscle. But like all things internet, salt is required. But my results on mk all mimic when i was taking 3 iu's generic gh. Right now my fingers are numb.... amongst other things gh related.

I buy the raws as well. Definitely cheaper option. Been on mk677 almost a year now. Going to take a break at the 1 year mark. Love the stuff!
