  2. Nano-update; 98.40kg this am. There will be no adjustments to diet and training this week from last week. I will be dropping the high does yohimbine tomorrow as I have run out (and I will not be ordering more as the effect does not seem to warrant it) My next target to hit is 97.70kg this coming weekend. My end goal pre-blast might be a little nuts, but you never know until you try. Pics end of week as well I suppose, to keep up the monthly photo updates.
  3. Ah, got cha. It happens. Im not surprised about the test-e melting. Its not garbage but may be hard to get accurate measurements as it would be very difficult to get it all out of the bag in that state. You can put it in the freezer for a few days and it will go solid again, in theory.

  6. CBDB is on point about getting diet and training dialed, but I would add to get some prelim bloodwork done just so we can see where you are sitting hormones' and basic health marker wise. I would be curious to see where you test/estrogen's are sitting as well as your T3 and T4 levels. If...and I do mean if, cycle advice advice was needed based on your current stats I would go with a low dose of test and maybe a low dose of a DHT derivative to help offset the E sides due to your BF. Maybe 150 test-e and 150 mast-e or primo (or 50mg of proviron) Then again, Im not the leanest guy out there so take my advice with a grain of salt...himalayan pink sea salt of course.
  7. Decided to shift to a tighter IF feeding window to see what happens. Today looked like; 9AM: 1 tbsp ACV, 1/2 lemon in water 10AM: 650ml coffee (black, w/ice) 1PM: 1 monster ultra (350ml) 2PM: 1 serving whey, 1 serving fiber, 150g chicken breast, 1 wrap, tobasco 4PM: 150g chicken breast, 1 wrap, tobasco Post-workout: 1 serving whey 8PM: 150g salmon, 100g rice It is what it is. Still running Legs, Push, Pull Mon-Fri (weekends off aside from cardio) Primary cardio is 30min on the treadmill post weights, 8 incline, 5 speed

  9. Nothing much to update on from last week. Still sitting around 100kg flat. Not sure where to go from here given my sup-par hormone levels and high (in theory) calorie deficit. I would really like to jump on an aggressive plan in hopes to get my weight down it 85-88kg by mid-Feb, but that is a lot of weight to drop in a short time and given the above, I would have to go pretty low cal and Im sure I would end up dropping a lot of what little muscle I have. Ah man, frustrating lol. I miss TRT. Hopefully I stay on track for March 1.
  10. Ramy deserved the win by far, but by special invite will open up some haters for sure. Health should have been 4th as Hadi had him beat. I think Breon needs to move to 212, but I doubt he would do any damage there. The changes in Chris vs. last year are just silly. Ruffin was indeed on point.
  11. The recommended sterilization at a hospital is 15 min at 250F (in an autoclave), FYI. So 20-25min is a good window to account for heat up time. 400F is overkill. Try a small batch and see how it turns out before you brew up your big batch.

  13. Nano-update: Weight: 100.3kg, which means weight has actually gone up. So...FML. On the bright side, I almost have my wife on board to actually support me in getting leaner. Until now she has been very against me controlling my diet and supplements which has made sticking to my diet on weekends very difficult. Cardio has been upped to 30min post weights. Started watching the Mandalorian to get me through it. Current Diet: No changes from last week. Notes: No changes from last week, however I will be dropping the raloxifene to EOD as of this coming Thursday. Mood: Frustrated. I see guys dropping 1% bodyfat a week, I would be happy with 1% a month at this point. I feel like the last 12 months I have maybe, maybe dropped 5%. If I could guess, I would say I am still sitting around 25% and 15% feels a little out of reach at the moment. (let alone 10-12%) I might try and grab a few photos in the lockeroom tonight post workout with better goon lighting for a different perspective.
  14. Im wondering if Hadi got his visa issues sorted out. Ill admit, Im not a fan of Ramy or his special invite. Reminds me of Kovacs lol. All the trolling for Kai is getting pretty old as well. Breon is looking pretty ripped, but I think your right and that he might slip to third (and cry a river). He's starting to look a little to much like an open comp.

  17. A lot of test-e raws have been having issues with pip the last year regardless of brew/carrier. Phenol/carbolic acid used in the manufacturing process seems to be the culprit. Switch to cyp unless you have a pile of enanth raws and in that case you can try cooking your brew at 100 Celsius for 20-25 mins and allow to cool down. Then filter and you will have pip free enanthate, in theory (as this is what I have seen others do, not from personal experience. Do note that some have reported their brew gets a much darker color after this process. Proceed at your own risk lol.

Current Diet: 12:00pm - 2 scoops whey, 1 scoop psyllium, 2 EFA, 2 cups mixed veggies (random) 2:00pm - 150g grilled chicken on 1 white wrap w.tabasco 4:30pm - 150g grilled chicken on 1 white wrap w.tabasco (2 wraps on leg day) 7:00pm - 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop inulin (post workout) 8:00pm - 2 cups mixed veggies, 100g meat (beef, chicken or fish), 100g rice (if I am feeling the need) Notes: Raloxifene has been started, Yohimbine lowered to 10mg, Clomid lowered to 10mg (pre-bed) Lots of flappy skin and I started watching the Mandalorian... That is all she wrote for now.

  20. Just to update this I have decided to go with the tri-fecta stack. Test: 250wk Mast: 250wk Tren: 200wk That will be it. I have never run all three together and the goal is still recomp. Kick off data is tentative for Feb 1st or March 1st as it gives me 2-3 more months to chip away at my current BF.
