  1. Unfortunately I see this too, big trend. Not saying all trainers or clients are this way but trainers are there to make a buck which I get they make more if they have many clients that they aren’t fully invested in. As for clients I think it’s more for being able to say on social media that they use a trainer. Trainers are essential in some aspects but so many people don’t make it a life style. This shit doesn’t work unless you’re invested in your goals! My opinion is that diet is 80% of the battle. You can lift like crazy take anything you want but your diet is shit you’ll look like shit. I’ll stop ranting now
  2. The guy that invented them deserves the order of Canada or some kind of medal! although they can be too good sometimes disguising, let’s say not top notch ass
  3. To me the rowing machine is the best for fat burning activating the most number of muscles legs arms back. This is just my personal experience what I find works for me. If you hate your cardio you won’t do it. Find what works for you and run with it. Does it matter if stair climber is the best for fat loss but you dread doing it? just my .02
  4. I use this as well minus the tanning, using the rowing machine for 10-15 minutes before my work outs gets my body awake heart pumping and joints moving. I also use loaded stretching (don’t know the technical term) prior to starting a work out again use this to get muscles awake and joints moving
  5. Axe and sledge fuel pump or Blackstone Labs hype extreme both non stim amazing pumps
  6. This is why I love non stim pre work outs. I get the benefit of longer more intense pumps without the itchy brain going a mile a minute stimulation and the resulting crash after. mind you when I get up at 130am for my work out if I’m truly dragging ass I’ll have a big black coffee to get moving. great post
  7. Haha lips assholes and hooves still doesn’t make me not eat them occasionally lol
  8. So quick update Sunday night had a full gummy bear slept like a baby actually slept past 7am but felt lethargic for a bit. Going to try half a bear this weekend see how that goes.
  9. Crap me too I like Harvey’s but just like when they say you don’t want to know what’s in hotdogs.... I need to find out
  10. I’ve tried a lot of supplements some are WAY too sweet for my liking. Axe and sledge sups have never bothered my stomach like some others I have taken. I’ve used their EAA Fuel pump and DemoDay (carb powder). All have been well flavored with good ingredients. Fuel pump by far is the longest lasting pump I’ve had. DemoDay has given me the ability to really push on a 2/3am training schedule since I have no time for a preworkout meal. They don’t have protein powders yet but apparently they are on their way.
  11. Chest day is my favorite! I struggled for years thinking my chest was terrible. Now that I’ve finally cut bf down more I love the progress and watching it develop.

  18. If I get time this weekend I’m going to make a batch. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth but the wife does and we all know how peer pressure goes lol I end up having a couple cookies with her and regret it. These on hand for those times may be awesome!

  20. I thing the word for this thread is wow! Congrats you’ve truly made a complete transformation! Dedication and effort galore! Big thing is taking all that negative energy from your past and turn it into something positive.
  21. Between work and 4 kids I’m lucky if I get 5 hours of sleep a night. I know my lack of sleep hinders my progress. I notice significant changes if I don’t work a weekend and I get more sleep. Anything I can take/do to make the best of the sleep I do get. Any input is greatly appreciated!
  22. Grow a beard boys! Saves all the bullshit of shaving. I used to hate smooth shaving but when I did it was with a straight razor can’t get better than that.
