  6. That’s where mine gets messed up, neck trap shoulder... when it gets really bad causes numbness in my thumb index and middle finger may have to try the cupping
  7. Haven’t tried that yet. Went for my weekly massage last night and my Shoulder is way better today. Hurts like hell during but it’s a pay off

  11. Brother it’s all about your mind set. I know it sounds hokey hippy dippy shit but positive mental attitude goes a long way. Start with small goals attain them one by one. Avoid the shitty people in your life (sorry to say but everyone’s got em). Fuck complaining about everything fuck the guy that’s always got a sob story. Surround yourself with good people wake up every day with a goal in mind and try and make it better than the day before. will you have set backs will you hit walls will you have absolutely shit days? Yup... but it’s all about how you pick yourself up and hit it hard again the next day. start trying new ways of eating new ways of training. Hell the gym is supposed to be fun not a chore.   13. Great post as always! All great items but one comment to add to the Greek yogurt. Be careful there is some Greek yogurt that they’ve packed with sugar. Made that mistake once didn’t read just grabbed it had 16g of sugar crazy

  18. I received my pack from bt, couldn’t be happier. Communication is awesome, literally within a few minutes most questions I had were answered. Great customer service! Packaging was perfect, glass all individually wrapped in bubble wrap then wrapped again. Not to mention there was an added surprise that was added to my package. Shipping would have been amazingly quick, like next day quick if it wasn’t for the stupid strike. stay tuned for the cycle review can’t wait to get started

  21. I believe it would be the same. Concept is the same just getting heat in a different way. Minus the proposed benefits for your lungs... but then again you do have the steam coming from the hot tub water
  22. I struggled with my temper when I was young but as I’ve aged I’ve learned what sets me off and am able to just remove myself from the situation. My safe haven for blowing off steam is in my truck or in my shop. great insight @eazy57 thank you
  23. Tren interests me as it seems to be an amazing compound. My biggest concern is that I’m an asshole (according to some) as it is naturally. So that being said I think I value my marriage more than using tren lol.
