I'm like this reminds me of war time when food shortages start, this is nuts. Mosques, churches being closed/cancelled, schools across ontario, universities and colleges in states, all being closed. Supermarkets are packed but getting empty. Some of my friends are stocking up, got me worried... Gym was empty today and the staff were going around spraying all bars and dumbbells down (which was nice) but I was like woah... I work in a corporate office but in the health industry and have to be around the vulnerable so I am not liking having to visit our sites... My crew is gonna ask to be exempt, we're waiting as executives were meeting today we heard. Our projects need to fuck off, our health is more important...   13. Anything with a mix of tren, mast, var and tbol with some stims will help in recomp. Diet plays a big factor, so does rest. Training has to be consistent and with time the results with come. That's my opinion. I was able to recomp without any cardio like this, but ideally you should do some morning cardio, afternoon/evening lifting consistently and maybe some post lifting cardio (short like 15min) and with a clean solid diet (above maintenance, high protein, clean) you should get the desired results with time... Throw in some ghrp + modgrf too For me the problem is just cost... doing this long term and with a fam and full time job hard to do twice a day workouts... Ideally also I would opt for fast acting, when I used to be able to afford and do (ouch) ED injections of tren-a, mast-p, test-p and these orals i was an animal... This though is still to some extent extreme although typical for this purpose imo... so sides, mood, tireness will beat you up... but you gotta pay to play (both money and sides) if you want extreme results... My advice, do things steady and slow to an extent like this but more moderate... and you'll get there. I used to do extreme things and meh... not worth it...
  14. BT told me about their CBD too and reading your log I may give it a swing too! Thankfully my inflammation winter phase seems to have gone done, I'm feeling overall better and only ancillary bonus drug I'm using is cardarine which I read in some cases helps with inflammation. However, winter time I have BAD inflammation, plus I had an accident and rehab work and well why not every little bit can help. I have often found over the years my limited factor to strength and growth is not my muscle or food intake but how much I can push myself in the gym and joint aches, inflammation screw with me and so I always hold back... can only be young and foolish once lol

  16. I will try to post all the workouts I did since I stopped posting tonight. I am still going gym and posting but way too much drama in life held me back. I did have a few good workouts recently and I am stronger on some workouts which is good news. Had personal stuff creep up on me, work, stress, my lady fell sick too, my mom was sick and in hospital, just lots on the go... and work is a bitch bunch of snakes.... Tonight when I meal prep I'll sit and type it all out... To answer the question, I learned to run test low and other compounds higher to minimize sides. When I first tried tren it was unbearable no matter what dose even 200mg tren with high test etc... It also allows me to run less ancillary drugs. Maybe the results would be greater with higher dose test, but I rather make steady progress and have less sides. I was able to remain on tren all the time this way without ever getting off except last year once when I ran out (lol I realized how much tren tires me out I felt 20 years younger off it). It's the same with NPP and the test just allows me to feel good and have libido. Masteron helps with feels and as does stanolone. I love stanolone thank you BT

I had a lot of bad things happen in the past week+... not been good one bit, work, personal, gym, food, feelings, etc... plus the shoulder injury agitated again when I tried to perform some pushups... I am going to try to get back into things this week... very stressed... constantly having migraines and feeling sick too... last two days including today felt like throwing up... at least today I still made it to the gym... @BodyTechPharma I used to post pix, but for safety reasons I wish to avoid it... I used to have 20k+ followers on IG and FB, but shut it down... it's probably not smart to be recognized on a gear forum... I already once had one douche try to create problems in the past who knew I was bodybuilding and found me on a bodybuilding forum talking about gear. So I rather remain anonymous... some ppl are just pricks... I will try to post tomorrow from work a few of my past workouts...
  18. fuck i forgot my phone so my list of exercises, can't post it up BUT I can say I felt GOOD and I did pretty good, definetely progress, not as fast as i'd like (due to my injuries) but definetely each BT product I've tried does what I am used to (from past experiences). BT as always is good to go! I hope you never seize to exist and continue with your epic products and innovative releases too. So here's what I remember from memory Preworkout Pills 200mg caffeine + 10mg alb 50mg var 50mg drol 40mg stanolone (I looove DHT drugs!) Exercises from the top of my head DB Curls felt REAL good I did 45lbs for 12 reps multiple sets then 50lbs for 8 reps and a few more sets like that, the pump was intense and arms looked good Decline bench getting better I repped out more again, started heavier earlier, and I did 3 sets of 225 (progressviely harder each set near the end but I did do higher reps than last time of 225x3 for one set). This is so far the only safe chest exercise for me. I did do cables for external rotator and right feels busted (I am confident all this shit started from that day I did the seated vertical press fuck) I did do the standing fancy adjustable cable machine and my right hurt while before this it didn't... it sucked... I did a buncha sets but wasn't feeling it right... sad I did bunch of tricep exercises as well. Overall I am very happy because I am able to make some progress with the decline bench yay! Considering I started with 135-165 feeling hard lol.. this is a rapid improvement. It's pathetic but its great for me all things considered. I also did 8 minutes incline treadmill and I was cramping pretty bad, it must have been the alb, I consitantly felt like I'll cramp my ham, leg, calves (especially calves). I also felt like I tire out quick, not sure if it's the NPP or albuterol (it fires you up fast and makes u die fast during sets similar to what clen does). I am feeling overall quite sore... even from past days. Later on we went to the mall and I was shaking while eating a meal so yeah... 10mg might be too much... Tomorrow I intend to do back exercises but just high volume rows not deadlifts my legs feel sore (not sure how, probably albuterol, cause i didnt push myself yesaterday it was a fail workout), hopefully wife doesn't make spontaneous plans and tells me no you can't go blablabla... I am eager to lift!! I will inject pre-bed 200mg test (0.5cc t400) as I ran out of test for a while so it's probably sitting low and 0.5cc npp so that tomorrow I get a bit of a boost. I missed NPP.

I'll post yesterday's workout work and gym workout, I was mad last night as I trained my lady and she nagged about squats and wanted to do another exercise which made me lose my pump and screwed up my workout, wasted workout... but maybe it was for the better as I was experiencing knee pain (fucking hate the cold weather). Today I will do some decline chest and shoulders, working around the pain still. Monday is next rehab session. I missed running NPP! So I am excited to have started, it works fast and gives me good fullness and pumps so I will run this for a while. It gives me a muscular look even when relaxed which is fun haha. I was told by BT that they got CBD Oil, first I thought this shit will get me high but I did some reading and it might help with all my inflammation issues, might get some next time... I am sick of the cold weather pain... I was meant to live in Florida not here haha...

  22. Definitely brother, the only thing that has been plauging me is the unfortunate injuries that I am trying to rehab and that is definetely slowing me down. This week I have no rehab session, next week I'm back in for it. The other factor is the cold weather, the golfer's elbow was a bit back today. So tonight I trained the wife and had a friend chit chat which ate into my session, but it was a very good session. I was debating whether to do squats or to do deadlifts and a bit back but wife wanted to do deadlifts so we did that. I didn't eat enough and had constipation, but once I warmed up the session moved along quick, it was only about half an hour even though we stayed an hour. The improvements aren't just numbers, but form. For example, while I did a certain weight a while ago, the latest sessions my form and movements are that much more solid. With squats for instance, I can fully squat and sit in and pause, so my flexibility is improving too and out of the hole I explode up much better. I am happy with the slow and steady progress, as long as I don't get injured I am good. The closer we get to 40, the shittier recovery from injuries becomes. Back in the day shoulder, pec, hamstring and many other injuries used to heal for me way faster, it seems to take me months to recover now... sucks... we all get older... Note: I'm off clen for many days now, tonight I am going to inject before bed my last dose of tren-e and mast-e vials and I am waiting to make a new order, I really stretched my vials out. I am running out of everything at this point. I am excited to hop onto npp as it's been a long time since I last ran it. It's winter so whatever and its not bad like deca. I am a huge responded to deca pun intended, but I hate the bubble face and bloat that comes with it so I stopped running it for years plus the deca dick is real. NPP works fairly well for me with a bit of mast in the mix, but down the line before summer I will run a higher dose of tren, get off npp and run a strong oral to retain the gains and recomp. Tonight's session went like this: Tuesday Feb 18 2020 Preworkout Pills 200mg caffeine + 16mg ephedrine 50mg drol 50mg var Exercises Outer Hip Abductor 305x30 can't go any heavier, I maxed out the machine... I wish I could add weight lol 305x30 Inner Hip Abductor 305x25 305x20 Life Fitness back extensions 250x16 felt tough 250x17 felt easy after blood started moving 250x14 I know I should have went up in weight last session I did do 270, but I kept chatting with a friend who distracted me and I kept losing blood flow lol. All of this was to get me ready to deadlift... don't want to kill myself either way, even though I am off clen, back pumps and pulling a muscle are a bitch especially as i do it without a belt. Leg curls 210x12 felt ridiculously easy but knees were hurting (weather changing too much on me wrecks havoc on my joints everywhere) Deadlifts 225x12 felt great to warm up, didnt want to waste energy to keep repping out more 315x9 felt so easy! I was super explosive, but my hand grip was failing me 405x3 felt really great, easy, but grip failed me otherwise I know I could have repped out 5 maybe even 6, I did do 425x3 two weeks ago, I should be able to do more. One thing I note when I do clen, my forearms shrink (wtf), my grip gets weaker after I get off clen! This seems to always be the case and I get achy wrists from clen. Note: I will incorporate captains of crush in my sessions again. No back pumps thank God! Fuck Clen! Those past few sessions of back murdered me because of clen in the mix (despite supplementing with taurine and drinking lots of water) I was going to do another set of 405, but again got distracted by my lady talking to me and me watching her deadlift form... so I was like aw fuck.. but I felt great. My mood was real great today. Life Fitness row/rear delt machine 160x20 175x18 185x4 had to stop as I literally felt the shits coming (constipation going away lmao, the contractions from deadlifts made me wana finally go). Next session without deadlifts I'll go high volume and push on these exercises, I am way stronger than I was when I first started with this machine a month+ ago Hammer Strength front mts single hand pulldowns 100x17 considering I started the exercise and went up to this rep range it's good progress, I know 125 is my max but I had some golfer's elbow so I decided to not agitate and at this point I had to go bathroom anyway. Looking forward to my next back session. I think I have like 200mg of mast and tren left in the vials which i'll inject now before bed and off to bed I go. Excited for tomorrow to do some chest with decline and with wife spotting me some incline db presses (lightweight only, I have an urge to try, she is great at spotting).
