  1. Tuesday July 28 Started 12:50pm Finished 1:43pm This was a pretty good day! I really was motivated and I wanted to push myself! Being my second back day, but I skipped deadlifts today. I only had one breakfast meal (left over chicken, potatoes, some other stuff). Then I stimmed up and hit it hard. Preworkout pills 200mg caffeine 2x BT albuterol (went on the wild side) 2x BT cardarine (what mask breathing problems?) 2x BT stanolone 3x BT Anavar Yeah let's just say anavar made me feel damn good, reminded me of what tren feels like with less sides but I am going to run out and that's gonna suck It's also making me want to train harder, faster and more, and well run more gear but no $$$ Seated rows 115x20 yay higher start n rep 135x17 1 rep higher n earlier weight start 145x16 pushed through really hard with more reps 155x14 at my limit pushing super hard 155x14 same as above focused 160x12 yay but ended up with abs cramping felt dam good n felt my mid back real good Single arm pulldowns 80x21 90x16 pushing hard 100x14 pushed hard, assisted myself way more reps than last time but def hard 105x10 pushed hard n assisted myself 105x12 better n less assistance 110x6 assisted at limit here, more than last time Outer hip abductor machine 250x20 250x30 pushed like a brutha tucka damn Inner hip abductor machine 235x20 still sore some from last time 235x24 getting tired doubled albuterol defines at play making me work harder Leg extensions 170x18 hard n some knee feels pushed hard n started on the previous (Sunday session) last set weight Life fitness single side plated rows 90x16 too light 135x16 still light 180x8 felt good but wasted tired now
  2. Dude you are not 25% bf wtf are you smoking? lol Also I take it you are a tall dude? The last two pix I am having trouble judging due to lighting. But I also think you took the pictures with slightly different perspective/zoom so that throws it off (middle two, second photo seems closer so it makes you look bigger). Whatever the case, definitely way way better than the first pic in all the pix. So kudos to you man keep it up!
  3. Deca dick is also very real, not on NPP and throw in mast if you do npp. I liked deca... but... the deca dick was the major turn off. Despite all the ancillaries, p5p, etc... it still gave me shitty sex and erections. As far as positives, insanely thick veins, pumps like an oral, fullness, SUPER SMOOTH lifts, joint pain masking (note, not true repair, it's really masking with all the fluid in there), and because I love my deadlifts and squats, it made every rep feel butter and water smooth. Tren on the other hand had me jittering and shaking and aching in comparison. But yeah I liked looking drier haha... deca is a michelin man type direction if you're fat also... DECA always won me over for shear strength and smooth heavy heavy lifts... but deca dick and bloof made me never run it agin. Oh yeah was great for appetite too. Bad part? Whenver I got off, I felt like I lost the gains and just got fat LOL... so I stuck to slow and steady quality gains instead and stuck to dry compounds...
  4. Nah you're not hijacking at all, it's all good, feels good to share thought! It's good to hear some words of encouragement to give me some motivation! Thank you brother! Tbol, ah I love tbol A LOT! I tend to run it 80mg-100mg for 8 weeks. After 8-9 weeks it just maintains you and I find a point where the results just stop so I drop it or switch to something else. I can't afford it though At those doses I am pumped ALL day, every time I ever ran it, ppl even at the office would say I am 'doing something' lol because I'd literally be constantly pumped. It also has a funny synergy with test for libido LOL. You literally turn into a wood pecker! Aside from extreme and epic pumps, it has a unique form of trimming waist with little nutritional change, very distinct feeling of focus and aggression when training but not out of gym only in gym. One of my favorite compounds and for the best results even stacked with var. Sounds insane but the results were always epic for me. The best I ever looked was when I was on test-prop, tren-a, mast-p, var/tbol (100mg each). I was pumped, strong and had ass striations lmao! Ah those damn days... Maybe BT will sponsor me with some tbol The only thing that sucks for me right now is my inability to train shoulders and chest due to an injury. I am desperate at this point to try anything and I am going to look into PRP. As such, no matter the amount of gear I run, I will not be able to train as an animal and get full results. At least, legs, arms, back I can train and not worry, but chest and shoulders are a no no... at least chest I found ways to work around somewhat... it appears this injury for me is the bicep/shoulder insertion while all my past rotator specific injuries were more so the pec insertion...
  5. Keep test under 400 always imo... and continue to use safe compounds like var, npp, maybe throw in some mast. These will definetely make you feel and look good while helping with strength. Primobolan has always been a safe but expensive drug, for that reason I never used it but a lot of ppl (including old ppl) love that for low sides and quality results... just have to run 1g+ that's the problem and its not cheap Equipose might be a bad idea but its also a 'somehwat' safer steroid but it might cause heart issues or give u a heart attack LOL because of increased RBC count. I used to use it alot but I just could not handle the BP issues.. havent run it in years as a result... Everything else is wild and comes with more sides..
  6. Stim-wise for me it used to be 200mg caffeine and 8-32mg ephedrine In last three years or so ephedrine caused me too much fatigue so I stopped doing it. I would go hard and burn out hard that I would have to take days off (would feel really fatigued the next day), but I probably looked like I was on cocaine while training (animalistic set after set and high volume). I recently switched to 200mg and albuterol and I feel great. As far as actual preworkout stuff for pumps, nothing bits cialis and viagra. Viagra I get sides (dry eyes, stuffy nose) but it gave the best result. Citriuline malate is fantastic but I haven't used it in a few years because of $$$ Acetyl-l-carnitine, great for focus/strength, been using it forever and its cheap I mix in my BCAA pre-intraworkout Also used to throw in some arginine when I got it free, it was purely for pumps has no real benefit. I think pre-bed it used to help with sleep/recovery somewhat. I wouldn't waste money on actual branded preworkouts. Did that when I first started over a decade ago. Waste of money. There was one (purple) american only preworkout (used to import it) which had mdma and some other shit in it, lmao it got banned but it used to give me tunnel vision when I trained... that shit was whack!
  7. LOL, for me it's the family, like devils every day with every bad food "do you want some", " a little won't hurt", "just one time" and pressuring me. Mom or wife sometimes makes tiramisu and I love tiramisu, and t hen I smash it down all by myself. Next thing I know I am bloated and feeling guilty and fatter LOL. Winny is of the table for me forever, murders me and my joints. Var I at least feel good, it gives a slight ego boost, proven in studies to even reduce visceral fat (one of few steroids that actually does) and as 'weak' as it is, it actually builds quality lean mass.. and who doesn't want that. Bloofy quick deca/dbol style gains are blah in my book. I know it doesn't compare in terms of dryness/strength to winny, but it's a big no no for my body I am one of those guys who can't handle it. I tried many many years ago to use the old school deca/winny combo and even with deca, I was aching like an old man. Renders me unable to lift which beats the point.

  9. I was off tren now about 5 months, that's why I am tempted haha... But now that I am getting older I think of health too so to be honest the moment I dropped tren, I felt I was far more fresh looking and feeling! What I liked to do year round was low test (200-300) + tren, mast. Then throw in NPP which helps in recomp and fullness and appetite for me, also makes everything feel smoother. Then transition into an oral and drop npp, then flip back, then drop both and raise tren and mast, and kind of rotate like that throughout the year. Pretty harsh all year long but I literally always kept making steady progress that way as long as I was on point with nutrition and training. I would fuck up on food and training more than anything else. I think I will wait... but I am just tempted, I know I will gain muscle back and even strength back, but I know I'll look shit all this time for a while... and I hate feeling and looking fat. And of course who doesn't like faster results. I am on the fence... I am too shit right now and I think I'll just stick it out... and muscle memory do your magic... if I start stalling, I'll change things up... Wife was baking cakes... and I started eating junk from stress and anxiety of being stuck at home (too used to socializing,gym, being outside, etc...). Binge watching netflix, etc... I was stuck/glued to couch for two months straight... then things didn't exactly get better until June... I could have somewhat maintained myself even without gym, so it is entirely my fault that I got as fat as I did.
  10. Yeah man, it's gonna be rough, but I think it might help with endurance in the long run! One benefit to mask is avoiding BO, I had my first experience of BO after months of avoiding that shit! I took the mask of briefly and smelled some bozo who needs deodorant! Nasty! Thanks brother! Trying... it definitely sucked being off for so long and improvising at home recently was kind of fun. The most annoying part was taking 5-10minutes to dissasemble/assemble them dumbbells because of the bolt lol. Changing a plate meant taking them all off haha. I was doing so well... and then COVID hit us all... but I am determined...! It is demoralizing how fat I got (and weaker), but... sooner or later it'll all come back and I am determined!

I think why I love gear in the first place is how much more often you can train, how much faster you recover, etc... and the feeling of focus. Peptides definetely do something special but no monies right now... otherwise I'd be running at least pre-sleep ipamorelin and grf-mod 200mcg each. Also debating whether to throw in tren, clen, etc... I don't know, on the one hand I am thinking, muscle memory and time then up that shit, but at the same time I am greedy and hate being fat, I like recomping year round... as opposed to hard bulk and hard cut... plus test sucks and you feel spoiled when u run more exotic stuff and more of it, imo... definetely not trainnig with aggression like I used to, but at the same time probably better and smarter for me.. as I have the fucked up shoulder... and dont want more/new injuries...

  14. You're right masteron isn't an ai that's a myth but the circulating dht is what combats the estrogen doesn't actually drop e2. Thanks for sharing that good read. I've never run more than 1.5g and even at 600mg I get the BP sides. But to be honest the vascular if ur lean even if ur not that lean is out of this world.ido remember that my arms were running with veins everywhere. I am scared to run it because it took me a very long time to get my bp under control and i dont want to risk being Mr red face again. It was so bad that it would prevent me from Deadlifts n squats. I wasn't held back on bigger lifts becaud of lack of muscl but the bp being so bad that I felt I might get a heart attack or somme kind of stroke how my face would turn..or it would literally prevent me getting it up from the bottom. The moment I had no BP issues boom weights went up.... I liked the benefits but the BP was a big one for me...

  17. 600-900mg but it's been years since i did, it gave a specific look and vascularity slow ass almost worthless gains but when i used to combine with tren it would increase appetite which worked well together. Also it definetely gave me initially paranoia, anxiety then eventually after a month noticeable endurance and euphoria/clarity. However the increased blood pressure would just make me want to drop it.. I'd get less BP from anadrol than this shit...
  18. For those that don't remember my case, last year some dumb ass kid spotted me badly and I got injured. I've been unable to train chest and shoulders since September last year. January I started a full rehab regiment but stopped due to COVID. Despite 4 months off training my shoulder didn't improve and two months into quarantine I actually started experiencing worse symptoms/pain. I've been struggling some days to even move my arm left/right, to rotate arm when raised up, or to raise arm up at all It's been a very depressing experience. Last year I tried a bunch of peptides and they sorta helped (well with other injuries) but not this..., with all the rehab and time off I am still in the same spot... I know I'm older now and things don't heal like they used to but, I am desperate. I want to hear if anyone's done PRP (or stem cell therapy). I heard of stem cell therapy just today after reading Mike Tyson was in on it (he's coming back for a fight in September), then I heard shaq is on it and even Madona. But these people have $$$ and I am sure this is mad expensive and complicated too. So I want to know more about PRP from people's experiences... I am fed up of being injured. Training shoulders was one of my favorites and I was naturally gifted in growing melons, now it's out of the question! It's depressing I feel handicapped...

  20. Alright so this is how it went, I walked in they told me to wait at middle door cause someone was already entering at front desk. Once they checked in I went in. Then they asked me to check in, gave me a bottle of spray, explained mask at all times + wipe down all equipment and carry bottle out, enter one way, enter other way around and leave bottle once done. I wiped everything done pre-post use. Kept distance from everyone, same ordeal as outside 2m+ blabla. Then I worked out, kept to myself. Frankly mask kept falling off but what I bought was a pretty soft fabric and still allowed me somewhat to breath which was great, but eventually I was suffocating from hypoxia LOL, especially when I got to deadlift. I had to take off take deep breath in, pause and then put back on several times frankly. I guess it will force me to get better endurance. Pill regiment was: All my stuff is BT gear Morning: 1x stanolone, 1x anavar Pre-workout: 1x stanolone, 1x anavar, 1x caffeine (200mg), 1x albuterol (5mg), 2x cardarine (20mg) Intra-Drink: x2 BCAA scoops, 3x acetyl-l-carnitine scoops in water. In case I forgot to mention I shot 400mg test and 400mg mast-e yesterday I am eating now and will post workout later, but man oh man, my ass got weaaak son! But I am excited and eager! I was sweating buckets as well.

  23. Alright, I'll be the first. I know it's mental to be training in this shit and I know few years back some of these asian kids used to train in hypoxic masks (killing their brain cells pretending we're on a mountain and all) but now that COVID is here we got no choice. I've literally spent an hour on amazon and can't decide what the hell to get. I know I need at least XL as anything smaller doesn't fit my face. I got a wide/big head, wouldn't believe it until I tried different sizes. Wife bought a bunch and none fit me. I obviously need it to stay on and not snap, as the regular surgeon masks the string that goes around the ear keeps snapping on me and a lot of the 'home made' ones that stores sold were too small to go around my ears and wouldn't cover my mouth/nose and would keep falling off. The other factor is obviously I don't want to choke myself out and pass out from hypoxia. My first workout I wana do is deadlifts and squats without a doubt, missed it.
