Next up are my dumbbells I got these years ago (for a good price too 120CAD, impossible today). They are red McCoy standard 1" hole plates. Whoever built this, cut some kind of threaded barbell piece that's treaded inside and uses heavy duty 1" ID fine threaded bolts (home depot only carries up 3/4" ID broad threaded bolts, rods and nuts)

I donated these a few years ago but asked for them back now during COVID and they gave them back to me, at one point these were featherweight for me now too heavy after all my strength loss

I love their look and I am considering repainting them after years of use.

So now that I needed to be creative, I tried disassembling them and lower their weight (20lbs, 40lbs) but the bolt is long and fail to work:

So I went to home depot and only thing I could find that was 1" ID and 1" in width was plastic PVC fitting of sorts for piping:

Haha thanks man, you were set back bad too due to COVID straight at ground zero!I woke up feeling pretty good today! I am eager to do my next workout, just finishing up work and need a meal in.

Also no sounding good news for my gym reopening so...  I am hunting for 2.5lbs and 5lbs standard 1" plates... and everyone wants a fortune... it would help me in trying to progressively lifti heavier, doing a 20lbs increment in weights eh.. is a bit much 😄 Muscle memory will do it's thing I'm sure but still!

Oh yes I never posted up a review of BT's incenerate, on my last order the rep sent me a free pak. It definetely made me sweat, work harder and have better endurance (all the stims plus cardarine in the mix), however yohimbine while I know affecting at targetting alpha fat receptors, it always has a tendency to bloat me bad (although I pee it out throughout the day), that was not specific to BT's product but just how I respond to yohimbine. It helped me slim down right before the workotus began and during the first week doing the workouts, but I switched to albuterol and caffeine preworkout only.

My upcoming order I'll throw cardarine in too!

So for those wanting a nice morning or preworkout kick incenerate rocks! 🙂

I forgot to mention above this week I'm on 200mg test, 300mg mast, 25mg var and 20mg stano preworkout. So 200mg test less.

I am feeling good, slept good, my home workout felt good today too. Now just hungry, prepped, posting this and about to netflix 😉

Long overdue update, had shit go down in real life. So a bit of story telling to come lol.

My family after not seeing me for over a week said I somehow looked pumped and asked me 'what are you doing' lol, so that was a nice compliment but Im still a fat fuck.

Then I fucked up for over a week, family's food,  wife's snacks, joint pain/aches, skipping training. Went downhill 😞 but I did pick up... then last week or so my shoulder went downhill... last three days in particular have been horrid... I was screaming in pain moving arm around.

I also ran out of gear for a good week+ but I got my vials finally, Canada Post and COVID issues, not BT. The last shot I had onl 200mg test and 300mg mast then a whole week of waiting.... ain't a whole lot... I am tempted to add 200mg tren and keep 200mg test instead of 400mg test... I want to recomp faster... I am so mad at myself and at COVID...

When I did bounce back sure enough somehow I looked worse, no pumps, bloated and weaker. But at least I bounced back... minus the stupid shoulders. Wondering if CBD oil would help...

LOL continuing where I left off. I am banned from computer when wife is keeping me busy 😄

Also I forgot to mention but I bought plates Friday prior:

  • 2x 2.5lbs
  • 2x 7.5lbs
  • 2x10lbs

So now I can load up to 97.5lbs onto the little bars. Can't do 10lbs I forget why now, but the 10lbs are thinner and the 2.5 if I added both would not thread the bolt (too long of a configuration need a longer bolt). Would suck to have all those plates crashing on my body or legs can't risk it. Oh and despite being the same brand they are not the same. The ones I have are really one off unique. I wish I could find more... Mine are true 1" thick and 1" inner diameter. These are 1" inner diameter but their outer diameter is bigger and their thickness is less than 1". WEAK!

I have pictures but too much work to transfer from phone, I might later on.

Continuing two more... So... I am having ASTONISHING BAD PAIN in my right shoulder. It's the bicep to shoulder connection area not pec.

I don't know what to do other than rehab stuff I started doing last two days too... I was doing actual rehab before covid for two months and i was no where near healed then full stop, stopped working out and rehab for 4 months. Two months in my shoulder pain came back without me doing anything.

It's bad to the point I have trouble moving my right arm around... can't raise or rotate it's devastating and depressing.... 

So today as I am typing all this I am in pain. Yesterday when I did some band stuff, I felt better and was able to do pushups, yet... it comes nad goes it never completely goes away. Not a nerve... because it's so debilitating I can't rotate my arm 😢 or move it around. Wife finally realized I am in pain and not exaggerating. i never exaggerate I just say things. I mask/hide my own pain, but when I say its painful its painful beyond bearing.

I've been wanting to do MRI or something... but I don't like how everything is so busy with COVID nor safe....

Some cardio hopping around

I took no caffeine/albuterol and I felt fire this night. I did take 10mg cardarine preworkout and as usual 1 var and 1 stano, but usually caffeine and alb are what fire me up, but I felt good.

 

Long story short today I woke up in f'n pain in my right shoulder, yet I felt amazing yesterday after doing some cables. Pushups were NOT an issue so I feel like this pain is the bicep to shoulder insertion... what do I do????

However all orals are still pretty much toxic to an extent, really have to worry for the ones that are methylated or double methylated (superdrol).

Also yeah, if you want overall well being, sex drive, etc... you could do it twice a day, I use it for working out mostly so I dose preworkout. But sometimes I have done it first thing in morning then preworkout. Always worked for me best preworkout for my intents. Gives a mental drive, aggression focus to workouts.

 

Also if you want it for HRT type purposes, probably better to use what is normally used for HRT purposes, well being and libidio that's proviron. I like DHTs alot personally... anavar, stanolone, masteron, well superdrol technically is based off of a modified DHT. I think you can try both and see what works for you, proviron or stanolone.

Proviron didn’t work for me tried and tested many different brands free test was elevated also! 

And i wonder how come know one else carries dht pills and just them?

Oh good news, my local gym is reopening Friday! I want to deadlift and squat! I'd love to get sponsored by BT again  @BodyTechPharma hint hint 😄

Masks will be mandatory and 50 people at a time at the gym limited which is fine by me and I think that'll be great, less people the frickin better! They also said some equipment will be off limits so I have no idea what to expect... I wonder if they'll allow face shields instead of masks... I don't know how I'll feel trying to train with a frickin surgeon's face mask... I'll probably pass out deadlifting and squating lmao holy crap

Also my right shoulder/arm is totally fucked... I can't operate my right arm I wanna f'n cry... I have to get a new family doctor as my old one literally died (was a good man...) and then COVID screwed everything up... I need an MRI and some real help for this shit...

A few competitors I knew told me about PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy... and at the time (not gonna name who) told me a few years ago he could hook me up for $500 for one treatment but at the time i was like too much money... but now I don't know.. I am desperate... I haven't been around competitors in a while... and I honestly don't know where to look for this as it's not like you go to a doctor and ask for this shit.

I just touched my right arm (bicep/shoulder insertion area) and it's inflamed as fuck I can feel it....

Got my mask, kinda sucks but it'll do. Getting ready to hit up some back today. NO idea what to expect when I walk into the gym. I will let you all know. I will also probably struggle to deadlift 180lbs after 4 months off LOL, nervous and excited 😄

Alright so this is how it went, I walked in they told me to wait at middle door cause someone was already entering at front desk. Once they checked in I went in. Then they asked me to check in, gave me a bottle of spray, explained mask at all times + wipe down all equipment and carry bottle out, enter one way, enter other way around and leave bottle once done.

I wiped everything done pre-post use. Kept distance from everyone, same ordeal as outside 2m+ blabla.

Then I worked out, kept to myself. Frankly mask kept falling off but what I bought was a pretty soft fabric and still allowed me somewhat to breath which was great, but eventually I was suffocating from hypoxia LOL, especially when I got to deadlift. I had to take off take deep breath in, pause and then put back on several times frankly. I guess it will force me to get better endurance.

Pill regiment was:
All my stuff is BT gear

  • Morning: 1x stanolone, 1x anavar
  • Pre-workout: 1x stanolone, 1x anavar, 1x caffeine (200mg), 1x albuterol (5mg), 2x cardarine (20mg)

Intra-Drink: x2 BCAA scoops, 3x acetyl-l-carnitine scoops in water.

In case I forgot to mention I shot 400mg test and 400mg mast-e yesterday

I am eating now and will post workout later, but man oh man, my ass got weaaak son! But I am excited and eager! I was sweating buckets as well.

I was surprised I felt it was fairly easy however I was up to 140ish last time here, and at 95 I was already assisting with my hand for better motion, so it will all come back but.

You get used to the mask, but I agree 100% on needing to pop it off during deads or squats. I made that mistake and pretty much blacked out. 

Ill be honest, the spray down thing they got you doing, I kinda wish I was seeing that here. One of my biggest peeves is getting to a machine or bench and its liquid ass over it from the douche that last used it. Im the guy that walks around with a gym towel so I dont leave a trail behind me lol.

Sunday July 26

This was a tough day and first leg day in a while. Wife made plans, so I had to rush, had two tortillas (chicken, eggs, salad) and smashed pills in one shot, I honestly felt raised BP and a bit hard to breath (too much at once). I managed though and did OKAY.

Preworkout morning pills

  • 3x BT var (took more than usual because I needed a mental and aggression boost)
  • 2x BT stano
  • 200mg caffeine
  • 1x BT albuterol
  • 2x BT cardarine
  • 1x BT cialis


Inner hip abductor
I managed a bit better than Friday with deads day

  1. 220x20 still sore from Friday but did it
  2. 235x21
  3. 235x23 tough n hard to breath from mask

Outer hip abductor
Same, I managed a bit better than Friday

Again, same, felt better and pushed some

super detailed, loved how you included EVERYTHING.  I’m definitely taking notes, I’ll be doing a pre contest cycle this fall, and I really learned a lot from this log, and how to put one together for a forum, as I’ve never posted a detailed log before.

Felt better,but near the end started struggling. I won't get crazy results fast without higher/better gear. Relying and hoping on muscle memory first.

  4. 175x11 1 rep higher tough
  5. 175x6 lost pump talking to wife but was tough its my limit now no doubt, also too scared to ask for spots with COVID, training solo...

This week I got stuff lined up so I will see how I feel tomorrow and what I'll do, got stuff lined up (work, family, wife, etc...). Also without peptides and tren in the mix recovery is definitely slower lol. I think why I love gear in the first place is how much more often you can train, how much faster you recover, etc... and the feeling of focus. Peptides definetely do something special but no monies right now... otherwise I'd be running at least pre-sleep ipamorelin and grf-mod 200mcg each.

Also debating whether to throw in tren, clen, etc... I don't know, on the one hand I am thinking, muscle memory and time then up that shit, but at the same time I am greedy and hate being fat, I like recomping year round... as opposed to hard bulk and hard cut... plus test sucks and you feel spoiled when u run more exotic stuff and more of it, imo... definetely not trainnig with aggression like I used to, but at the same time probably better and smarter for me.. as I have the fucked up shoulder... and dont want more/new injuries...

Ill be honest, the spray down thing they got you doing, I kinda wish I was seeing that here. One of my biggest peeves is getting to a machine or bench and its liquid ass over it from the douche that last used it. Im the guy that walks around with a gym towel so I dont leave a trail behind me lol. 

Yeah man, it's gonna be rough, but I think it might help with endurance in the long run!

One benefit to mask is avoiding BO, I had my first experience of BO after months of avoiding that shit! I took the mask of briefly and smelled some bozo who needs deodorant! Nasty! 🤮🤯

Thanks brother! Trying... it definitely sucked being off for so long and improvising at home recently was kind of fun. The most annoying part was taking 5-10minutes to dissasemble/assemble them dumbbells because of the bolt lol. Changing a plate meant taking them all off haha.

I was doing so well... and then COVID hit us all... but I am determined...! It is demoralizing how fat I got (and weaker), but... sooner or later it'll all come back and I am determined!
