  • 1X BT Cialis for pump/BP issue management (i never use it for libido just this btw)

  • 200mg caffeine
  • 1x BT Albuterol (I think it's losing its effectiveness at this point, I always thought Albuterol could be run indefinitely due to it's short half life)

Mood / Thoughts:

  • I was seriously depressed/dreadful the night before so I took 1/2 day off work and worked 1/2 a day, Tonight again I can't sleep I am so stressed and depressed.
     
  • I have approximately 30 projects due by the end of the year, which normally would take an entire year but due to COVID I am expected to complete in 3 months by my crazy boss. He doesn't care that it's not feasible (he knows it's not but he wants to look good in front of the executive team). I know what I'll have to do to manage the situation, but it's stressful to deal with it and it will still going to be so much work. As is I am already having a headache wrapping my head around the massive amount of information and resource management.
     
  • I couldn't wait to finish work to hit the gym to clear my mind. I turned the negativity into rage and the workout went fantastic... good focus, pumps, I zoned out with not one damn given around me, I just walked set to set in my own little world... 
     
  • When I got home a bad situation transpired with the spouse, it broke my heart to see her cry again and break down again. I literally felt shot through the heart her saying that nothing will ever make her happy except having a child. At this point I wish I'd just off myself for her so I don't exist. No matter what I am or who I am or what we've achieved together she doesn't see it and she is fixated always on negative thoughts or things that she wants in life this very second or that she doesn't have or can't have. We can never enjoy life because she has a very different approach to living. I see all the good while she always only sees the bad and is very fixated on the bad. I don't know how to work on this.

Today's workout was descent, I am deloading more or less, so I am not trying to push really hard, I hurt my right bicep last Friday (when I was all feeling shit and super flat/small). When I was pushing empty like that, easy to get injured...

Felt good.

Wife was being nice today, which made me feel better. We went out and got some shoes, drove around. She's talking about starting to lift with me again, but gonna wait on that till she gets serious again.

Also ate Jamaican jerk chicken ❤️ my fav food. I love it. Still hungry but whatever. Weight is also up which eh is weird 264lbs, I am not leaner per say so that's not good either, but I am stronger overall so I guess that's good lol.

Just wanna add I am feeling pretty good, my appetite is normalizing. I am looking better.

Keeping the 2-3g NAC a day routine and 2-4g vitamin c.

I would love to get some UDCA or TUDCA and run 1g of that a day but that shit is expensive. Back in the day I could get it cheap from the states, but no more. Amazon sells it overpriced..

As mentioned in @Mikk0090's other thread and in here, I am tempted to get NPP and tbol, but I am doing good, just need to stay consistent. I am greedy not gonna lie. I want a fast come back and not only that but progress.

 

Sidenote: only thing that's bothering me lately is that I think I have overused caffeine and albuterol. I don't get the same stim kick as before, definitely no shakes like before too and BT's stuff is bomb! Kinda making me sad! I can always up the dose, run 400mg caffeine (which is not unheard of that's what most preworkouts have) and more albuterol (which will work), but... and I could always throw in ephedrine (it just works on it's own, not so much for fat loss, but more so for the stim kick).

When winter hits I MIGHT do a run of DNP again but only at a low dose of 200mg. Last december when I ran DNP it was at 400mg and a few days if I recall at 600mg for a day or two, for a total of a week or so. I was all home alone and was able to manage that with an open window LOL. Combined with BT's tren-suspension I was an animal at the gym but had horrible lethargy throughout the day and horrible sleep LOL. I want/need fast results haha... I don't like being fat! No matter how muscular or strong you get, being fat looks/feels shit!

It’s been a 11 weeks blood test confirmed my e2 is still crashed!

 

my joints hurt so bad I couldn’t even finish my leg day after my top set of 150 front squat for 50 reps! Hip felt like it was gonna break I woke up and my joints are so dry!

 

someone recommended hcg but wouldn’t my e2 just drop off after stopping it? I’d rAther just raise my test dose?

I hear prop dosent aromatizE as hard

Y’all got a white castles?  Few sliders and the pipes will be squeaky clean in no time.   Sour krout on a reubin sammich.  Eat about 7 sugar free diabetic chocolate turtles.

i been having the same poop issues while being on this keto diet!  I ordered some fiberlyze from species nutrition to add to my nightly shake.  Can’t get here fast enough.  But now that I think about it, some greasy fried foods sound amazing for this weeks cheat meal.  I was thinking a chili cheese burger, with a side of fried couliflower, with extra thick French toast sandwiches between 2 fluffy Belgian waffles with extra whipped cream and about half gallon of real amber maple syrup.  With a root beer float to wash it down with.   Yeaaa. I think that will be my cheat meal.  Sounds about 5k cals if I do it right.

 

glad you’re feeling better bro.  You’re on a bunch of compounds that are drying you out, which will effect the bowels.  So be careful with certain laxatives, as they draw fluid from your body into your bowels to aid the pooping process.  Could end up in some dehydration issues.   Some fiber powder will take care of it.   Fiberlyze isn’t cheap, but I’ve found it to be super smooth and non crampy, so I prefer it.

once you’re out of these little set backs that the superdrol caused and now the pooping issue are out of the way, you’ll be back to some epic workouts and progress in no time.   Sometimes the body has a weird way of telling you to take it easy for a bit, and I think this being a deload week for you is just what the doctor ordered!

Yeah I kinda stopped, when I was doing home workouts I was using the band a lot. Then I did it before the decline bench days (right before hitting gym) then I slowed down. I actually did it today a bit. I should be doing it more.

I am considering going back to my rehab guy... and I need to get to my doctor and see how I can get PRP prescribed... this is ridiculous september last year is when I screwed it up, and well we are hitting September in a week and a half... I used to LOVE training shoulders as they were an easy strength of mine (even now without ANY training I have shoulders... but they suck...)

As far as laxatives go, lol I've never done any laxatives in my life ever (seriously), what do you recommend? My wife used to take that orange stuff but then every time she did she became more stuck and I was like eeh better not!

Yeah seriously, I have learned to listen to my body over the years as I gain more experience. When I was a younger dumber me, I would to push through every situation and push the envelope on everything (Gear, food, pain threshold, etc...). For example, I remember when I used to do chest workouts or tricep rope press downs and I would literally feel my fibers tearing! Or being in a state of rage working out and just swinging and grunting all untill an injury lmao. Point being for everyone reading this, it's not ALL about the gains! You still gotta stay ALIVE and healthy!

I think the bottom line is, one could/should only run as much as they can, eat as much as they can and train as much as they can, WITHOUT compromising their health and life. If you do then what's the point, that to me is literally a REAL point of diminishing returns.

I DO feel dehydrated right now, but bowels are going down and I am eating right now right before bed. I find it weird but like you mentioned fried food or sometimes fatty foods, help me take things down too. Maybe it's just my ignorance on the subject, but for instance eating ravioli and drinking lots of water, I'll go smoothly.

I always find actual fiber supplements a hit or miss, excess fiber (say from beans) could constipate me worse... I think I said that happened to me a few weeks ago on here. One evening I was hungry and wanted fast protein, so I quickly cooked up black beans and ate them right before bed. The next day, all day, no matter how much water I drank, it was stuck in me and I was pregnant man unable to eat anything at all.

 

I am super excited to do my next deadlift and squat days... I can't wait to hit 405lbs on the regular again! I see it coming no problem easily in due time. I might do deadlifts tomorrow but I have a serious time constrain (time to train and time to eat beforehand). Wife wants us to go on a road trip in the afternoon and prep food for the road trip so not too sure how that'll pan out 😞

Today was a rush job, I had little time and not enough food and work meetings, and we are going to be heading to Niagara for the night. Need a change of scenery with the wifey.

I really wanted to deadlift but with not enough food and time, no go. Still today's workout was better than the last two back workouts.

It was such a rush, I had breakfast, went gym, had two protein bars while working out for only half an hour then rushed to my work meeting and only now about to eat. Eating as I'm posting.

I also took melatonin finally. I put 2ml bacteriostatic water and took 20 units from 1ml insulin syringe, no idea how much that is, but first day. Hopefully that and the sun will get me going LOL

So last night was a surprise, Niagara visit turned to an overnight stay 🙂 So definitely no working out today LOL, the wife really planned it out so that was epic ❤️ love her for it.

I think tomorrow I'll just do a home chest workout and then Monday I'll do back/deadlift or legs. Depending on feel.

I also ordered Reebok Men's Legacy Lifter Weightlifting Shoes, I am excited, my chucks are on the way to the bin as they've become way too worn out, to the point it's affecting my right ankle and knee. It's been a while since I had proper lifting shoes. May take over a week to ship though which sucks to wait.

That’s awesome you got to get away with your wife!  My wife and I got to take a walk alone today.  Just chatted up, slapped her butt a few times.  It was nice, we don’t get to do that very much.  Definitely felt like a kid again, and helped so much with stress levels.

 

chucks!  That all I wear and all I ever workout in.  Got high tops for leg day, just lace those babies tight and it awesome ankle support for squats.  I can’t see how guys can workout in them super foamy, squishy weird looking running shoes.  I would struggle with all the slop under my feet.  I like chucks for the flat, grippy sole and not slop in the shoe so feet don’t move around inside the shoe while I’ve got heavy ass weights on me.  I’ve always wondered what it was like to wear lifting shoes, I know a lot of the stronger guys at my gym wear them on leg and back days.

Urgh I am sick bros... so no updates... no gym since Thursday... not been well... barely ate last few days, today is the first day I had some chicken... fail fail fail....

 

@Ryujiin It's always good, but, to be honest, I am going to drop the tren once I am done the vial. I will replace it with npp or something else, I think I am getting too old for sdrol and tren. However if I get some tren suspension vials in I can use that pre-workout. I enjoyed it end of last year/beginning of this year when I was sent a sample and purchased a few from BT. Stuff was bomb.

Well so far I had a good quick come back and then hiccups along the way, and now getting sick... ah life ...

 

@Mikk0090 I got myself some reebok lifters... can't wait to try them. I already wore them, very snug, very flat, it'll be fun

Nice bro!  I may invest is some lifting shoes before too long.

being sick sucks.  It might not be a bad idea to drop the tren and orals, stay on test until the tren clears out.  Wait a week or so only on test, then slowly add the orals back in one by one.  Could be a few things going on.  And if you have a legit virus or something, the gear on top of it will only amplify the feeling like shit, especially not getting any food down.   Just a thought.   Kind of hit the reset button and rethink the cycle after you get back to 100%.  Ive had to do that a few times.   It sucks but is better in the long run.   
 

im a big nandrolone guy, I just love the way I feel on it.   You can still run a good lean cycle on nandrolone, you’ll just hold a little water.  Npp isn’t so bad with water though.  You’re pretty experienced, but if you want any tips let me know.  I’ve ran npp a few times in contest prep with great results.  I just cut it out with the test 2 weeks before show.

 

get to feeling better man, health is #1 priority!

Thanks man I went yesterday, tried my best, my right bicep is pooched from that bad Friday... so a lot of exercises hurt, can't do dumbbell curls...

I skipped decline bench and was intending to TRY incline bench and shoulder press, but i ended up doing very light flat bench DB. Haven't done it in ages and guess what it didn't really hurt... it was super lightweight but... it felt good to be able to do SOMETHING with the chest that I haven't done in so long...

Right before I went I did some band work though... I hope to God things just get better.

All week I was more or less off no pills no injection.. until Wednesday, was supposed to inject Monday. but I intend to get back into it. Will switch things up though...

I cannot remember for the life of me the peptide I used from northern but it healed my bicep injury in no time ill have to go back now and look at what it was physlifter turned me onto it

I’ve heard TB500 was good for injuries.   
 

amazing delts man!  I tend to focus on my delts to take away from my small bicep genes lol.  So many guys today are pretty lazy on their shoulder days, but then always ask how to get those “boulder shoulders” lol.   Delts are a lot like quads, where as they need a shit ton of volume to really grow after a certain point.    I see so many guys doing the normal 4 exercises for delts with 3-4 sets each, but then turn around and train biceps for hours apon hours lol.   The biggest thing that helped me was when I learned how to keep the traps out of the lateral movements, so many people will engage their traps and get a sick trap pump but hardly even engage the side delts.  Once you can figure that out, then your golden.  I only engage my traps with the heavier weights to throw it up and hold with delts, just to overload the muscle.

working through an injury sucks, but just baby it man, get the foundation back and you should be able to slowly add weight and intensity.   I’ve never tore a delt or a bicep.  But I have tore a pec, and it’s rediculous trying to work through it.

keep it up man, you’ll get back to that soon enough.    I could definitely be bigger, but I’m feeling my proportions are starting to even out.  I really just need to focus on some back thickness.   I too am just a small version of what I once was, I’ll see if I can dig up some pics for you.  I was 10-15 lbs heavier with the same body fat back in my prime.

Did some legs today, was excited for the shoes. Totally worth it. God what a difference. My feet/ankles are so stable now. I know once my body gets back into it after a week off + improper food intake, I'll be golden.

Had a descent workout today (well yesterday), will post in the morning. I did arms and chest a bit. I did 225lbs on decline better than ever with less gear so that's a good feel. I also went ahead and did 60lbs on DB flat bench today. No pain. So that makes me feel really good about myself even though the numbers are a laughing matter, imagine not being able to train at all for such a long time due to an injury and being able to do it again. It just feels good!

Tomorrow (today) the plan is to do deadlifts... wife wants to come with me this time... so it'll be interesting... she also wants us to get back on peptides (ipamorelin or ghrp2 and mod-grf), so I will probably place a new order tomorrow anyway.

That’s awesome bro!!!  So glad to hear it!  It might be a good idea to be training a bit off gear, don’t need any superficial strength to put you in a bad spot with your injuries and lose all of this progress.   Muscle memory is a real thing, and it won’t take long at all for those 60s to turn into 80s.  I respect your determination, with everything I read from you so far, training ethic, family ethic etc etc.  those gainz will come back bro, just easy does it with those injuries.  I remember when I tore my pec and basically starting at the bottom again pushing through the injury in a manner that it would heal and get those gains back.

working out with the wife is fun. Mine joins me from time to time.  All the ass slapping and stuff is fun.  Always nice to have a cheerleader in your corner.

Good to hear man. As Milkk said, it will start to come back fast, just dont rush it. 

Ill be honest, when it comes to training, I'm a solo guy. My girl used to come with me and workouts would take forever lol.

Good session today too i did 425 on deads and attempted 445 but failed but i know ill do it again soon

i had a whack busy work day so I’ll probably post late tonight both day logs

im back on track thank God and back to three belt holes again so progress

 

i still didnt order from @BodyTechPharma aaah but heads up I'll be emailing soon 😁 peptides will be back on
