It’s rare I use an anti-e but I always have it on hand better to be safe than sorry.

I’m going to approach it by feeding the need , fresh fruit and carb timing and really taking into account how many carbs I need to negate any ill effects but will be lots of trial and error before I dial it in.

I’m dealing with that right now I get dizzy and have to grab an orange or something then all is good , or if I don’t eat enough it triggers it.
