Have to admit I have never ever heard of test gel caps. My doctor started me on the cream, and I didn't enjoy it. Went to a different doc who set me up with self injections test c. Sorry I can't answer your question, but I was curious if you feel the orals have helped with your symptoms?

I know most think small doses of Tren are useless, but it works for me, but obviously not for strength/size. I've run 400mg Tren / 200mg test c a week and had sides (insomnia, acne, anger) but if I throw in 50mg into 150mg test c a week trt, I get no sides and have a better sense of well being and increased libido.

I use Naked Rice, not great tasting, but not like dirt. Rice is the only ingredient. They also have Pea. They sell it on amazon Canada. I throw in a banana, some natural peanut butter with vanilla oat milk and it's not bad at all. ?

Hi folks, hope this is the right section to post this. I've been away for a bit (damn, life gets in the way sometimes, lol) and thought I would post some pics of my (messy) garage setup. Nothing fancy, a cage with pull down attachment, some power blocks and a few accessories. But most important is the beer fridge and the 90's JBL big ass speakers, lol. Hope everyone is doing fine! ?

I hope it lasts forever onterrible. Had the injections in both elbows. It did help greatly, but didn't last. Had a total of 3 in each. Depending on the body part, there is a maximum amount of injections they will give you. I was at a point were I couldn't even lift a glass of water. Only thing that healed me was doing nothing for a full, boring year. I can only imagine the pain you feel. Sending my thoughts your way that everything works out. Take care. ?

Yes, I have a basic setup, but it works. Cage with pull down attachment and power blocks. Speaking of power blocks, a buddy was just looking on Craigslist for some used ones and I couldn't believe how much people are asking for them. I guess they hold their value well.

So happy! After 30 days in a cast and another week of doing nothing, I'm finally going back to the gym (my garage) today. Have to take it really easy for a couple more weeks, but at least I feel well enough to throw a few light weights around. Yippee! Not only that, but my order from BT is arriving today. Good times ?
