If I may make a suggestion, try taking some time off the tren.  I know you don’t like bloat.  I’ve had my body pretty much tell me “yay tren again” and not see a whole lot out of it because my body got so used to it as I had run it 3 times that year.   I tried a moderate test and NPP cycle for 8 weeks then blasted high tren for the last 6 weeks and got amazing results from it.  It’s good on the budget too.   I’ve learned over the years to mix it up, or my body just gets used to the same compounds and the results suffer.

One benefit to mask is avoiding BO, I had my first experience of BO after months of avoiding that shit! I took the mask of briefly and smelled some bozo who needs deodorant! Nasty! 🤮🤯

Thanks brother! Trying... it definitely sucked being off for so long and improvising at home recently was kind of fun. The most annoying part was taking 5-10minutes to dissasemble/assemble them dumbbells because of the bolt lol. Changing a plate meant taking them all off haha.

I was doing so well... and then COVID hit us all... but I am determined...! It is demoralizing how fat I got (and weaker), but... sooner or later it'll all come back and I am determined!

Dude I got fat too, but my wife was prego, and I couldn’t help myself with all the yummy stuff she was eating lol.   My home set up has adjustable dumbells too,  definitely a pain.  And I totally hear you about the interruptions of trying to get a pump at home lol.

I was off tren now about 5 months, that's why I am tempted haha... But now that I am getting older I think of health too 😄 so to be honest the moment I dropped tren, I felt I was far more fresh looking and feeling!

What I liked to do year round was low test (200-300) + tren, mast. Then throw in NPP which helps in recomp and fullness and appetite for me, also makes everything feel smoother. Then transition into an oral and drop npp, then flip back, then drop both and raise tren and mast, and kind of rotate like that throughout the year. Pretty harsh all year long but I literally always kept making steady progress that way as long as I was on point with nutrition and training. I would fuck up on food and training more than anything else.

I think I will wait... but I am just tempted, I know I will gain muscle back and even strength back, but I know I'll look shit all this time for a while... and I hate feeling and looking fat. And of course who doesn't like faster results.

I am on the fence... I am too shit right now and I think I'll just stick it out... and muscle memory do your magic... if I start stalling, I'll change things up...

Wife was baking cakes... and I started eating junk from stress and anxiety of being stuck at home (too used to socializing,gym, being outside, etc...). Binge watching netflix, etc... I was stuck/glued to couch for two months straight... then things didn't exactly get better until June...

I could have somewhat maintained myself even without gym, so it is entirely my fault that I got as fat as I did.

Don’t beat yourself up, I did it, and a lot of my buddies did it.  I would binge watch ancient aliens, eat a jumbo bag of haribo twin snakes gummies, and got super addicted to frozen waffles to the point that my kids were getting mad at me for eating all of them lol.

 

if you wanna keep it mild, get stronger, speed up muscle memory all why staying lean and dry.  One of my favorite things to do in between heavy cycles is run 50-75mg winny on top of my maintenance test for 4-6 weeks and stop when my joints ache.   (I prefer winny over anavar anyway).  Just the strength gainz alone are a good ego booster, and the effects in the mirror are an added bonus for being such a cheap little mini cycle.

LOL, for me it's the family, like devils every day with every bad food  "do you want some", " a little won't hurt", "just one time" and pressuring me. Mom or wife sometimes makes tiramisu and I love tiramisu, and t hen I smash it down all by myself. Next thing I know I am bloated and feeling guilty and fatter LOL.

Winny is of the table for me forever, murders me and my joints. Var I at least feel good, it gives a slight ego boost, proven in studies to even reduce visceral fat (one of few steroids that actually does) and as 'weak' as it is, it actually builds quality lean mass.. and who doesn't want that. Bloofy quick deca/dbol style gains are blah in my book.

I know it doesn't compare in terms of dryness/strength to winny, but it's a big no no for my body 😞 I am one of those guys who can't handle it. I tried many many years ago to use the old school deca/winny combo and even with deca, I was aching like an old man. Renders me unable to lift which beats the point.

Oh I get it,  winny isn’t such a nice drug, especially at higher doses.  That’s why I always cut mine off once my joints start hurting.  I’ve ran anavar many times, even tbol, which I do like me some tbol, I just like the way winny makes me look.

im one of those guys that LOVES to blow up at the beginning of a bulk.  Love me some dbol, but usually cut it off what’s the bloat makes me start feeling shitty and let the oils take over.  
 

I don’t wanna hyjack your post, keep up the good work bro, and we all feel your pain of being on the gain train, just to be locked up inside, then be weak as fuck going back into the gym.  You’ll make up those gains, and judging by how you put your log together, you got the discipline to be that 220 lean beast you once were.

Tbol, ah I love tbol A LOT! I tend to run it 80mg-100mg for 8 weeks. After 8-9 weeks it just maintains you and I find a point where the results just stop so I drop it or switch to something else. I can't afford it though 😞 At those doses I am pumped ALL day, every time I ever ran it, ppl even at the office would say I am 'doing something' lol because I'd literally be constantly pumped. It also has a funny synergy with test for libido LOL. You literally turn into a wood pecker!

Aside from extreme and epic pumps, it has a unique form of trimming waist with little nutritional change, very distinct feeling of focus and aggression when training but not out of gym only in gym. One of my favorite compounds and for the best results even stacked with var. Sounds insane but the results were always epic for me. The best I ever looked was when I was on test-prop, tren-a, mast-p, var/tbol (100mg each). I was pumped, strong and had ass striations lmao! Ah those damn days...

Maybe BT will sponsor me with some tbol 😄

The only thing that sucks for me right now is my inability to train shoulders and chest due to an injury. I am desperate at this point to try anything and I am going to look into PRP. As such, no matter the amount of gear I run, I will not be able to train as an animal and get full results. At least, legs, arms, back I can train and not worry, but chest and shoulders are a no no... at least chest I found ways to work around somewhat... it appears this injury for me is the bicep/shoulder insertion while all my past rotator specific injuries were more so the pec insertion...

This was a pretty good day! I really was motivated and I wanted to push myself! Being my second back day, but I skipped deadlifts today.

I only had one breakfast meal (left over chicken, potatoes, some other stuff). Then I stimmed up and hit it hard.

Preworkout pills

  • 200mg caffeine
  • 2x BT albuterol (went on the wild side)
  • 2x BT cardarine (what mask breathing problems?)
  • 2x BT stanolone
  • 3x BT Anavar

Yeah let's just say anavar made me feel damn good, reminded me of what tren feels like with less sides😄 but I am going to run out and that's gonna suck 😄 It's also making me want to train harder, faster and more, and well run more gear but no $$$ 😄 


Seated rows

  1. 115x20 yay higher start n rep
  2. 135x17 1 rep higher n earlier weight start
  3. 145x16 pushed through really hard with more reps
  4. 155x14 at my limit pushing super hard
  5. 155x14 same as above focused
  6. 160x12 yay but ended up with abs cramping felt dam good n felt my mid back real good


Single arm pulldowns

  1. 80x21
  2. 90x16 pushing hard
  3. 100x14 pushed hard, assisted myself way more reps than last time but def hard
  4. 105x10 pushed hard n assisted myself
  5. 105x12 better n less assistance
  6. 110x6 assisted at limit here, more than last time

And on the above note, today I am sore AF... everywhere. I wanted to do pushups and maybe shoulders today. Pushups specifically at home on my power press system thing as opposed to weights or machines at the gym as I have my bad shoulder and i've been making progress with this...

Will see, got a buncha stuff lined up afternoon/night after work and I am damn tired.. really really tired today. Hungry too. Ran out of propane on BBQ urgh

My injury this time around is a delt/bicep insertion. Can't do any kind of benching except decline barbell. And can't do shoulder training which breaks my heart haha. I was big on seated DB shoulder presses (Used to get legit big boy heavy too)

My old injury which I dont feel no more (which I thought a long time ago was bad) was at the pec. It prevented me from ever doing any kind of flat bench (even before this new injury). However I was able to train shoulders balls out and incline DB presses like a champ. I worked around by doing cable stuff.

This new injury however even some cable work is a no no. When I was doing rehab my rehab guy said nothing at all, no raising of arms or exercises 'above'.

Seth was a monster.  He has some awesome training videos.  I think you’ll like his humor and work ethic too.  His latest 2 vids are after his injury, lost 20lbs but still jacked to all hell.  I would die if I couldn’t do shoulders.  I feel like a monster pushing 130s on seated press.  And the pumps are the most satisfying, better than sex some times.   Look around the net, I’m sure there are some modified movements you could find to get a good pump.

I had a whack ass, bad, tiring, exhausting, very stressful weekend, wife injured, wife and I also under going final step of IVF, her surgery tomorrow. We've dropped 20k.. and fully broke no savings no more. I am having extreme anxiety over the results as well this is our third attempt. Going bankrupt and also my last few frozen samples being used up... I am stressed.

I did get a workout in quick on the weekend so I'll post it now, I am feeling better and better.

Also, my mother saw me and said I look slimmer (aka not fat). She is the first person to call me out fat from everyone, so that's her way of complimenting me. I have dropped down to 256.6lbs! Fattest COVID was 265lbs.

I was wondering how things worked out for you in the fertility department man. I remember last year we were both posting about it so this update is nice. Really hope it takes and you have a little one or two running around soon. 

Was it on your side or hers or both?  I cant recall but it sounds like you got your swimmers in somewhat order?

me.. hypogonadism and abnormally low sperm even without being on HRT, so therefore 0 when on HRT... Last batch of sperm potentially to go, i got two frozen, they may need two they said i dont know.... plus so expensive on us.... Going to bed surgery is tomorrow morning, i should have been sleeping already...

Busy day didn't have much to eat... Ate my home made tortillas with eggs and chicken bacon. Then Cora after wife's surgery. Then had a buncha dates and BCAAs and went gym. I didn't eat well. Came home, had a webex meeting, ate some left over chicken. Having to take wife for another appointment. Then when I come home will BBQ and mash down food. I am super hungry right now but no choice. It was a heck of a day been up since 6am...

I still had more in me, was gonna do abs and lateral delts with a machine (to ease back into them), but unfortunately had to go as I had an appointment.

Frickin tornado watch, no bbq happening. I'm haaangrruyyyyy! Wife's making chicken on pan that i just sliced up, and some butternut squash pasta. I can't wait!

Also BT will be hooking me up 🙂 I am going to up the ante a bit! Some tren will be back!

I feel good and look a bit better! Not bad for about 3 workouts per muscle group so far in a span of roughly two weeks-ish

Feeling achy joints today, sore muscles and feeling tired today but I really pushed myself.

I am also out of gear but BT got me covered, stuff is on the way. I will be upping the ante.

I also need to inject, had a wild day today after gym, so haven't had the chance to inject. Btw my injections were all once a week this whole time since COVID.

I will start twice weekly injections when I reintroduce Tren-E
