  2. I’ll be another to say ephedrine - amazing appetite suppressant as well as great fat burner. I honestly find result wise similar to clen with less effects on my cardiovascular system (at a moderate dose).

  3. Today was a high volume full body workout. My energy was so/so but waned as the workout wore on. I haven't done high volume in quite some time. While using lighter weight and focusing on the mind muscle connection, had a great workout and really felt the muscles activating as they should. Pinned 1cc TNT-450 this morning along with downing the usual 30mg of madol, 60mg of stanolone, 50mg of windy, and 200mg of DNP. I added some ephedrine and caffeine to combat the lethargy from the DNP. It really made a difference yesterday, so I figured I'd take it right off the bat. Today's workout: Leg extensions: 100x25 130x25 (2 sets) Bench press: 135x25 (3 sets), 185x20 Bent over row: 135x25 (3 sets) Barbell shrug: 135x25 (3 sets) One arm preacher curl: 25x25 (3 sets) Incline triceps extensions: 50x25, 60x25 (2 sets) I was totally wiped by the end. Had a fucking amazing pump. Good workout overall. Decent strength. Felt a little shitty perhaps from the Chinese food I had last night. Not used to so many carbs.? That's it for today.   4. My confidence in pushing exercises continues to grow as I did shoulders today. 3rd week back doing any pushing exercises at all, and I’m still doing machines. Not for long though as I’m stacking the machines and repping the shit out of them. Not surprising, but the tricep is holding well, which is the main thing at this time. I will have to remind myself to be careful as the dbol starts to play. I get strong fast on that stuff. Can’t wait. I’m excited to see what this cycle brings. I have not been off this long in, well, years. The TRT seems to have kept me from losing too much size (using bodytech sustanon for that). It maintained my body weight in the mid to high 280’s.

  5. I have been having some major issue lately while be back on cycle. I’ve decided to now do 3 months blast on cycle and 3 months cruise at 150-200 mg test per week. I’ve been having some major issues having to force most of my meals while back on cycle. I’ve been taking 500 test 600 eq and 5 iu gh everyday. I know anadrol and eq are supposed to help with appetite. I feel I was a lot hungrier while on cruising low dose test. Has anyone else noticed this problem. I’m trying to grow like everyone else. And it’s the food that really helps me push up. Has anyone else had or noticed this problem and have any suggestions for me. Thanks !!!

  7. I’ll train with you any day. Im doing physio right now since I’m not training for a comp and have time. I don’t know if we even have an athletic therapist in town. My RMT is Tony Tomra, he digs right in. There are bodybuilders that train at X. There is a girl there trying to go from figure to physique. I also train at GoodLife. I’m rambling so im going to end this post now. Lol

  8. 4 days post surgery, everything went well. Two weeks till I can start training again. Starting to pin eq and deca tomorrow, been on Bodytech test for 5 weeks now, loving it. Sitting at 225lbs.

  13. I started taking 50 mg of anadrol for the first 3 weeks of my cycle and am now off it. I’m about to taper down my test and come off the end of this month and cruise. I will continue to do my gh. Hoping my appetite comes back. And yes I use weed to try and eat but it just makes me want to eat garbage lol

  15. Thankfully out in beautiful BC it had become the “popular go to” with little research. I always choose locally made and produced, and know about the company producing it. Miss Envy is the brand I personally use! It has been a fairly amazing product for inflammation/arthritis and world extrenly well in animals too!!

  17. Hey do you have any follow ups to this topic? My wife's libido has crashed and her OB doesn't want to seem to intervene, simply telling her she's depressed, try exercising (wtf lol), try not stressing, try everything but address a potential hormonal issue. I was contemplating having her try 8 mg test every other day to keep the hormone from huge fluctuations from every 3rd day. But seeing this has made things much more positive. How were sides? virilization?

This isn’t necessarily to you, but something I find quite funny is people will load up on ephedrine and caffeine but will either skip the aspirin altogether or find that the part that’s crossing the line. Yet most people know how effective aspirin can be at relieving some of the harshness on your cardiovascular system and that’s the part they want to avoid lol

  20. I’ll second that cheapest easiest way to kill appetite and give your metabolism a kick in the ass. I usually drop the aspirin though never really noticed a difference with it in or out.

  26. I'm running it 30mg per day. I have 10mg tabs. I'm at the end of a long cut eating a caloric deficit and I'm lifting at or near my PR on many lifts.
