  2. I've been chatting with GENETEC the last few weeks and placed my first order yesterday. Very easy going guy, answers you right away and doesnt mind what the question is (rare), most guys play nice but are assholes!! I've never done bloods for forms always for myself to see what I'm using and my levels but I'm going to do bloods at 5 weeks then 9th week. MY PERSONAL opinion that bloods should be done twice in a cycle because how levels fluctuate from start middle and end of cycle also my cycle is test, superdrol n deca sp I wanna make sure the test n deca is loaded in me. I will give the results to GENETEC to post, not that I'm hiding anything or worried bout results. To me it's a respect thing. I'll share my true experience for this lab, my order,cycle, what I feel during cycle, and end results For my mutual respect NL brothers and I just like the person behind the scene Cheers!

  3. This is more for me, than you, but y'all can join the ride if you'd like. This is to keep me active here and, maybe help some ladies along the way. A little about me: I am about to be 30. I've been using AAS on and off since I was about 22. I moved to the USA when I was 24, got married, had a child. Breast feed. until I was 26. Hormone free for about two, maybe three years. I got back on and back to the gym and have been going strong since December 2016. I have used, dbol, androl, var, winny, primo, bold cyp, superdrol, TNE, Tren base, tbol, NPP, um... i've tried cialis but, that was more for BP purposes. I think thats it? I can't think of anything else. I've been through a lot of ups and downs the past year. I recently escaped a very abusive relationship. which, changed my entire cycle/plan for 2018. Ultimately, I ended up just riding a bulk out longer than I intended. Which, is okay, maybe that's what I really needed to do. This past summer i did 8 weeks of bold cyp and damn, let me tell you, i fuckin loved bold cyp. I just wish I would've saved it for the winter and ran NPP in the summer. It's okay, it was a learning lesson. In September 2018 I decided that I was going to maintain most of my gains by running a low dose of var. So, I've been running var at 10mg a day since, still am and, I've added NPP at 100mg/wk since the beginning of December. I'll wrap this up here by the end of this month and slowly phase into a cut... post cut. that's when I would like to try tren. I know, I know. you guys are thinking. girl and tren? what the fuck... Trust me, I wouldn't be the first, nor the last. I planned on running tren at 30mg/wk. And just see where it takes my physique. and where it takes my strength. I would love to try some slin as well and Gh but, I can't afford GH at the moment so, that will have to wait for a bit. Current Stats: 5'6" 170 to 175 lbs I'm guessing I'm at like 20% bodyfat. Yes, I am thicc. I do love my thickness and, kinda don't want to lose much of it. Macros: I try and hit roughly 2000 calories but, i've been having a hard time getting that in (Wish i brought my bold cyp over).. I just checked my macros and I was only at 1800 cals so, I gotta eat one more time. I do try and keep my split, 45% Protein. 30% Fats and 25% Carbs. but, since I've been having a hard time eating sometimes, the fats and, carbs don't stay where I'd like them to stay. At that point it's just hitting calories. I stick to IIFYM type of dieting. it's what works best for me. Pictures. I'll post some up. Feel free to ask anything just, keep it respectful. Oh, my goal. my overall goal, look good and be strong. I combine both powerlifting and bodybuilding together. I consider myself a hybrid lifter. I love my squats, love deadlifts.. I stay away from benching because of a shoulder injury but... then, i love the fucking pump I get when bodybuilding. I typically post my workouts but, lately it's been hard for me to log them. since, I don't really carry my phone around at this gym, wifi only hits so far. Alright, I think that's it? lol. I'll dig a couple pictures up to get this thread rolling.

He is going to try to ram in as many immigrants as he can before then, I think he still would like to change the election process so they can vote. i know of young people that voted him in because they thought that Harper was a war monger, and a dictator, bwahaaa, yeah, and then they thought Trydeau would be more like them and legalize pot, accept everyone. Now they are regretting their decision, and say they won’t vote in the next election. I told them no, you helped to create this mess, now you have to vote him out to fix it. All we have to remember is to vote. Tell everyone to vote. Join the yellow vest group, yeah there are some asshats on their that make the rest look bad, but there is always those in every group. Go and protest. We need to fight for our country.

Ok guys having a great day here today it’s beautiful out , I’m excited for my boy he got picked to fight in the taekwondo tournament, today I’m actually excited to hit the gym today hitting chest , food has been on point . Ok have been pinning Genetec Research for my recent TRT and have been using their sustanon 250 into the quad, I have to say I warm the vial and it pins through a 25g and it’s absolutely painless not even the usual sting of the short esters, A1 guys there great service fast response . Thanks Genetec !

  10. Anadrol is definitely a much stronger compound than EQ. There really is no comparison. Chronically elevated RBC is not a good thing however, it's a bad thing. It can mess up your sleep, cause joint pain and obviously lethargy.

Yet, I hit pot hole, after pot hole and raised man holes and, fucking, god knows what else. All my american friends used to bash him. And now, I see why coming back home. Fuck this guy.   14. Some sort of rotator cuff tear.... Shoulders are a bitch. The most potentially unstable joint in the body. Take it from me who's had multiple dislocations and separations in both shoulders. My advice, don't train into the pain. Avoid all movements that trigger pain. That's your body telling you somethings wrong. Go see a physio to get an idea of what's wrong ( your doctor will probably give you a generalized opinion, then send you to a physio). They will tell you to go see a doctor if xrays or extra diagnostic imaging is needed or if there's more to your injury then they can handle. My 2 cents. Maybe @Physlifter can chime in.....

  15. So it's been a week, I've taken a shot every other day, kept up my ultrasound and interferential current on my elbow. I've done the same biomechanical awareness and avoided lifting and pulling with the arm. Truth...I'm feeling better. Like way better. 50-60% better. I can extend my arm now without pain. I can make a fist without pain. I can grab my coffee cup or light objects without pain. It's fatigued with an ache, but I've yet to train shoulders with laterals. Adding tb500 is really the only new thing I've done in the last two months and there's been large changes, so I have to attribute it to that. Another bottle to go.

Shipping was super fast recieved it sooner than I thought I would. Packaging was more than adequate.   23. Good morning! Back/tris and cardio today. I have a conference call with my ex. This will be interesting. I'm guessing they need me to tell me that payments will be lowered. Obviously I'll do my best to fight it but, I doubt I'll get it my way. Not that it matters. I haven't recieved a dime from him since, October. Fucking deadbeat.
