Raisin bran 160-190 cal with 100grams of milk it’s roughly 250 serving of flaked ham is 60 cal plus 2 pieces of bread total 150 cal Banana 90 cal Supreme pizza slice 270 estimating your calories you ate 800 calories yesterday. Even being shit food that should be a caloric deficit. im 210 lbs, my maintenance is 3,500 cal per day. I’m very active and I lay it all on the line for 1.5h a day 6 days a week at the gym. Bulking I’ll go to 4,500 cutting I’ll go as low as 2000 (numbers reflect the end amount as I cut and bulk gradually over weeks) Am I suppose to believe that reflects your average daily caloric intake? Hmmm, I’d be tiny if that’s all I ate... this will be my last post in your thread. Best of luck.
  2. I’ve used a mix of both. I used 500 mcg a day of each for 4 weeks. (Also used mk 677) now I only use bpc because Tb can grow cancer cells and I have several small tumours. Healing up tendinitis very well right now at 250mcg a day.
  3. It really wasn’t time for gear yet. But I’ll shut up, you really don’t need to hear it from me.. Suppose your situation does make seeing a doctor interesting. Make sure you watch your blood pressure. You can do that on your own. You definitely want to keep an eye on that, especially because you are so big. Hopefully you can get a doc on board soon tho.. Be nice to ecg your heart and have all blood values checked. The following is my opinion only. That is a decent starter cycle. Almost perfect for a first, except I think rhe dbol you could have gone without. It’s not conducive to losing weight and most gains made it will go away (based off my limited use). Masteron, proviron, even a bit of winny might be better for you, primo too but it’s pricy. They are all dry compounds, and shouldn’t aromatise to estrogen if legit. Your pct should be ok, assuming it’s your first cycle. Hopefully you had an AI on hand, always, always have an ai. I hate the stuff but carry several just in case. Lol, it’s like having a gun, or condom close by. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it... Not having money for protein is definitely not optimal. Nutrition should come before drugs, always. Steroids feed off food. Protein is a necessity. And once you are low BF adding moderate-high clean carbs on steroids is like throwing fuel on the fire. From what I’ve read here, there are many knowledgeable people to help you along the way. You can save years of training by learning the easy way as opposed to the hard way.   7. Proviron is a great recommendation at that dose. Not only will it help control estrogen but it will make your cycle even more powerful! A frequent injection schedule will also minimize E sides. So rather than once a week, 2-3 times. I’m a huge fan of eod pins especially when sust is used, due to propionate being in the mix. I do realize many don’t want to be a pin cushion tho. But it is effective. Less huge spikes and drops in hormones means less conversion.

  9. I wouldn’t use any ai at 500 test. You may need to, but many wouldn’t. Letro is heavy stuff. You’ll wind up with no estrogen, which imo is even worse than high

  11. Delatestryl is hands down my favourite test next to Organon sust. If I’m not mistaken, delatystryl uses sesame oil as the carrier. I use it to break in virgin, or muscles I haven’t pinned in a while. Do you mean it gave you pip? Cause damn, I could put it in my tongue or eyeball lol. Seems everyone reacts differently.
  12. Buy a treadmill, put a body mirror in front of it. Run in your underwear, when you feel like stopping look in the mirror then imagine your new body. Sounds silly, but it motivated the fuck out of me. Clen is pretty hard on the body, but I’m a pussy. I won’t touch tren or adrol. ive used ephedrine and caffeine, it works well. And it’s all legal and super cheap.
  13. Skipping meals isn’t quite IF. But yeah, I agree you would lose weight with either or. Tho I do feel with weight loss sustainability is critical. Sure you could cut a bunch of weight starving yourself, making drastic changes or going keto. But, and it’s just my opinion, it should be done slowly, in a way you can maintain for years to come and without torturing yourself. I do have to remember not everyone has the same goals as I do. Maintaining muscle is very important to me. As is keeping lean while enjoying life and being happy with my nutrition. I do have some personal experience losing weight and understand the struggle. 4 years ago I was 238 lbs never worked out or exercised. Damn, I think I averaged, 3 double double (timmie ) and 12 Pepsi a day... it was effecting my health and happiness. Not to mention I have a beautiful young wife who I really wanted to stay physically attracted to me. ( at the time she was 25 and I was 34) it took me a year to get close to 12% bf and I wound up at 170 lbs. then I found the weight room and my passion me at 230+ with my kid and niece. 1 year later, close to 60 lbs lighter, felt so much better, looked better, was healthier. But now I had a fitness addiction! my bodybuilding transformation. 6 months between pics. And my current physique, off cycle and no flex. (2 months ago, 196 lbs 15% bf) Whatsup! If I can do this you can do it!! It’ll take time and consistency. You’ve already made the choice and your on the path to your goals. I love following along with this thread as it inspires me. I’m happy for you bro, you’ve started a new chapter in your book of life. It looks like there are several supportive and knowledgeable people here willing to help you.   16. I agree that a change should be made, the body adapts quickly to try and avoid change. You could lower calories or increase cardio. Maybe a bit of both? If more cardio than you currently are on doesn’t fit your life you could try another type. Say if your walking you could try stepmill, or my personal favourite HITT style cardio. And of course (tho I avoid this and have limited personal experience) there are fat burners to aid in weight loss. Clen, ephedrine etc. Tho I’ve only experimented with ephedrine/caffeine. do you have a rough idea of your caloric intake and do you generally adhere to a set value?
  17. Skipping meals? Blasphemy!! Lol, I don’t think skipping meals is ever a good idea. Just get your nutrition on point. With your goals you are obviously going to want to stay in a deficit and slowly add cardio to your training. Skipping meals isn’t a good idea, in my opinion anyway. 4 years ago I was 240lbs. And it wasn’t muscle. If I can do it, you can do it. And by the look of things, you are doing it. In the kitchen is where 90% your change will take place. You can do it bro!
  18. Imo 500 mg test is a serious cycle. I don’t care what anyone says. The first time you introduce exogenous hormones the reaction is spectacular. I think a “mild” first cycle would be 350mg for 8-10 weeks. Or 100 test 50 var. Or you could even find a doctor willing to administer trt in the high range. example: My first go was 10 weeks, 400 test for 5 weeks. Then 500mg for 5 more. the result was a 25 lb increase in muscle mass and a sharp decrease in bodyfat.(of course training and nutrition MUST be on point) I also started tanning Before my cycle I had my mind made up, I’ll only ever do one cycle. That’s all. 1.5 years later I’m on my 4th cycle... its not just seeing your body transform before your eyes, it’s that pump.. skin splitting. It’s the way you’ll feel, like your 18 again. The libido increase. The compliments you get. The strength. The aggression you feel lifting... you put that pin in there’s no looking back. there are also several negatives enhancement comes with. I’m sure many members will share with you if you like. that being said, I regret nothing.

  21. I agree on quad shots. Don’t do it bro, it’s the worst place to fight an infection if you do get one. It’s to soon your shot to be an infection, tho it could turn into one. Sometimes you just have a “bad shot”. Sounds like it. I avoid gear doses at 400ml because of the high bb/ba levels. Recipe for pip. hope it’s ok bro

  23. I’m not to sensitive to E sides. A few cycles at 5-600 I had no issues. Bloodwork showed my E and T in favourable ratios. However, last winter I used 900 mg of pharma test and got a gyno lump at the end of my cycle. I used a SERM called roloxifene and it completely disappeared after a month or so of use. I plan on removing my glands soon as I strongly dislike using AI’s. I think you should get on the Novaldex, maybe a few days at 40mg then 10mg until the gyno recedes. I’d definitely lower my test dose too. I did, and added masteron to make up for the lower test dose.
