  1. Watch out for the MK bloat as well. It does go away after about a week though for most. PPL's new bottles are giggles. More so if you got the custom blow molded ones.
  2. Decided to change up my leg session last night just to freshen things up a little bit. Increased TUT and variable load structure and went full failure on the last two sets followed by slow repping it out with just the sled until I could just not move it anymore. Threw in leg curls, leg extensions, standing calf press and some farmers walk at the end. The inflammation in my legs was so bad last night I could not sleep, had to get up, hit my quads with the massage gun at 1am followed by a cold show lol. Wild. Still feeling it this AM. Upped my AM cardio time to 60min today and I might do that 2 days this week just to see, keeping the other days at 45min still and my two post weight cardio sessions at 20min still. Hoping to see sub 109 on the scale by the end of the week.
  3. In for the follow 100% Kill it man.

    GW0742

GW0742 SARM: A New PPAR Agonist which increases muscle mass Cardarine or GW501516 is one of the most popular SARMs out there. Technically, the Cardarine is not a SARM but a PPAR agonist. However, it’s widely marketed and sold as a SARM, so it’s always categorized as one. The drug is mostly used in cutting cycles. According to multiple trials, Cardarine increases the expression of genes responsible for fat catabolism in the skeletal muscles. In other words, it stimulates your body to breakdown and burn fatty acids. How is this relevant to GW0742, though? Well, GW0472 is said to be an improved version of Cardarine GW501516. What is GW0742? GW0742 is a PPAR agonist sold as a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator. The chemical structure of this drug is very similar to that of Cardarine GW501516. In fact, reports claim that GW0742 was only developed to increase the patent of Cardarine by the manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline. Users claim GW0742 is more powerful than Cardarine, with some saying it is up to 200X more powerful than GW501516. However, the difference in the structures of the two compounds is very minimal, so the two are probably not that different even in the results produced. Another problem with GW0742 is that the number of research on it is very low. Even finding studies done on rodents is difficult. All SARMs, in general, have relatively limited clinical research. However, since most of them have been around for a long time, the anecdotal evidence provides lots of details on what users can expect. The same can’t be said on GW0742 because not a lot of people use it. The few that do have only taken it for a short time, so we can’t get reliable information on how to dose it and the potential risks involved. GW0742 is also not very easy to find. This explains why many people stick to Cardarine GW501516 even though GW0742 may be slightly better. The benefits of GW0742 are very similar to Cardarine’s. Fat Loss Being a PPAR agonist, you can expect an increase in fat loss when taking GW0742. The drug boosts metabolism and stimulates your body to turn to fat for fuel. It also increases the oxidative capacity of the muscles helping you to burn more calories. GW0742 breaks down adipose in different parts of the body, from the arms and legs to the abdomen. GW0742 can be a great SARM for bodybuilders looking to shred a few pounds of fat to improve muscle definition. The drug will help you achieve this without attacking your lean muscle mass gains. Increased Endurance and Energy Levels A typical weight loss plan leaves people feeling lethargic and fatigued simply because they are following a calorie deficit diet that doesn’t factor in energy requirements. That’s not the case with GW0742. This drug works just like Cardarine to increase your energy levels and endurance by turning fat into energy. It suppresses glucose metabolism and stimulates your body to tap into its fat reserves for energy. The increased oxidative capacity in muscles also improves your stamina and endurance. GW0742 is very helpful for bodybuilders because energy and stamina are a priority even during cutting cycles. Reduces Inflammation GW0742 has some anti-inflammatory properties that can benefit your gut. Although several studies have reported this, scientists are still asking for more clinical trials to understand the potential benefits and uses of GW0742 in treating gut inflammation. Reduces Total Cholesterol According to this study, GW0742 can reduce total cholesterol by reversing the transportation of cholesterol. The study reports that GW0742 decreases the reabsorption of cholesterol in the intestines. This means most of the cholesterol remains in the digestive tract, where it ends up getting excreted from the body. The researchers reported that GW0742 works in a similar manner as Ezetimibe, a drug used for treating high blood cholesterol. The one major drawback of the above study is that it was conducted by scientists who are linked to GlaxoSmithKline, the company that owns the patents of both Cardarine GW501516 and GW0742. Supports a Healthy Lipid Profile GW0742 increases the metabolism of lipids in the heart. The same benefit has been observed in Cardarine users. GW0742 Side Effects The potential side effects of GW0742 remain a mystery due to the lack of enough clinical trials. Since the drug is very similar to GW501516, we can assume that the risks and side effects are more or less similar. This would mean that GW0742 users may experience skin-related issues like acne and oily skin. There used to be reports that Cardarine can cause or worsen cancer. Fortunately, additional studies proved that Cardarine does not cause cancer. Animal studies have shown that GW0742, too, does not stimulate cancer growth. GW0742 has been linked to cardiomegaly. This is a condition where the size of your heart increases due to calcineurin activation. The condition was observed in animal studies involving mice. Whether or not the same can happen to humans remains unknown because we don’t have enough human trials on this drug. Sadly, the mere possibility of developing that condition is enough to scare many people from using GW0742. GW0742 Dosage and Cycle Guideline GW0742 dosage and cycle should be similar to Cardarine’s. This means a dosage of between 10 and 25mg per day taken in an 8-week cycle. The drug has a half-life of 24 hours, so you only need to take it once every day. As a safety precaution, I recommend you start with 10mg per day even if you’ve used GW501516 before. There is so much we don’t know about GW0742, so don’t risk your health by starting with high dosages.
  5. Damn man...little chub going on lol. Thats a lot of variety. All I have in mine is test, tren, mast, drol, cialis, aromasin, adex and a little winny, clomid and var... A bunch of pharma T4 that I dont know what to do with. I would take pics but its all packed tight and stealth.
  6. Micro update: Just the weigh-ins over the last week. Who knows: Starting Monday May 17: 110.8kg 110.3kg 109.9kg 109.8kg 110.1kg 110.3kg 110.6kg Today AM was 109.8kg, so a little confused but will keep going it at it this week. Puts me at a weekly average of 110.23kg vs. 111.23kg the week prior...
  7. I will add that if she is lean enough darting with a slin pin does make microdosing pretty easy. MCT oil based will flow pretty good. I think it will come down to personal preference and results.
  8. Honestly, the oatmeal mix was already my favorite meal, but with the pink salt added...its just on another level. I cant believe I did not think to add it before. YouTube to the rescue on that one.
  9. Crushed the push workout, crushed the ham workout (or it rather crushed me), arms tonight with some extra cardio. Things have been pretty good this week overall. Daily weigh ins have been interesting and Ill post those up Monday after I have the numbers for Sat/Sun (which are lower carb off days - except cardio) I have still been trying to think ahead to what adjustments I could do when the weight drop stops moving again. Needless to say, if I can hold this current 1kg a week progress for the next month and a bit I will be pretty friggin happy. I dont actually know my current bodyfat level as I have zero skills with calipers and self review in the mirror is hit or miss, that said, I am hoping 100kg flat would have me around 15%. I will be posting up photos every two weeks moving forward (in theory) as I know there are some of you on here with "laser body fat" detection abilities. I may need to start dropping in some leg shots as well, as that does matter. On the supps side, I would love to add some T3 into the mix but its not easy to get here and given how hungry I have been as of late, Im not sure I would want it in the mix. Clen could be on the menu, but given my age and goal, not sure if its something that would be needed or desired more so with the TTM stack already pumping through my veins. Anyway, meal 2 coming up here in about 45min and my stomach is beggin for it.
  10. Damn man, 3lbs in less than a week. Dirty. Your going to achieve in a couple months what I have been trying to do coming up on almost 1.5 years lol.
  11. Are you able to post up what Dave has you doing or are you under any type of confidentially contract from his training/diet/supps layouts? You should start a log man if you can. Contest preps are always amazing reads.
  12. Random update note: I started adding Himalayan Pink Salt into my 50g oats, 50g ice coffee whey, 50g frozen blue berries, 1tsp cinnamon meal (the 20g nut butter is jar to mouth directly cause that's how I roll) and all I can say is, at this point its better than crack (pop culture reference as I don't have actual experience there)... I mean, its a completely different level now. Also really curious to see what the extra sodium does for my workouts. Also just ordered a bucket of tiramisu flavored whey that should be interesting. Keeping up with the daily weight tracking now just to keep a mean average and track the fluctuations over the week. Hoping to really crush this push workout tonight as the one last week was sub-par in my opinion. Life Update: Anmnio test results came back and we are all clear for any genetic defects (downs, tristen, etc) and the ultrasound today found zero defects or anomalies. 22 weeks in and the little guy/gal is already punching and kicking her lol. The stress of worry has been unreal as we are considered high risk due to what happened last time. So far so good and more than half way there.
  13. It was not too bad for this show (but not great either), but I really wish they would throw down a good lighting standard. The "natty" lighting they had back in the day would just make everything pop like nuts.
  14. @musclebeauty will have a more detailed answer than I can drop, but from my ex used to dose at 100mg/week doing EOD shots for min oil deposits. As MG stated, make sure your primo is legit, but then, if its the same source as your anavar (which I assume is legit and dosed correctly) you should be good to go. All that said, I wish I could dose primo at 100mg a week and grow/lean out the way she did. I think you would do better in bikini than PL man.
  15. I have been using berberine for the past few months in a standard 500mg x 3 dose protocol as outlined in my log, but from this week per the recommendation of someone much bigger and leaner then myself, have transitioned to 1000mg before bed and 500mg in the AM fasted, pre-cardio with my caffeine and alpha yohimbine does. It was outlined to me that this would flatline my AM insulin/blood sugar to improve lipolysis among other things for better support during a "cut" vs a "bulk"... On that note, if you use berberine, how do you like to use it and why? Below is general info on berberine via good ol copy and past with some cleaning. Everything you need to know about berberine: Berberine is a compound in several plants, including goldenseal, barberry, Oregon grape, and tree turmeric. Research has suggested that berberine can help treat diabetes, obesity, and inflammation, among other conditions. However, side effects can include stomach upset and nausea. Berberine has been a part of Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. It works in multiple ways in the body and is able to make changes within the body’s cells. Studies suggest that berberine has a “harmonious distribution” into several targets in the body, which allows it to fight certain conditions while causing minimal side effects. Many studies of berberine have indicated that it can treat several metabolic health conditions, including diabetes, obesity, and heart problems. Although berberine appears to be safe and to cause few side effects, a person should speak with a doctor before taking it. Benefits: The following are conditions that berberine may help treat, according to research. Bacterial infections Berberine, which is a compound in tree turmeric, is an effective antimicrobial agent. Berberine could be an effective antimicrobial agent. A laboratory study found that berberine helped inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus. S. aureus can cause many health problems, including sepsis, pneumonia, meningitis, and a range of skin conditions. Another study found that berberine has the ability to damage the DNA and protein of certain bacteria. Inflammation: Inflammation is a key factor in several health conditions, including heart disease and diabetes. Some research suggests that berberine has anti-inflammatory properties, which means that it could help treat diabetes and other inflammation-related health conditions. Diabetes: Research has shown that berberine may work as a diabetes treatment. Studies have found that it can have positive effects on blood sugar, triglycerides, and insulin. One meta-analysis indicated that berberine was better than a placebo at lowering blood sugar. The same analysis found that a combination of berberine and blood sugar lowering drugs is more effective than the drugs alone. According to other research, berberine shows promise as a potential diabetes treatment, especially for those who cannot take existing antidiabetic drugs, due to heart disease, liver failure, or kidney problems. Another meta-analysis found that berberine combined with lifestyle changes worked better to lower blood glucose than lifestyle changes alone. Berberine appears to activate AMP-activated protein kinase, which can help regulate how the body uses blood sugar. Researchers believe that this activation can help treat diabetes and related health issues, such as obesity and high cholesterol. However, scientists need to conduct more large, double-blind studies to fully determine berberine’s safety and efficacy. Speak with a doctor before taking berberine for diabetes. It may not be right for everyone and could interact with other medications. High cholesterol: High levels of low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and triglycerides may increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. Some evidence suggests that berberine could help lower LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels. According to one review, studies in both animals and humans indicate that berberine has cholesterol lowering effects. It may help reduce LDL, or “bad,” cholesterol and increase high density lipoprotein, or “good,” cholesterol. A meta-analysis found that berberine combined with lifestyle changes works better than lifestyle changes alone in treating high cholesterol. Furthermore, a study in hamsters observed that berberine helps move excess cholesterol to the liver, where the body can process and remove it. This, in turn, helps lower total cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Researchers believe that the effects of berberine might be similar to those of drugs that reduce high cholesterol, while berberine does not cause the same side effects. High blood pressure: High blood pressure is a leading cause of heart disease. A meta-analysis found that berberine combined with a blood pressure lowering drug was more effective than the drug alone. Also, results of a study in rats indicate that berberine could delay the onset of high blood pressure and, when it did develop, help reduce its severity. Obesity: Obesity is a common condition that can increase the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. One review reported that people who took 750 milligrams (mg) of barberry twice a day for 3 months had a significant decrease in weight. Barberry is a plant that contains high amounts of berberine. Also, a double-blind study found that individuals with metabolic syndrome who took 200 mg of barberry three times a day experienced decreases in their body mass index readings. The team behind another study observed that berberine may activate brown adipose tissue. This tissue helps the body turn food into body heat, and increased activation may help treat obesity and metabolic syndrome. Some research suggests that berberine works similarly to the drug metformin, which doctors often prescribe to treat type 2 diabetes. In fact, berberine may have the ability to change the bacteria in the gut, which could help treat both obesity and diabetes. Polycystic ovary syndrome: A person with PCOS may have high blood pressure. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) occurs when a female has high levels of certain male hormones. The syndrome is a hormonal and metabolic imbalance that can lead to infertility and other health issues. PCOS is linked with many issues that berberine may help address. For example, a person with PCOS may also have: high levels of insulin, diabetes, or both high blood pressure high cholesterol more body weight Doctors sometimes prescribe metformin, a diabetes drug, to treat PCOS. As berberine appears to have similar effects to metformin, it may also be a good treatment option for PCOS. A meta-analysis and systematic review found that berberine has promise as a treatment for PCOS with insulin resistance. However, the authors state that confirming these effects will require further studies. Cancer: Berberine can create changes within the molecules of cells, and this could have another potential benefit: fighting cancer. One review concludes that berberine has “clear inhibitory effects” on the following cancers: colorectal cancer lung cancer ovarian cancer prostate cancer liver cancer cervical cancer Another study states that berberine helps treat cancer by interfering with its progression and its typical life cycle. It may also play a role in killing cancer cells. Based on this evidence, the authors state, berberine is “highly expected to be effective, safe, and affordable” as a cancer fighting agent. However, it is important to remember that researchers have only studied berberine’s effects on cancer cells in a laboratory, not in people. How to use berberine: Berberine supplements are available in capsule form. Berberine is available in capsule form. Though there is no set dosage, most of the studies used a dosage of 1,000–1,500 mg per day. Berberine can cause some side effects, which we will cover in more detail below. A person may wish to start with a lower dosage, watch for side effects, and gradually increase the dosage up to 1,500 mg per day. A person can break this into separate doses, by taking 500 mg three times per day, for example, to maintain a steady level of the extract in their body. Side effects: Most studies have found no serious side effects of berberine. However, it may cause digestive side effects, such as an upset stomach, constipation, or nausea. Berberine can also cause a rash or headache in some people. A pregnant or breastfeeding woman should not use berberine without the approval of a healthcare provider. Although studies have not shown that berberine is harmful to a developing fetus or breastfeeding baby, definitively proving that it is safe will require further studies. Summary: Research suggests that berberine could be a promising treatment for several conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. Berberine is a natural remedy that could be as powerful as some prescription drugs. As such, people should use it with care and speak with a doctor before taking it. 16. That looks like fun. Ill work that into my next split programing once I wrap up the rest of this phase (5 more weeks). That level of rep speed and control should definitely force some hypertrophy and strength gains. Dropping knowledge is never clutter. Thanks man.
  17. My current split that Im running for the next 5 weeks before I change it up. Been looking at creeping death 2 or gama bomb, but might want to save those for growth phases. Monday: Legs (Quad Focused) Abduction and adduction work 2 - 3 sets each. Leg Curls – 2 warm up sets Leg Press (neutral, low) - 2 working sets Leg Press (neutral, mid) - 2 working sets + 1 back off set Leg Extensions - 2 working sets + 1 back off set Walking Lunges or BSS’s (bodyweight) – 2 sets to failure Standing Calf Press – 3 working sets Tuesday: Pull Pull Downs - 2 working sets + 1 back off set Close-grip Pulldowns - 2 working sets + 1 back off set Stiff-arm Pulldowns - 2 working sets Barbell rows - 3 working sets + 1 back off set Shrugs – 2 working sets Preacher curls - 2 working sets + 1 back off set Wednesday: Push DB Incline Bench - 2 working sets + 1 back off Machine Press - 2 working sets + 1 back off Flys - 2 working sets + 1 forced Dips - 3 working sets to failure Machine shoulder press - 2 work sets + 1 back off Reverse fly's - 2 working sets + 1 forced Thursday: Legs (Ham Focused) Led Extensions – 2 warmup sets Leg Curls - 2 working sets + 1 back off set Leg Press (narrow, high) - 2 working sets Leg Press (wide, high) - 2 working sets + 1 back off set Barbell Hyper Extensions - 2 working sets Standing Calf Press – 3 working sets Friday: Arms + touch up Cable Pushdowns - 3 working sets + 1 back off Cable Curls - 3 working sets + 1 back off Dips (bench) - 2 sets to failure Hammer curls - 2 working sets Skull Crushers - 2 working sets + 1 back off Preacher curls - 2 working sets + 1 back off Lateral raises - 3 working sets + 1 back off set Note that my gym does not have a squat rack or a hack machine which sucks. Limited to smith, leg press, barbell/dumbbells' lunge type movements or landmine variations for quad focus. RDL or stiff leg deads could be on the table though.
  18. Share away man. If I had half the quad development you do I would be proudly wearing some nice fitted shorts lol. Even in a deficit my legs have been improving, and I doubt I will have the chance to lean bulk anytime soon unless my bodyfat magically drops to sub 15% lol.
  19. Forgot to mention, that the diet will be tweaked this week, but calories will only be dropped by around 150 or so. Keeping two post training cardio sessions and all Am sessions. No other changes. Meal 0: 1Tbsp apple cider vinegar, half lemon (squeezed) mixed in 500ml water. Meal 1: 50g oats w/ cinnamon & 2 servings whey, 50g frozen blue berries, 20g nut butter, sprinkle of pink hima salt. Meal 2: 200g chicken breast, 250g zucchini, 20g NPB Meal 3: Same as Meal 1. Meal 4: (15-30min PW) 2 servings whey, 1 soft chew dark chocolate granola bar Meal 5: (2-2.5 hours PW) 200g chicken breast, 150-200g white rice, 200g zucchini (or alternative vegetable/fiber source) Also picked up a case of raspberry diet pepsi for when I "need" it. Stuff is amazing. Will see what happens this week and adjust based on my body's feedback. I dont want to drop to much to fast and slam into a wall where I have no place left to go. 5 more weeks on this current training split and then I need to refresh so I will start working on that layout soon. Have a couple John Meadows programs and well as the Sayin Power Building program on hand I am considering, assuming I can handle the volume. Still dreaming about growing my legs more.
  20. So I tracked my weight each day last week from Monday: 111.7kg, 111.6kg, 110.8kg, 111.5kg, 111.5kg, 110.7kg, 110.8kg Some pretty interesting fluctuations in there, but almost a full KG over the week, so that is tracking right, assuming the numbers follow the trend over this week.
  21. Thats why I found it odd. No changes, nadda. Same pre-workout as always. Something must have been tweaked internally though.
  22. Test + Mast + Tren made it very very tempting to find out. Willpower won out..this time.
