  1. I love tren I usually run tren in my cycles. I love the feeling, the sweats, the results. I missed out last fall because I ran it for a long time up to prep, so I gave a break. Now I want back in. This time, i'm going to do something different that i've never done before. Low test High Tren. I've only ever run up to 400 mg of tren at a time. For the last five weeks i've been running 1 g of test, and it's got me running better and stronger, starting to lean out a little more, so now i'm going to bring the test down and up the tren to see what this hubbub is all about. So for 12-14 weeks: Body Tech 200-250 mg of test enanthate Body Tech 600 mg of tren enanthate Body Tech clen low dose about 50 mcg 2 weeks on 1 week off ECA in between Diet will be about 2800 cals, 25 mins of cardio 4-5x a week with training. As I get into it and leaner i'll probably slide back into keto dieting as it works quite well for me. So we'll see how this goes! A whole new experience for once! I want to be ready for July 1 to look optimal, not contest ready but absolute beach ready. 36 is coming in June and I want to show those young 20 something'ers how it's done
  2. oooo that's nasty my man. They don't do those much anymore. You may be in luck because (I assume) you're in good shape, are young, eat well, etc etc. If cortisone, shockwave therapy, acupuncture, active release, stretches, strenghtening etc etc just won't do it, then this really is a last resort to alleviate pain. It could keep you out of the gym for 4-6 months of heavy lifting...100% But you'll be able to go in and train with other body parts, you will be doing rehab relatively soon afterwards. When healed, you should have good function back but dont' ever expect to return to function like you were when you were 20-25. Just isn't going to happen. The point is to release the tendon/split it, insert it into a new spot, clean it up so it can contract without causing mechanical pain. Proper rehab and recovery and TIME will allow you to have the best functional outcome.
  3. I stopped it for two weeks, retook my bloods, and everything came back bang on. Coincidence or not?? Unsure but my endo was happy with the levels.
  4. Keep in mind it's not going to rebuild tissue that's been ripped to shreds. I believe TB500 just accelerated the pro inflammatory process in healing my elbow. I have no data also with me doing direct injects into my elbow too with insulin needles. I could of done it in the gut, but since insulin needles are pretty much same size as my acupuncture needles and I hit those spots as well (knowing there is no huge vessles or nerves there to injure) I figured why not? I'm content though...and should I injure myself again and I hit a plateau in the natural healing processes i'll absolutely get it again.
  5. Yes I did! elbow is 99.9%! Basically the only discomfort I have is when I push on the lateral epicondyle (bone). Otherwise all my training is back to full swing! TB500 works boys and gals!
  6. I have fertility issues. It took my wife and I 4.5 years to have a child. When my second wife and I wanted to have a baby I got checked out. I had zero sperm...nothing..nadda...when I was 25 I had 10 mil per load..practically nothing. Less than 100,000 is considered sterile. You don't need to hurt your self...more does not equal better. It is well established protocols in restoring sperm production with a third of what you want to take. You also need to clearly prioritize as said previously what you want out of life. You need to come off EVERYTHING PERIOD. If you're so concerned about your gains or losses then I question what you want for a child, and any resentment you'd build up towards said child if psychologically you can't handle being off for so long and what comes with it. But as @Corey5150 said as long as you eat clean, do cardio, train for your HEALTH then you will be ok, and will bounce back eventually. Back to the point -> i was able to correct myself and in 2 months my wife and I were pregnant, had a miscarriage, then got pregnant again the very next month. This was after a well researched protocol established from medical journals that is validated and tweaking it a bit more to my needs, but not going overboard: 100 mg clomid for 2 weeks, then 50 mg afterwards for 2 months HCG 500 IU every 3 days - ran three 5000 IU bottles and not the chinese stuff 20 mg of nolva every day for 2 months Where you've been on a ton of stuff yes I can see where you want to run aromasin until you can get through your half lives, but you need estrogen. You need normal activity of your body in order to stimulate those cells to produce sperm...THEN the sperm have to maturate. You will not get ANY of this being on anything..ever..at all. You want it done right, you need to make tough sensible choices, and do it for the right reason. My son is 3 now, a super power house. Now i'm back on TRT for life with 2 big blasts a year, and it's great. I've never felt better.
  7. Where is the tricep pain located? Up at the posterior shoulder, mid belly, or at the elbow insertion? Pain will inhibit movement so if you push through it you'll likely tear something or drop A bar on you from collapse of the arm. No heavy presses, do lots of shoulder work, more dumbbell press, try hammer machines. Flat feet definitely can affect both knees, and if it's been a progressive pain with no injury, strong glutes and no overlying weakness, then orthotics are probably the next logical step. There's still something that needs to be done on those quads to treat the inflammed tendons. Acupuncture, ultrasound, interferential, and McConnell taping are what will definitely help. Once relieved, having orthotics would probably be a significant factor in altering the load mechanism. Thx for the tag!
  8. So it's 80% better. I had to stop the therapy for a week and a half. I have zero evidence of this but I believe it upped my test levels. I'm on my trt 200 dose, get bloods done and usually my ranges are around 500-550. Well this time they came back over 800. Either I pulled more in the barrel (probably did) and/or the tb500 also raised test and threw off my readings. So I have to take off until the next Monday to redo my bloods and see wtf happened. I finally did get my first decent shoulder workout in and I could hold a 30 lbs dumbbell and do laterals! Was really happy with it! Still plugging at work but literally as soon as I get my labs done again next week I'm back on to finish my bottles.
  9. So it's been a week, I've taken a shot every other day, kept up my ultrasound and interferential current on my elbow. I've done the same biomechanical awareness and avoided lifting and pulling with the arm. Truth...I'm feeling better. Like way better. 50-60% better. I can extend my arm now without pain. I can make a fist without pain. I can grab my coffee cup or light objects without pain. It's fatigued with an ache, but I've yet to train shoulders with laterals. Adding tb500 is really the only new thing I've done in the last two months and there's been large changes, so I have to attribute it to that. Another bottle to go.
  10. Two shots in - no change in symptoms that would be related I believe. The sharp pain is now gone but at work i've been hitting it hard with pretty intense ultrasound, interferential current, suction cup soft tissue release. Its still sore with terminal end extension right into the left origin of the muscle, and any major grasping still gives me a shot. But i'll keep on the good fight and remain optimistic!
  11. Dude You know I'm a physiotherapist right? Appreciate the honesty and it's the right suggestions ?
  12. So I gave two bottles of body tech tb500 left over after my wife finished her cycle (will get into that some other day). I have a 2.5 month tennis elbow that's been an absolute bitch to heal for me. Me, of all people, is having a hard time getting it better, and has completely screwed my training. So long story short, I'm doing 1 mg EOD for 10 shots (5 mg per bottle) to see how it goes. Direct injection into the right lateral elbow. Why there? Because bro Science. I will absolutely notice a change if any as my tennis elbow has not budged in relief, and considering I'm going to need to order more stuff soon for the summer shred I might as well do a log of my favorite lab. So I did my first shot tonight. 1 mg (1 ml in bottle so 20 iu) using insulin syringe right into crease between forearm. Let's see how it goes!
  13. Low impact cardio is fine for the time you want to do it for.
  14. yea there's not much to add to this, sucks all around. lots of low graded pain free but fatiguing tricep exercises, ALL open kinetic (no closed down big benches, tricep presses, etc) cables, single arm movements that are BELOW the shoulder. Nothing going above the shoulder which will put that proximal insertion up at the largest stretch. You need it to scar down heavy and then SLOWLY add force to it through lengthening.
  15. DPO works...hard... Both their products nympho and volcano hit you within the hour. One pill is too much honestly. Break it down in half or even a 1/4 and you get some serious best "bang" for buck. But even with myself, I have to google search what the clinical names are because sometimes I have man fog and I can't remember which one is viagra and one is cialis...so if anything, I wish labels would carry the official names so it makes planning nights or weekends easier.
  16. I am not misreading. Read my first post. Read my table chart. Three A workouts, three B workouts A1 b1 A2 B2 a3 b3 Rotate back the next week. If you fail to raise the bar for the following rotation workout a1 to a1 you swap out the exercise for a new one. Always progress, always beating the log.
  17. What you're describing is not DC training then. DC's criteria is strictly structured as written in my first post, and as described in many articles. To do anything else is just not the same program. There's a reason why warnings were given doing it, because CNS overload forces growth to occur, yet it's only sustained for so long.
  18. So after a solid 2 months of training this style, i'm calling it quits for a few weeks to go back to conventional training. Even on the sauce, my body is broke. I can't sleep anymore without waking up every hour or two, my eyes are twitching all day long, generally run down, tired, aching everywhere. Before I would lift i'd get anxiety about beating the log or the stress imposed on my body from it. Essentially, i'm burned out. I was back up in weight to 238.6 yesterday and holding, but even with the training it actually crushed my desire to eat food. So I started this log at 225 lbs and i'm up 13-14 pounds. I consider that a success. Will I do DC again? Absolutely! Doing a normal arm workout last night I could feel a different intensity and strength through movements i've done previously but not on the log, and it felt really raw and powerful. So I know going forward with normal training for a few weeks (maybe until the new year), I will be upping my intensity significantly to what I thought previously. But this shit takes a lot out of you. I recommend it to those who are crazy enough to do something different, and to really stick wtih it for the 6-8 weeks. Some updated pics being all fluffy and stuff.
  19. Been a bit since an update I completed a few rounds of this and thoroughly felt my nervous system shot to hell. It was at the point I was getting bad anxiety before every gym session, was more sore than usual, and was very restless, so I spent the last week deloading with light exercise for pump and to recharge my brain. So today I restarted my A1 workout, so these were my final rest-pause lifts: Smith Bench: 315 for 6, 2, 1 = 9 Smith Shoulder Press: 205 for 6, 1, 1 = 8 Dips with 55 lbs chain attached for 15 Pulldowns 120 kg for 5, 3, 3 = 11 Barbell row straight sets finished with two sets of 275 x5 Funny thing, my weight has been up and down like a toilet seat - I was 229.4 yesterday morning...i had a bad stressful week with my wife and wasn't eating as much, did a bit more cardio, so may have lost the water and perhaps a bit of fat. But the strength gains are nutso and with all the challenges of this program the results are crazy. I've grown 7/8" on my quads in 6-7 weeks. So now my cold leg size is my previous pumped size. Will see how I go with the second phase now that i'm approaching my major limits before I will likely need exercise swaps. Another 5-6 weeks of gear left before I break for TRT.
  20. You're absolutely right. I am not into the business so I have absolutely no clue what happened behind the scenes. So I 100% respect your thoughts on this. I wrote from a clientele position, and after this post I was asked in a pm about continuing BT support, to which I 100% stand by on continuing because of how well it continues to be run and the quality of product. So I apologize if I offended.
  21. Listen I'm gonna be honest here. To his credit he always always always treated me like gold. When he was bodytechs rep he sponsored me, sent me samples of new stuff, gave me really good prices, and was always quick with emails and shipments. Even after bt changed reps it's still the same quality. When he ran NM, he treated me like gold as well for toques, shirts, etc etc. He treated board members with pride and Love. His heart may have been in the right place but shit may have gotten out of hand. This doesn't make him a bad person. Misguided maybe. I have literally zero things to say negatively. I do not like the fact that my information was held for years and at risk of being revealed. I think it's bad practice to go on a which hunt to slander someone. Give out the necessary information and let people decide what to do.
  22. I am able to vouch that my personal details were kept without my knowing for years. I was shown a pic of an email from 2014 disclosing my previous full address and contact information. I have learned to take more security in myself but for many others they are at risk.
  23. there's gotta be a protocol that doesn't involve the magnitude or heavy dosing of this from a cost perspective - that's a huge inhibitory effect even trying to promote this to clients even as a physio. My wife has a herniated disc in her back and associated joint pathology that even with my treatments will still take 6 months to fully recover. But doing this or just TB500 alone may be the fix for this, but from what I read on the price of these you're asking to spend close to 1000-1500 for this protocol. That's just out of reach for far too many people.
