My goals are to hit muscle groups from different angles to keep stimulating muscles. I am getting older, so lifting heavy all the time hurts all my joints ,tendons etc.
Looking good man, on a scale from 1-10 how would rate the DHB?..I know you mentioned it's very close to primo. I am asking because I will be running DHB in my next cycle. The more info I have the better. Fantastic log btw

When I tore off my bicep tendon, both my doctor and serge on said, just be careful after reading my blood tests. All they said was my blood values were in good shape.
