  1. 50g of proteins a day? damn, I had 50g of prots for my breakfast this morning... I dont know how you survive on crackers and milk, you are starving yourself with shitty food and this is not how you should be losing the fat... We told you multiple times up the proteins to at least 200g a day, this is for the recomping effect of protein... How many calories are you getting in a day? 1000?
  2. Using 50mg ED right now, dosed 25mg morning and afternoon. I already have enough bad sides on the anadrol that I would not want to go any higher than 50mg. Getting a lot of headaches, diarrhea, water retention got out of hand for a couple days and insomnia.. Really not liking it for the sides, thinking of pulling the plug just like you. Dont get me wrong the strength gains are out of this world, but I cant deal with the sides at all.. For me winny is almost side effect free and Im thinking of making a switch
  3. Personally, on low doses of any 19-NORS, I would only use 100-200mg of P5P everyday. No need of caber or prami, especially since caber is so expensive
  4. 100g of proteins a day? Thats not enough man... you need at least 200. Also, I feel the peds are making you a bit too much aggrisive, tren as that effect on some people, just chill out man haha. Listen, it's very hard to lose muscle on tren, if you do lose muscle on it, its because your diet or your training is shit. Dont be paranoid about that man as many said, lose the fat, then start putting on the muscle. Your focus right now should not be to put on a ton of muscle with the extra weight you are carrying around, thats not gonna happen. On tren and test, you can put on muscle even if on a calorie deficit, just get your diet on track man.

  7. Oh man id do at least 4 meals a day. With the AAS and 4 meals you can space the proteins throughout the day and make sure protein synthesis is going on almost all the time What I always try to do is eat or drink proteins every 3 hours, that way, you dont starve your body and you keep giving energy and protein to the muscles for them to grow. Also when recomping, protein is the best as it makes sure you dont lose any muscles and its also great for fat lost, considering you dont eat too much calories during the day, its all about calories in vs calories out. With 4 meals try to get around 50g of protein per meal. Since youre 198lbs right now, that would put you at around 200g of proteins a day which would be awesome. Id also eat less red meat, try to go more towards leaner meats, like turkey and chicken. Tuna and salmon are other great sources of protein. Keep in mind you are on tren right now, try to lose as much fat as you can but dont starve yourself. id recommend you try 2000 calories per day and see from there. Normally you want to lose 1-1,5% of bodyweight per week to minimize muscle loss.
  8. You need to lose the fat man, trust me, you may think you dont have much, but you always have to double what you think you need to lose. For example, I lost 30 pounds during this covid shit, I thought by losing 15 pounds Id be shredded but lol, you always need to loose much more than you think. What I would do if I were you is either cut more calories or do more cardio. What works for me is taking a walk everyday for 30 minutes after my workouts. Also you are on tren right now so you can go pretty low with the calories without loosing any muscles since tren is anti-catabolic. Cut the 48hours fasting also man, its not necessary, just eat less and leaner source of proteins. As @CapeBretonDadBod said, aim for 1g of protein per lbs of bodyweight, and fill in the rest with carbs/fats, however you like it. Lost 30 pounds on 2000 calories in about 3 months here, so you can do it man dont give up

  13. Personally, I like not having to worry about pinning all the time on TRT. Some weeks I even do only a monday shot and that's it so I don't have to think about it the rest of the week. Pinning everyday is definitely something I would not do even though T and E2 levels would be a bit more stable.
