  2. Slept fairly well last night. Got in a rare 8 hrs. I always heel stiff sleeping that long and it took me a while to shake off the cobwebs. Interesting observation from yesterday, I didn't sweat a much as I was expecting from the DNP. Until I went to bed. I basically had to sleep naked with no sheets on to keep myself from drenching the bed. Sure I did some sweating but managed to keep it in check. My day off supplemental shoulder workout today with some abs and calves thrown in. I downed 200mg of DNP, 30mg of Madol, and 60mg of stanolone, with 50mg of windy to cap it off. Today's quick workout looked like this: Superset Cable side raise: 20x15, 40x6, 50x3 (4 sets), 60x3 (3 sets), 30x20 Alternating with hanging leg raises: 1o sets of 10. Standing calf raise machine: 155x12, 175x12, 195x12, 215x12. In and out in 40 min. No cardio in the gym as my wife and I go for 5k hikes on the weekends. Which I'm about to head out for. My strength is definitely increasing. Side raises were tough but I had room to spare. Leg presses have been giving me cramps and other issues lately when smooth as butter. I think after a week of dosing the Madol is starting to shine. I'm still leaning out and lifting as heavy as ever. Feeling somewhat tired lately. That's the DNP there. On not going to use the ECA stack this weekend as I can nap at will. I'll wait till Tuesday and back at work. The combination of low dose test, with tren, madol, Stanolone, DNP, and windy is nice little combo. Perfect little finisher for a cut when you're in a caloric deficit and need to lift heavy to maintain size. October 31st is my target date. I'm definitely going to work as hard as I can to get as shredded as possible. On deck for tomorrow.. big heavy full body workout...stay turned.

  5. i see people using personal trainers at my gym and they've looked exactly the same for the 5 years I've been going to this one gym in particular. There's one only that has decent clients. but they're more likely to be successful without him anyway. All these sorry people wasting their money, doing these ridiculous exercises, when it's clear they're not committed to their diet. Or any diet, and their trainer could give a fuck.
  6. I'm not sure Madol is going to shred you up like other compounds, but it will give you strength and decent dry, lean gains.
  7. I watched a documentary on Jay Cutler... he said you'd have to be crazy to do what they do. The size, the regimen of food and training. Insane amount of drugs. You're absolutely right, if your obsessive about it you'll likely excel!
  8. Mornin all. I had a decent night's sleep. Only woke up around 2 to go to the bathroom. But fell back sleep quickly and slept to my alarm at 4:30. Happy with that. Pinned 100g of tren-A. Dropped 200mg of DNP, 30 mg of Madol, and 60 mg of DHT. I felt like I could've slept another hour. I probably should've went to bed early, but oh well. Tired today. A little lethargic and heavy breathing. Which I attribute to the viagra I dropped last night. Lethargy to DNP. A light full body workout today as my tendons are sore and I'm somewhat worn down over all. That's usual after a full week's work. This was scheduled. Today's workout looked like this: Lying leg press - 60x15, 90x10, 110x10,120x8 Cable Flyes- 30x15, 40x10, 50x10, 60x10 Straight arm pulldown- 70x12, 80x12, 90x10, 100x10 Standing one-arm shoulder press (palm in)- 30x15, 40x6, 50x3 (4sets), 60x3 (3 sets), 30x20 Spider curl- 50x15, 80x10, 90x10 One-arm triceps extensions- 40x15, 60x12, 80x10. I was running out of time so I didn't hit calves. I'll do them tomorrow on my shoulder/cardio day. The weight moved pretty easy. Although I was close to max on the shoulder presses and tricep extensions exercises. I'm enjoying the Madol. Should get better as we go along. DNP definitely kicked my ass as in lethargy this morning. Although for a 200mg dose I'm not sweating nearly as much as I thought. Talk to me Tuesday and Wednesday when we're expecting 20+ degree weather. Still tastes like crap, but I feel it almost right away. I guess I respond well to it. Had some spontaneous sex last night. I felt some heightened sensitivity. Which is very good. Stanolone is doing what it should in place of Masteron. It's still fairly early using BT products, and although I'm at the end of my cycle, things are good so far and I'm enjoying them. Comments and advice are appreciated.   9. So far so good. I really expect the full effects to be realized sometime next week after consistent daily dosing. Oh I do get lethargic. Very much so, but that's after the gym. I'm always good to go first thing in the morning to lift. I spend part or sometimes all of my lunch hour napping in my truck. I really push myself. Headphones on Slipknot blasting.. I'm ready to lift. Keto helps with the energy as carbs really slow me down. I've been on a caloric deficit for a while now. It's been a long cut as I didn't want too drastic a weight loss. I'm finding Madol has similar strength gaining properties like d-bol minus the water retention and bloat. The last time I ran d-bol I blew up and it went away just as fast. Hence I now prefer drier compounds and more gradual gains. Tomorrow shit gets real with the DNP as I up the dosage to 400mg/ day. I can already feel the effects of it. Doubling it will be very interesting. Stanolone is going to be tested this weekend as my wife wants a lot of alone time this weekend. We haven't had a lot of time alone together for the past few weeks. So my sex drive has got to be on point! As I mentioned I've switched all the products I'm running currently to BT. This way I can assess the lab on it's own merit without the influence of other things I have in my stash. Though judging by some of the sponsored athletes they support... I'm in good hands.

But hey, what's the point if you're not giving it hell. Back to my log So last night I had a meeting, so I stopped off and got a rotisserie chicken. Pretty much ate half of that! I was pretty freakin hungry. This DNP is definitely increasing my hunger. Ate another quarter of it last night on getting home. I got to bed a little later than I wanted. So I only got about 5 hrs sleep. But those 5 hrs were solid. Woke up gtoggy and needing more, but my schedule won't permit it so up I was at 4:30. Downed another dose of DNP at 100mg (The fucking worst tasting shit ever! If you buy it, cap it!) 30mg of Madol, and 60mg of DHT, and 50mg of Winstrol. Hit of espresso and out of the house I was. Today is a scheduled cardio day and of course shoulders which I am blasting everyday for 4 weeks. So today in the gym looked like this: Smith machine behind the back shrugs (10sets): 135x15, 225x6, 275x3(4 sets), 315x3(3 sets)(Matched PR), 160x20 My traps were screaming by the end. Stair master for 20min. I usually do 30 min of cardio. I can really feel my core internal temperature rising on DNP. It started yesterday in the morning, about 3 hrs after my first dose. Now it's pretty constant. I'm only taking 100mg twice a day. I should be sweating buckets when I raise it to 200mg twice a day. I didn't want to over do it and erred on the side of caution as this is my first time using this drug and want to feel the drug properly without too much stress on my body. I'm impressed with my strength. DNP is great pwo as it gives you a little buzz (at least for me anyway) and I'm alert and ready to lift. The Madol certainly gives you strength and power. I can only imagine how good this shit would be if I was on a strength building or bulking cycle. I'm excited to try that later this year. Stanolone has gone beyond what I was feeling from the Masteron. My erections are hard as stone and the sensitivity is excellent. Nice intense orgasms. (sorry for the extra details but it's relevant.) Protein shake post workout then I finished the rotisserie chicken this morning when I got to work. Leftover fittata this morning. I'll have another protein shake at lunch but I'm not sure what the meal will be. maybe some salmon shashimi. Always good for zero carb, hi fat, hi protein. For on of my last carbs of the day I have unsweetened oatmeal I'll mis with protein powder. Tonight ribeye steak and kale salad. My arms are vascular all the time now whether I'm working out or not. Veins popping through all the time. Looks great. I can only imagine how lean I'll look after this DNP cycle. That's it for today. See you back here tomorrow.
  13. Maybe to start I'd go with men's physique and then work my way up to classic physique. Men's physique seems very doable for me. Is there age classes as well.. like 50 and over etc...?
  14. As my body is dropping fat to a suitable level and I can now truly see my progress, I've contemplated competing. maybe just at least once for the experience of it. It's mentally difficult. i have an unhealthy relationship with carbs after long periods of dieting. But it's something I'm considering doing.. at least once. We'll see.
  15. Good morning Ladies and Gents, So another low carb night last night as my wife is on this keto kick as well. Last night's dinner was almond flour coated chicken breast with Kale salad and avocado. Pretty tasty but I was still hungry afterwards. Later in the evening I had a piece of toast with peanut butter. That was more for this morning's workout that satiety. I don't mind being hungry. I slept damn well for the first time in weeks. I had a quick toke before hitting the hay and slept like a baby till just before my alarm went off. I also slept in the basement. I don't know what it is about our bed but I sweat like a mofo in it and have to change out halfway through the night. Also my wife never stays on her side of the bed. So sleeping downstairs is my go to for a decent night's sleep. Up at 4:15 this morning and excited to finally try DNP. Let me tell you, I am a little apprehensive because it is so dangerous. But when you measure out the powder the dosing is so small it takes some of the edge off. So I measure out a 100mg and down it. Wow.. that is the most disgusting tasting thing I have taken in all my years of supplementation. It actually felt like it was burning going down. Then I was left with heartburn. Yay for me. I pinned 100mg of tren-a in my lat. For the first time it hurt there. This is my first time ping BT's tren. It burned a little, but i also moved the needle around a little and think it's more to that than pip. The pain lasted about 10 min, the was gone until I did heavy rows. When I stretch the lat it's sore but certainly not unbearable. I upped the madol by 10mg and the DHT by 20mg. Right around where standard doses are after i had a day or two to test my tolerance. So this mornings protocol looked like this DNP - 100mg Tren-a - 100mg DHT - 60mg Madol - 30mg Winny - 50mg It may be the effects of initially using DNP but for the first time in a long time I felt buzzed after downing my orals. Which I don't mind. Just an observation. Threw back an espresso and off to the gym. Had a great long punishing workout. I was actually very tired in the gym which surprised me. I chalk it up to the DNP perhaps as I heard it does that. I have some ECA if necessary for later. Although tired it was very good. matched some PR's and made some new PR's Very happy with the strength while I;m on a caloric deficit. Todays workout looked like this: Superset Leg press/Calf raise on leg press (Sets are for each exercise): 300x15, 570x10, 750x10 (matched PR) Incline leverage chest press: 100x20, 150x10, 170x10, 190x10 Leverage ISO low row: 100x15, 190x10, 280x10, 320x8 (PR) Lying One-arm dumbbel rear delt lateral raise - 25x15, 35x6, 40x3 (4 sets), 50x3 (PR- 3 sets), 25x20 Superset Triceps pushdown V-bar - 130x15, 160x10, 180x10, 200x10 (PR) Cable Curls - 60x15, 80x10, 90x10, 100x10 Overall very happy with my workout. I was totally spent afterwards. I could've fallen asleep in the truck if I didn't have the windows wide open to keep me alert. I'm pretty foggy at the moment sitting at my desk as I write this. As i mentioned previously I'm reticent to declare any compound effective after a few doses. I'm sure there's a little placebo effect going on, but I think I'm certainly getting a boost while lifting. I am lifting close to max today on all my lifts and had room to spare. That's very encouraging. Madol is a very nice addition to my stack so far. I'll have a better idea by this Sunday's workout. My tendons are sore, and I've had cramps and muscle spasms lately. So my next full body workout will be a little lighter to compensate for training so often. I have more chicken and kale salad for lunch. An egg frittata for a morning meal. about 6 whole eggs, tomato, spinach and Parmesan cheese. looking forward to that. I'll probably head out at lunch and get some V8 and fruit for later. Tomorrow is shoulders again and cardio. Thanks for following.
  16. I see guys talking to women all the time in the gym. I can't be bothered. I'm there for me. My training, my body. I've finished entire workout while they talk. If I was a chick I'd be pissed they're wasting my workout time. I've gotten smiles and smiled back. But I've never used it as an opportunity to start a conversation. Thankfully it's the chicks in great shape who like to give me the wink. And not some fucking talker.

  18. Just got my new scale from Amazon. So i measured some out for shits and giggles. This stuff is gonna last forever. 100g is such a tiny amount.
