  1. From my experience, when I ran madol I was already running a tren cycle with winstrol. Then I added madol and stanolone on top of that. I can attest to very clean gains. No bloat and definite strength gains. In January I am going to run it again, likely with stanolone again to gauge the effects for about 4 weeks. After that amount of time you can get far past any sort of perceived effect and reliably report in its true abilities. But for the few week I ran it with other compounds were impressive.
  2. Great to hear man. I see couples working out together sometimes and am envious. My wife doesn't have my same drive or passion for the gym.

  4. Wow! What a noticeable difference. Keep up the good work! The start is always the hardest. But when you start seeing and believing yourself it becomes addictive. Consistency is the key. SometimesI tell my wife to just go to the gym and not worry about a program or how much weight she's lifting. Just and go and do what you want at a weight and pace that you want. She ends up having some of her best workouts.

  6. Great topic. I think this affects most of us. I have had some form of tendinitis for years. I never have taken anything for it specifically other than some advil... pre workout. My approach has always been to alter the exercises to still be able to train, but put the least amount of stress on the ligament. So using machines where I don't need to grip the handles. Or using a hammer curl instead. Small variations make a huge difference. That with micro cycles from week to week have helped. The reason I mention this is I'll take more supplements if I absolutely have to. I not a fan of taking more drugs or supplements to ward off the drugs I'm already taking. Drug after drug and drug. No thanks. There's a TON of information on injuries, and ways around them on the internet. Find a technique that works for you and incorporate it into your program.
  7. Happens to me all the time when in restrict my diet too much. Then I binge to oblivion.
  8. Welcome! Just be careful when eating such a little amount of food you don't experience metabolic damage. Your body will actually go into fat sparing mode as it thinks you are starving. No need to rush your results. A pound or two a week is a healthy barometer. Welcome to the board. I'm in for the follow. I think I'm going to get my wife in for a peek as well.
  9. That's a nice cycle. I ran test/tren until May with great results. I ran mast/test and added tren in after about 4 week for a 12 week cycle that just ended. it was fucking amazing. I'd like to run deca. I may add to my cycle in the spring. EQ also sounds interesting but I'm not into running like a 1000mg of a compound just to see it work. Seems like overkill for me. What mast/test/tren did for me was no short of a miracle. But you know how this game goes... experimentation is the fun of it all.
  10. The great thing about EQ is that you get really nice gradual lean gains with it. None of this fucking bloated pumped up bullshit that decreases as soon as your off it. That's why I always harp on lean compounds. For the long term and for keeping as much of your gains as possible you want those drier compounds. leans you out, builds strength, and makes you ripped as fuck. But a lot of guys are obesses with getting huge. Unfortunately most of the eat like shit and they're really just getting as fat as much as their muscle. My gym is full of guys walking around like they're a boss with fat bellies, and the dreaded fat covering their arms. Sure they look big, but anyone with someone know how can tell the difference. I'd rather be shredded every day of the week.

  12. Thanks brother. I feel amazing. it's been quite the journey, but to have finally put it all together and have the results is so rewarding. Looking forward to what next year brings by starting at this point as my new base.
  13. You can't go wrong doing it that way. There are so many ways to run it considering how many esthers are in it. Guys run it for the duration of their whole cycle. Guys like me like to use it as a kicker at the beginning. So it's a versatile product. You can't go wrong either way actually.
  14. Another great post from musclebeauty. Many of these foods have been staples of my diet for years. Especially chicken thighs. Chicken breast is so bland and often too dry for me. I prefer juicier meats and dark meat is usually better for that. There are many different recipe apps that allow you to choose the kind of diet you're on. For instance my wife has been using an app called "Mealime" lately. When you set up your meal plan you can choose from eating a keto diet to paleo, to full on no holds barred diets. Great reciepes, they're easy to make and taste great. Food doesn't have to be boring. get creative and enjoy the process. Makes sticking to it so much easier.
  15. I use a straight razor for my face, but an electric body trimmer for my body. Makes a big difference as far as ingrown hairs go. No, not as close as a razor, but it's not like I've got a pair of hands on it 24/7. My wife could care less whether I shave it or not.
  16. A pound a day doesn't sound healthy at all. Not eating is also not good at all. Also you drop weight that fast you'll end up with skin flaps and folds all over the place. Look for more gradual and healthier weight loss. 1-2 pounds a week should be a responsible aim. Sounds like as soon as as she's off this drug she'll rebound hard and regain all she lost.
  17. It's not an easy journey and I have mad respect for those who take the challenge seriously. You're doing it right too. Not some quick 12 week flash in the pan fad. But a long term commitment. I know 12 weeks is doable, but it much more manageable and enjoyable when you take a little more time and not be extreme in your approach. You have a better chance of maintaining your physique too. Keep up the good work.

  22. Cool. My researches have uncovered the same issues with aromatization. I think guys just love the big full look. But the longer I juice the more I appreciate being able to stay as lean as possible while bulking. Phil Heath talks about staying close to contest shape during the offseason which makes it easier for him to prep for shows. This past year was really difficult getting to where I needed to be because I had looked "fat" from how bloated I looked. Once I started to get in form it really took off though. I'm willing to give it a try as long as I can mitigate the affects without taking many ancillaries. I dislike the idea of taking a drug where you need to take another drug to stave off the ill effects of the original drug in the first place. It's just like recreational drugs, it's not how much drugs you you do... but the right drugs. The good ones. That's just me. I like my cycles to be efficient.
  23. Interesting. I find tren more of a cutting recomp compound. Ment sounds like an interesting addition. I like the lean gains I got last year from test/tren/mast cycles. Would ment replace mast in that type of scenario?
