  1. Yep.. her ex's sound like selfish pricks. relationships are fairly simply. If you really want to be in one you will do what is necessary to make it work. As far as the wife goes, she's says I'm on the verge of being too big now. She likes me lean and muscular too. Not too beefy and bulky.
  2. I just jab my arm and get it in. The faster the better.
  3. We can agree to disagree. Quads always give me issues.
  4. In for the follow as well. Are you still taking the ECA stack? I find it helps at suppressing my appetite.
  5. I never pin my quads because bad things always happens when I do. Look on Youtube for a dave Palumbo video, "Why I don't pin my quads". it's pretty interesting. All the nerve endings, blood vessles, etc. Do you mind me asking which lab you're now using?
  6. I don't even know what the PPLx2 training split is. What I do know is well designed micro cycles between splits, body part only, and full body workouts keep my body adapting and growing. All depends on what my goal is for that time of year. I also like to switch up my splits from upper body to lower body to push/pull routines. Most training regimens when armed with the basics and a few specific targeted exercises will work if you're consistent and train hard toward your goal. I find when I'm just going into the gym for sake of lifting, I don't progress as well. I may even regress. So I split my year up into 3 phases. Fall/winter= strength, spring= cutting, summer= maintenance.
  7. I think it's fairly well know that the average woman like lean and muscular... but not huge. My wife loves mine. I'm happy she does!
  8. In for the follow brah.. You got this. Now kill it!!!
  9. I alternate between the smith machine and barbell for squats. My knees are fucked too, but get a decent lift if I wrap the hell out of them. I've been doing low weight/ higher rep smith machine squats with my feet out in front of my to build strength and in durance in my knees.
  10. I agree with @NorthernLifters There are way to deal with issues between a customer and lab. it should be kept private unless there are very unusual circumstances. i personally never have had a lab ignore any complain or concern I had. Ever. And I've used labs that were hammered on some other boards. So I am very leary of someone opening on the board popping off about a lab. They are usually some noob who is nervous and expects a response immediately. Protecting the interests of the board should more important than to have "members" who are self-interested and irresponsible.
  11. Great work @Jake I know this takes a lot of time and. energy and I appreciate what you do for all of us.
  12. Can't wait to follow your log brother. That's where shit get's real!
  13. Interesting top. I trained arms this morning. Since my last cycle I've had tendonitis pain so most curls are challenging. I start with spider curls lying chest down on an incline bench. One light set, then 3 as heave as my pain tolerance will allow. This takes all shouldes out of the movement completely. Using an wide grip on a EZ-bar also alleviates pain in my joints as well. The I usually move to a standing concentration curl, or a single arm plate loaded machine preacher curl. Again. this exercise is easy on the joints and I can still lift near the top of my weights as I was on cycle. Then I go to a cable curl. Can be with the rope attachment for a hammer grip motion or the bar. This too I find is easy on the joints for some reason. Then I finish with a preacher curl. Either barbell or plate loaded hammer strength machine. Machine is easier on the joints but weights are the same. I superset each exercise with a triceps exercise. Anything from skullcrushers to close-grip bench press to triceps push-downs (V-bar, straight bar, or single arm), dips, triceps presses, incline triceps presses, and sometimes kickbacks. Lifting heavy through this mild injury is my goal at the moment as I bright into my next cycle. The exercises that @musclebeauty mentions should be go to's in almost every program. I'm just offering some alternatives who those fighting tendon inflammation and pain. Great Post @musclebeauty
  14. Would love to see someone run a log on this lab. Any takers?
  15. Just for sake of conversation, do you think that your ED issues become somewhat of a mental thing? At 150-/200 mg per week i wouldn't think you should be that affected. But everyone is definitely different. Usually sprucing things up in the kink department with my wife helps. Back to dosages, do you need to stay on? Maybe you should come right off....
  16. Wow.. you're really coming along nicely brother. Great job. Funny.. i found I lost weight on tren on a caloric deficit. Packed on muscle, lost a ton of fat. Weird.
  17. How long has it been? Some guys have other jobs... or a life. Or be at one end or another of the courntry. Some reps respond instantly (depending on the circumstances) while it's also normal to wait as long as 12 to 24 hrs for a response.
  18. I'm sorry.. i don't trust any business that makes their sales pitch about bashing other businesses. Just show me why you're worth it and I'll decide. As soon as I hear bullshit coming out of someone's mouth badmouthing someone else, you've lost me as a customer. Because you'll talk shit behind my back too. Show YOUR lab results. Show me WHY I should spend my HARD EARNED MONEY ON YOU. Pretty simple concept. Talking shit is for LOSERS.
  19. I don't think so. Labs have posted their own lab reports before. People can take them at face value or not. Posting a report of another source is lame in my opinion. I'll say it again as I've said a thousand times, if a source or lab is legit and very good... they don't need defending. They certainly don't need to resort to smearing the competition. If it were me, my sole focus would be on being the very best. I wouldn't give a fuck about what someone else is doing.
  20. I'm usually a Cialis guy.. but I was given some of their Viagra to try out. Pretty good when you that quick pick me up... if you know what I mean. They do what they're supposed to.
  21. So you're posting lab reports of another raw supplier? Or yours? And why would you post a shitty lab report? I would think you'd post your own lab report to support your claims. After all, I'm not interested in feuding suppliers. I"d like to see proof you're good if you're going to make all these claims and call people here ignorant of raw quality. If education is your game, there is a much more effective way of doing it.
  22. It's how I got introduced to Genetec and Pareto. Both great labs. A great way to get a deal and get to know a lab for yourself. YOU are your own best review!
