  1. I'm taking 100 mg dosed twice a day in the am and PM. Then I'll fun 200 mg twice a day for about 7 days. Taking it with food really helps. I mean a large meal and not a shake or handful of something. So far feeling really good on 100 mg a day.
  2. So far taking DNP with meals is the way to go in my opinion. Mind you I'm only taking 100 mg twice a day for 4 days before I ramp it up tp 200 mg twice a day starting Saturday. My energy has been great. Unlike when I dosed it pre-workout at the beginning of the month. Sure, I can feel my internal temperatures increasing, but it;s not crazy and I am able to sleep well and not cover the bed in sweat. I'm sure that'll change when I double the dose. So I just ate some salmon with basmati rice and then took my DNP. The carbs help increase the thermogenic effects of the DNP, but I do try and steer clear of most carbs as they are my nemesis. It's still early, but I'm feeling good. Shit should get real by Sunday. Peace.
  3. So today was a light cardio day. I only pinned some tren ace before my workout as I want to save my limited amounts of madol and stanolone for workout days. Maybe up the dosages a little. So a solid 30 min on the stairmaster. I fucking hate cardio, but I hate feeling fat more. Fasted until lunch and now I'm eating salmon with basmati rice. Just took my DNP. Taking it with food away from your workouts will greatly help in reducing sides. Huge difference. Just a short entry today and back to a full body workout for the next 2 days. Peace
  4. Hi there everyone, For those of you that are following my Madol log know I've been also taking DNP from BT. I took it for about 5 days before I left on a surprise trip to Vegas. So now that I'm back, I'm going to run a cycle for the next 11 days to basically the end of my cycle. So it's 200 mg a day for the first 4 days, then 400 mg a day for the remaining 7. From my previous run I've learned that one does not take it on an empty stomach and with orals before a workout. I took my first dose just after lunch and on a full stomach. So far few sides. Taking another dose momentarily. It does make you somewhat lethargic. You'll have definitely less sides with dosing your DNP with food. Follow along if you like. Looking forward to the experiment.   9. I'm using it right now. Enjoying the effects as it's doing what it should. I'm on the end of a very long cut and my strength is maintaining PRs or near PRs. Even on a fasted state. Relatively mild compound as far as side effects. I'm taking anywhere from 20 to 30 mg a day.
  10. Well freaks, I'm finally back! Vegas was everything I'd hoped for and much, much more. it also felt good to have one of the hottest bodies in town. Every time I was along for a few minutes women approached me. It was hilarious. I love flirting anyway so it was nice to turn on the charm. I even had a few guys make comments on my physique. I went there to party and party as fucking hard as possible. Mission accomplished. A trip to the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Damn to top it off was the icing on the cake. Don't ask for any more details. I don't kiss and tell. ? Took the red eye home and got in around 8 am yesterday. There as no way i was lifting weights. But I did manage to get a shot of BT's TNT 450 in me at some point. This morning up at my regular 4:30 am. Decided to experiment with dosages and timing a little. So I took 20mg of madol and 80mg of Stanolone, with 50mg of Winstrol thrown in. . Add a shot of espresso and I was out the door. I felt really rested and ready to hit the iron. My receptors were reset and my tendons felt healed, lubed, and rested. Another full body workout with moderate weight to ease myself back in for the final stretch of this cycle to it's conclusion at the end of the month. I'll be lifting as heavy as possible while cardio every other day. I'll start an 11 day DNP cycle starting today which I'll take my first dose with lunch, and mt second just after dinner tonight. Shed as much fat as possible while maintaining or even building a little more mass. I'm not really counting calories as I'm doing the keto diet. Calories have never been my nemesis. It's carbs and my unhealthy relationship with them. I know my body well. Cutting them out with lean me out like nothing else will. My workout this morning looked like this: Smith Machine Incline Bench Press: 135*10, 185*10, 195*10, 205*10 Smith Machine shoulder press: 95*10, 115*6, 135*3 (4 sets), 160*3 (2 sets), 165*3 (PR), 95*15 Seated Calf Raise: 200*12 (4 sets) Leverage High Row: 100*15, 180*10, 235*10 EZ-Bar Curl: 50*12, 70*10, 90*8 Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdowns: 70*20, 140*10, 160*10 I wanted to do leg extensions but one machine was broken and the other was in use. I was pressed for time so I ended the workout. I'll see if I can throw them in tomorrow. Even after 5 days of no lifting I felt good and strong and my endurance was better than I expected. I feel I can easily push harder and will over the next few weeks. Poor eating and drinking to excess for several days in Vegas made me feel bloated and shitty. It's amazing how your body reacts after eating clean for so long. It's like my body rejected the crappy food and craved healthy alternatives. Which is close to zero in Vegas I can assure you. I was able to get a few prime rib dinners in me so I wasn't doing too badly. Well I'm glad to be back. Glad to be back contributing and learning. Here's to our mutual success. Eazy

  12. Good morning all. Up and at em early this morning. hardly slept as my wife surprised me with a trip to VEGAS for my birthday! We leave tonight until Sunday so this will be my last log until Monday! So besides packing, it was my usual routine this morning. Pinned some BT TNT450, downed 30mg of madol and 60mg of stanolone. I left out the winny this morning just for shits and giggles. I also am keeping the DNP for later this morning so I can take it with some food. Taking pre-workout was killing me post workout. I could barely stay awake. So today was a light workout as my ligaments are pretty sore and inflamed. I focused more on the mind muscle connection rather than heaving weight. Today's workout looked like this: Calf press: 100x20 (3 sets) Incline Bench Press: 135x10, 155x10, 185x10 Leg Press: 300x15, 570x12 (2 sets) Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 100x15, 150x10 (2 sets) Leverage shrug: 135x15, 225x6, 250x3 (4sets), 275x3 (3 sets), 155x20 One Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl: 30x12, 40x10 (2 sets) Triceps Pushdowns Rope Attachment: 80x12, 100x10 (2 sets) Nothing crazy but I got a crazy pump. Especially after carbing up the past few days. The weight moved easily and felt lighter than anticipated. I could've done a but more but i was pressed for time. Madol is a nice little compound. No sides, no aromatization, bloat or water retention. Woke up a few times with raging wood. Stanolone is as good as Masterone or Proviron as far as libido goes IMO. If you're looking to try something a little different... give it a try. So I'm off to Vegas later tonight. An unexpected trip, but much needed as I have been busy as fuck the past 2 months, I'm not traveling with anything hence why I pinned the TNT today instead of my regular tren ace. That should tide me over until Sunday. I'm looking pretty good and can't wait to hit one of those pool parties to show off the bod. After all.. that's why we do it right! LOL I'll be checking in and commenting. Just not logging as I won't be working out for the next 4 days. Peace!

  14. I think the keto diet is the easiest to follow long term IMO. Although I need a higher carb ratio because of the intensity of my workouts. My wife who rarely hits the gym is fine with about 25% carbs per day. The recipes are amazing too.
  15. Good afternoon all. Happy thanksgiving to you all. Hope you all had your fill of festive turkey and trimmings. We're back at it this morning! Was pretty tired all weekend as being on this cut is catching up to me. A word of advice: Don't use DNP pre-workout. I felt sluggish during my workout and downright comatose afterward. I slept in my truck my whole lunch hour practically. Yesterday when I took it post workout I felt much, much better. So upon waking I tool 200mg of DNP, 30mg of madol, 60mg of stanolone, and 50mg of winny. Pretty much the usual for the remainder of the cycle. A quick pin of 100mg of tren and I was ready to go. Today's workout looked like this: leg curls: 60x20, 100x10 (2 sets) One arm machine chest press (cross body): 100x15, 150x10(2 sets) Leverage ISO low row: 100x15, 280x8 (2 sets) Shoulder press: 95x10, 155x6, 130x3 (4 sets), 160x3 (3 sets), 95x20 Standing concentration curl: 30x12, 40x10 (2 sets) Triceps dips: 3 sets of 15. Despite being completely exhausted I managed to match my PRs on shoulder press and rows. I can safely say that after about a week madol is definitely giving me a decent strength boost. I'm definitely going to push myself next week hoping to break a few PRs. My sex drive has been off the hook to and I'm shooting some of my biggest loads in some time. DHT is certainly helping in this department. I usually prefer oils to orals, but Stanolone may be a staple in the arsenal going forward. Remember.. DNP post-workout... preferably with food. Peace...
  16. Just a supplemental workout this morning. If you've been following along you know I'm doing shoulders everyday. Today's workout was shoulder and calves: Rear delt flyes: 120x20, 165x6, 195x3 (4sets), 210x3 (3 sets), 120x20 Standing calf raises|: 155x20 (4 sets. In and out in 40 min. Pinned 1cc of tren ace with 30mg of madol, 60mg of stanolone, and 50mg of winny. Strength is increasing and endurance is improving. I decided to take my DNP post workout to help with lethargy. I felt much better in the gym this morning. Just a quick update today. Until tomorrow...
  17. Nothing kills my appetite more than a ECA stack. Most AAS makes me want to binge as I need more fuel and am always hungry. Especially on lifting days.

  22. Today was a high volume full body workout. My energy was so/so but waned as the workout wore on. I haven't done high volume in quite some time. While using lighter weight and focusing on the mind muscle connection, had a great workout and really felt the muscles activating as they should. Pinned 1cc TNT-450 this morning along with downing the usual 30mg of madol, 60mg of stanolone, 50mg of windy, and 200mg of DNP. I added some ephedrine and caffeine to combat the lethargy from the DNP. It really made a difference yesterday, so I figured I'd take it right off the bat. Today's workout: Leg extensions: 100x25 130x25 (2 sets) Bench press: 135x25 (3 sets), 185x20 Bent over row: 135x25 (3 sets) Barbell shrug: 135x25 (3 sets) One arm preacher curl: 25x25 (3 sets) Incline triceps extensions: 50x25, 60x25 (2 sets) I was totally wiped by the end. Had a fucking amazing pump. Good workout overall. Decent strength. Felt a little shitty perhaps from the Chinese food I had last night. Not used to so many carbs.? That's it for today.   23. I drop the aspirin every now and then. Its supposed to have some synergistic qualities. I keep it in mostly for BP related issues.
  24. I agree. This stack works well at killing my appetite as well as to increase my metabolism.
  25. I'm running it 30mg per day. I have 10mg tabs. I'm at the end of a long cut eating a caloric deficit and I'm lifting at or near my PR on many lifts.
