  1. So back in the gym today. Yesterday was a cardio cay. I didn't take any orals as I have only enough to last a few more workouts and I want it to last for the duration of this cycle. Had a great day hiking yesterday morning for about an hour before work. Back on the keto diet hard for the remainder of the week. My wife has the meals lined up and makes them fresh for me daily. Dinners and lunches. Taking DNP at night before bed has really improve my sleep and I woke up this morning ready to go. 100 mg of tren ace, with 20 mg of madol, 60 mg of stanolone, and 50 mg of winstrol. Throw in an espresso and I'm out the door at 5 am. I'm on the gym floor 5:45 and the workout is an upper body routine: Leverage decline press: 100*15, 190*6, 240*6, 280*6, 330*6 (PR) Leverage shoulder press: 100*15 150*6, 190*3 (4 sets), 210*3 (3 sets PR!) Straight arm rope pulldown: 60*12, 80*10, 90*10, 100*8 Spider curls: 60*12, 80*8 (4 sets) V-bar triceps pushdown: 100*15, 130*10, 160*10, 190*10 Really pushed hard today. Some new PRs to boot. I don't usually try to hit PRs on a cut but the strength is definitely there and my energy was good. So giver er I say. A few days left of this cut. Ends on Saturday. So far the madol/ stanolone combination has been better than expected. I would to run it higher. Next time I'll have a few more bottles on hand to facilitate that. Look for that log on January. I'm leaning out nicely and my muscles are looking dry, firm and vascular. I'm getting a lot of comments at the gym these days. Actually almost everywhere I go. A real confidence booster!   2. I would say yes depending on what your goals are. Dosages vary between person to person as there is no cookie cutter formula to AAS use. Start there if you like and adjust it as you see fit.

  5. The best workout I ever had was after a brunch one Saturday afternoon. Can't workout with food in the gullet at 5:30 am. makes me puke. I make sure I eat a good meal the night before though. That has been the key for me.
  6. For sure. You read all this shit about it and people acting like you're gonna die off just one dose. Ridiculous. It's been great. I stayed away from tren for years because of the same fear mongering. Both compounds have been fantastic.
  7. So yesterday was my 2nd full day at 400 mg per day. things were going swimmingly as we had brunch with the in-laws then out taking the niece and nephew out for candy n shit. While shopping I sat down and nearly fell asleep. A cat nap if you will, but once we left the store (it was freakin hot!)I as fine. I was fine for the rest of the day. I took my second dose at around 10 pm. Hit the hay around 10:45, up at five feeling good. For me, this dosing protocol and timing works best for me for dealing with the lethargy DNP brings. DNP on an empty stomach= Not so good. DNP on an empty stomach pre-workout with other oral AAS= not good DNP with meals a few hours before or after working out= GOOD! With or without DNP I take a nap around lunch anyway. When you're usually only getting 5-6 hrs of sleep a night (and not quality sleep) naps are a fact of life. Other than the occasional sweats I feel good. Tightening everything up for the this final week with before and after pics to come Saturday. Other than the taste DNP has been good so far.
  8. That's just it. You can express a negative experience without being an asshole about it. When I read reviews I want to know a little bit more than " It was fucking awesome", or, "it was fucking shit!" Just because someone doesn't respond well to a lab or compound doesn't mean someone else won't. It's when you get a bunch of people saying it didn't live up to their expectations I refer to a lab as "not good." I never take one persons opinions as gospel. Labs are in business to supply a product. it doesn't do them any good to cut corners. Especially in this world where reputations and quality is paramount regardless of price. We as consumers are always looking for the best value= best gear for the best price. One term than makes me queasy is, "you get what you pay for." My very first lab was Teragon. Considered by many to be a "discount lab." But in all fairness their gear were just as good as any highly touted lab charging 3-4 times the price. I believe if you've been around long enough you know which labs are good and which aren't. it doesn't take that much research. The least effective cycle I've had was with a very expensive lab. The product was sustanon so it's not like I was a, "non-responder" or anything. But hey, if it worked for others, have at it. Any complaints I've had with labs about communications (primarily) or shipping has always been addressed and sometimes rewarded with goodies thrown in. What I have never done, or will never do I post some shit on a forum. I just think it's low class. If I ever have a issue that's unresolved I'd likely contact the admins of the board or boards and let it work itself out there. knock on wood, that hasn't been necessary.

  10. Since I didn't post yesterday I'll double up today. I felt really good taking DNP with meals. As mentioned on Friday I took a dose with lunch, and another about an hour before bed. The only concern I have since running it since Tuesday has been not to let it wipe me out during the day when needed energy is a premium. Sure it's easy to be amped up after you've poked yourself full of AAS and are headed to the gym, but by mid afternoon this shit can make you fall asleep while walking mid-stride if you're not careful. I've felt no nausea. No insomnia to speak of, night sweats have been contained but literally sleeping naked in a cool room. Just some lethargy. Yesterday I upped my dosages to 400 mg a day. 200 mg in the morning and once again at night. I took the first dose after my protein shake in the morning. Felt fine. I did start to get ravenously hungry by around 1 pm. The wife and I were running errands so I picked up some rotisserie chicken to eat on the fly. Felt pretty good all day. No ill effects of the increased dosage. I can certainly feel it, but no adverse reactions. I know people run it higher but I'm not sure there is a need for a guy like me looking for the ultimate Dad bod. I'm perfectly fine with the progress I'm making and don't feel any potential side effects are worth trying to rush something that's on it's way all already. My experience has been a positive one so far. There was more trepidation if anything when I began DNP. But now I think with a common sense approach and responsible dosing it delivers on it's expectations Thanks again to Bodytech. I've read some complaints of them being underdosed. That certainly hasn't been my experience with using their products solely for the past month. Thanks for following along. E
  11. So this post will be comprised to 2 updates. A small one from yesterday and my normally scheduled workout today. Yesterday was supposed to be an active rest day (cardio), but my wife had one of those once a month revelations where she wanted to go to the gym. So I tagged along for some supplemental work. Gear use was relatively mild as I wasn't planning on being at the gym. So 20 mg of madol, 40 mg of stanolone, and 50 mg of winstrol. The workout was really just to give parts of my body I'd like to develop more, extra work since I was there. Reverse machine flyes: 120*15, 160*6, 190*3 (4 sets), 210*3 (3 sets), 120*20 Incline barbell triceps extensions; 50*15, 80*6 (2 sets), 100*6 (2 sets) One arm machine preacher curl: 30*20, 50*6 (2 sets), 60*6 (2 sets) That's pretty much it. The wife and I went on a hike after for about an hour on a trail in a conservation area near where I live. So that took care of cardio. For this morning, my weekend workouts are usually ones where I try and push myself a little harder because I'm not constrained by time. Dosing this morning was 30 mg of madol, 60 mg of DHT, and 100 mg of winstrol. Besides not having the greatest night's sleep I was feeling good and ready to go. Slammed back some espresso and out the door. Today's workout looked like this: Stiff legged deadlift: 135*5, 155*5, 185*5, 205*5 Leverage incline chest press: 120*10, 150*6, 190*6, 240*6 (PR) Smith machine shoulder press: 95*10, 115*6, 140*3 (4 sets), 170*3 (3sets) (PR), 95*20 One arm lat pulldown: 60*12, 70*10, 100*8, 155*6 One arm cable triceps extension: 45*10, 55*8, 65*6 (2 sets) Machine preacher curl: 50*12, 75**, 95*5 (2 sets), 50*8 Felt really good in the gym today. Felt totally in control and moved with power. PR on 2 lifts today. It wasn't my intention to try PS today, but the strength and confidence were there. You take your shots when the moments are right. Felt really good. I'm impressed with madol. I certainly have some real decent power and strength and I'm not fatiguing as quickly as I normally would. I'm definitely going to run this again after this cycle is over. Stanolone has really jacked my sex drive. It helps my wife has been a total horn-dog as of late, but it's also nice to be able to fuck like beast when needed. It's really been amazing for the past 2 weeks. So my prognosis is to give it a week or 2 before you really feels it's effects. Thanks again for Bodytech for the opportunity to assess and log my experience with their new product. I'm enjoying it and I look forward to future opportunities if asked. I have another log on DNP and I'll take about it's effects on this cycle there. That's it for today.   13. Mine was about 5 years ago. I bloomed late with the fitness thing. I was a short skinny kid who every got over 130 lbs soaking wet. I played in a rock band, traveled, partied in afterhour clubs on a regular basis. Then my son came and changed everything. That was 20 yrs ago. Move up to about 12 yrs ago and I had split with the mother of my son. fell into a deep depression and barely left the house. I put on 20-30 lbs of fat easily. A buddy of mine got me into working out. I was 38. I caught the bug and have been doing it ever since. Move up another 7 yrs I felt like I had reached a plateau. Close to my potential. I didn't want to look merely good. I wanted to look fucking amazing. That was my moment. When you're so close and just need that little something to pus you over the summit. I researched for a good solid year before touching one compound. Started modestly but had a great response. Now as I near 50 I'm the most in shape guy out of almost all the people I know. I love it, my wife loves it, and I'm never going back. Every. Average sucks!

  15. So for the past 2 says I've been experimenting with timing of my doses. Yesterday I took my first dose with lunch and the second in the evening about an hour before bed. Since this shit makes you lethargic as hell I figured before bed would be advantageous and help ward off some of the insomnia effects of running tren. So the effects of the DNP were definitely lessened with taking it with a meal, which I've already mentioned. During the meeting last night I did doze off a little, but that is in part to the DNP and needing more than about 5 hours of sleep which I have been getting all week. Leaving at 4:30 in the morning and getting home at 10 or 11 every night can get to you. Also I am somewhat still recovering from Vegas. Last night I slept very well. I think there is a benefit to taking a compound like this about an hour before bed. It may not be with a meal at that time, but I don't care as any dopey effects from it will only act as a sleep aid. Today much of the same. DNP just after lunch and I'm feeling pretty good. Nothing unusual. A little hotter maybe but not unreasonably. I'll be home a little later tonight. maybe around 11-12. I'll take my next dose then. To ward off night sweats I've been sleeping completely naked. Just so you get an idea, my wife sleeps in a nighty thing, with her thermal mattress cover turned ON, and a thick comforter! I sleep naked, and for the most part uncovered. No sweats to write home about. Whatever you gotta do right? So tomorrow is day 5 of this high dose short DNP cycle. The dosages double to 400 mg/ day. 200 mg in the am and 400 mg in the pm. This is when shit's going to get real. Thankfully I'll have a 2 days to assess my tolerance before going back to work. That's all for now and thanks for following.
  16. So I had another meeting last night. Dinner was a steak sandwich and salad. I had a half pint of Guinness. And a oatmeal cookie. The beer and cookie made me feel and look like shit. I should've known better. Last night when I got home I had to prepare for tonight's meetings etc and got to bed around 11:30. Rose at 4:30. I felt fairly good. I slept a solid 5 and a half hours. Since I was going another full body workout today my pre-workout orals were: 40 mg madol, 80 mg DHT, and 75 mg wintrol. I pinned 100 mg of tren ace. Espresso, fish oil and vitamins and I was out the door. Today felt the best yet while running this current portion of the cycle. (On madol and stanolone.) Todays workout was a variation of a 5x5 routine for almost all exercises but shoulders. Strength was fantastic, but was most impressive was the endurance. It really felt like I could've kept going and going. The only thing that hindered today's workout was tendinitis on my elbows/ forearms and sore joints. Today's workout: Neutral grip machine incline press: 100*10, 140*6 (2 sets), 170*6 (2 sets) Leverage high row: 150*10, 230*6 (2 sets), 280*5 (2 sets) Leg extensions: 100*10, 140*6 (2 sets) 160*6 (2 sets) (Usual machine was broken. *Used crappy one which affected weight and technique. Leverage shrug: 185*10, 225*6, 295*3 (4 sets), 315*3 (3 sets), 155*15 Superset: Standing concentration curls/ Triceps press: 30*10/ 50*10, 40*6/ 65*6 (2 sets), 50*6/ 75*6 (2 sets) Like I mentioned earlier, I felt really good today in the gym. Moving the weight seemed effortless and enabled me to really focus on the lifts. My next workout will be Sunday and will start the last week of my cycle. Very happy with the strength I'm maintaining during this cutting cycle and the stanolone has made me a raging bull in the bedroom. Sensitivity has been good and there has been an increase in volume when I release.My wife is really enjoying our current "animal magnetism." If anyone has any questions of madol or DHT I'd be more than happy to share my experience with these compounds.   18. Indeed they would've been. I was asked to review this compound when I was already in the middle of a cut. And by it's characteristics of it it suited my current cycle. For this log, I'm using it to maintain strength more than anything. it's doing an admirable job. I don't usually cut this far into the year, but it's my 50th at the end of this month so that is my target date. Fall winter is usually a strength phase for me. This year I'll only train for strength December into January. I'm going to take November off blasting. After that time I'll run one month of D-bol with anavar and one month of madol perhaps with stanolone again. It will be interesting to run them back to back for a comparison. Why not halo instead of D-bol? Because I already have the D-bol and want to use it up. Halo I think would be a better compound for direct comparison. December would be a good time to use it as when I blow up it''ll be winter and I'll be covered in clothes and I can hide the bloated look which I'm not a fan of. Using madol in January will work nicely as I transition into my winter/spring cut which usually runs 16 weeks from February to May 24th weekend. Both compounds will be run with a TRT level dose of test-e. I usually run 250 mg a week.
  19. I've never tried halo so I can't give it an honest comparison. My best strength gains were from D-bol in the past. I'll give halo a try one of these days. So many compounds... so few weeks in a year. LOL My beard used to be twice as long. But now that I groom it shorter and more square the ladies seem to love it. Suits my style. I appreciate the kind words brother. I'll be running madol till the end of next week.
  20. So Today was a scheduled full body workout. Woke up tired as fuck as I got home late after a meeting and when I got to bed at 11:30 my wife was a fucking maniacal horndog. So sleep had to wait. Just had to. ? Anyway, dragged myself out of bed and after a few minutes I felt pretty good. I was feeling bloated from the large dinner I had yesterday. It was a fairly decent greek meal in which I devoured plenty of chicken and beef something or others. I couldn't stay away from the rice though. But I did try and eat as much salad as I possibly could. No booze, no pop, just water. I upped the dosage of 2 compounds today. Madol stayed at 30 mg, stanolone i raised to 80 mg, and winny up to 75 mg. By the time I got to the gym floor at 5:45 I was feeling pretty good and psyched. Great energy and focus and ready to lift. The carb up last night always replenishes my body for action. A little lighter on the the weights on some of these lifts. Really trying to focus on the mind muscle connection as I am doing back to back full body workouts today and tomorrow. The workout looked like this: Bench Press: 135*12 (2 sets), 185*10, 205*9 Machine Lateral Raise: 50*15, 80*6, 95*3 (4 sets), 110*3 (3 sets), 55*20 V-Bar Pulldowns: 100*12, 145*10, 160*10 Calf Press on Leg Press Machine and Leg Press Superset: Both exercises- 300*15, 390*10, 480*10, 570*10 Preacher Curl: 50*15, 80*10 (2 sets) Triceps Pushdowns: 100*15, 160*10, 180*10 Overall a good workout. great bicep pumps, but weird cramps in the bottom of my foot. I'm in the last 2 weeks of my cut and am happy with the strength I'm getting from the madol. It's right up there with D-bol without all the water retention... which I like. Some guys like to look big and bulky but are more "puffy". I prefer a leaner more shredded look. Ya you sacrifice some size, bit aesthetically you look better IMO. Anyway, give Madol a shot. If I had more of it I'd try it in the 40-60 range. 2-3 bottles should do a decent 4 week oral stint if you're dosing every day. I'm dosing primarily as a pre-workout. That's it for today.
  21. I always workout fasted first thing in the morning. Some caffeine and I'm ready to go. For me, eating before a workout makes me nauseous.
  22. You're probably right. I ran a moderate clen/T3 cut in the spring and really enjoyed the results. I've read so much about DNP that I wanted to try it for myself. I do believe you have to find your own sweet spot. 400 mg a day for me seemed like quite a lot. I doubt I'll go over that on this run. But may just slightly on my next.
