  1. it is pretty damn smooth and pain free I must admit. Thumbs up here.
  2. I have a lot of women who smile at me at the gym. I smile back, but I keep my headphones and don't really offer a conversation. I'm there to workout. The hour is about me, it's my time. I assume they are there for the same reason. I'm married, so I could care less.
  3. Last summer I felt my arms were lacking in development compared to my other parts and decided to try this program I read on T-Nation. You do this 10 set program every day for a month. Set 1 - Warm up (no defined number) Set 2 - 6 reps with what you can lift for 10 reps. Sets 3-6 - 3 reps of the heaviest weight you can use with strict form Sets 7-9 - 3 reps with the heaviest weight possible and fuck the form Set 10 - half the weight used in sets 7-9 and rep till failure. Man what a huge difference it made. It also beat up my tendons terribly. My avatar is about a month after doing that program. There are so many variables out there. You can sometimes outsmart yourself in the gym. The one thing I focus on more than anything is the mind/muscle connection. Can I feel the target muscle working, flexing, contracting, squeezing? It is feeling like it should? Am I getting the desired pump/burn/feel after the exercise?
  4. I usually drink moderate amounts of vodka. it's the cleanest alcohol there is. Low calorie and low carb. But my drinking has declined significantly since I started juicing. I guess looking good has become more important than being fucked up.
  5. My current doctor (because I'm not keeping her) is dead against AAS use, TRT, or any hormonal supplementation. Ya, she's relatively new. I don't believe she has a lot of experience with aging men, andropause, or other testosterone related issues. I let her know what I'm running and do it anyway. My new doctor may not be for prescription TRT, but they will most certainly be much more learned about it. I'd probably bump up my prescription anyway.
  6. I have no idea how they plan on replacing those manufacturing jobs. There's no way the majority of the GM plant workforce could transition to IT or other tech fields efficiently. Really sucks for older workers who have been there 20+ years. They're fucked. Their age alone will make them hard to hire at up and coming tech companies. And just what is Trudeau supposed to do for this community? Open a carbon tax enforcement office? What a total failure he is.
  7. It is well documented in other places. Just make sure you have .CO on your Teragon labels for legit gear. From what I understand, I could be wrong, but Inno and Teragon aren't associated.
  8. I wonder if people think it more effective merely because it's injectable. Also a compound their not used to. When I pinned myself the very first time I got a "rush" from it. (Just Test) Same with Tren I only use orals preworkout. I don't bother taking them all throughout the day. I'd be curious to try it, but pinning every single day is big turn off for me.
  9. In for the follow. Good luck MG... you're a smart girl.. I know you'll get through this and will be squatting in no time!
  10. There was a website at one time that featured both those products and was know to be a scam. I don't think it's around anymore. When I checked out that site a year or two ago, I certainly didn't find their prices cheap.
  11. I hear you brother. More attention to gender than making sure kids know how to read, write and do arithmetic. Pathetic. Governments like this are our new future. Full of shit, out of touch, and out to lunch.
  12. BT SUSTANON 250 REVIEW W/ NEW CARRIER So brethren, I just finished a month of running Bodytech's sustanon 250 with their new carrier oil, MCT. I know I wrote earlier on it, but I don't believe you can give a real review until it's been in your system a few weeks. By 4 weeks, you should be able to tell exactly what a compound is doing. While not a big fan of multi-esther solutions, I agreed to give it a try and give my honest opinion. So here goes: I stopped my last blast at the end of October. I stopped everything a only ran sust 250 for this past month. Nothing else. I pinned twice a week, 500 mg/ week, Sunday + Wednesday. As I mentioned in my previous post the oil was smooth and easy. Easier to flow through the needle but I did find it still a bit tough for a 23g pin. So I continued to use my 21's. Easy peasy and smooth as silk. The only discomfort I ran into is when I started pinning my pecs, as they are virgin muscle areas for me. Those were sore from that. Not the usual pain you get from pip. So after the first 2 weeks I did lose a slight bit of mass all around. But now 2 weeks later (4 weeks through) I would say I looked a little bigger and fuller. I am trying to keep my bloat down, I can tell I have some water retention, I'm still nice and vascular and get a very nice but not uncomfortable pump in the gym. I am still lifting as heavy as I was on cycle, which isn't great for my tendons as they are screaming for some relief. I'll vary my workouts in December/January before my next heavy cycle in the spring. I'm very happy with my strength retention. My ability to maintain mass and not put on too much bloat as my diet isn't as strict as it was in the summer and first part of the fall. Yes, I'm eating more calories and carbs, but my ability to match my on cycle lifts, off cycle is encouraging. Overall I happy with this compound. I usually coast on test-e as I feel it is the most effective compound for cruising, I'll definitely try cruising on sustanon 250 as I had better results with BT's product than I had previously with another lab. Zero issues from the carrier. No one single problem. No pip, no swelling or minor discomfort except for what I previously stated about my pecs. Good stuff. Enjoyed it.
  13. I live in the next town over from Oshawa. This will be a huge blow to the local economy. It's already poor in many areas there. I'm not sure it will devastate the area as new investment (not to that scale mind you) seems to be moving in. Many people are moving further and further east as housing costs in Toronto are simply un-affordable for most people. Trudeau, Wynne, and Liberal governments are on the wrong side of the equation when it comes to taxation and big business. We are now in a global workforce. The MUST adapt or many manufacturing jobs will disappear. Although I don't think they give a damn to be honest.
  14. Well on your way bro. Stay consistent.
  15. If you're worried about your face, can you now simply crop it out. Every phone editor has that function. We're not looking at your hair.
  16. You probably could've reduced your initial cardio down to 5-10 min and got those squats in. I find I burn just as much fat going hard and lifting heavy. Squats are an excellent all round exercise what will exert serious fucking energy. Don't underestimate the fat burning potential from lifting. Personally i warm up on the treadmill for about 5 min. then lift. Any extra time at the end I throwing in cardio... sometimes....
  17. I never stick to one specific split. Depending on my schedule I may have to work more or less body parts than I would like, or do full body workouts. Anyone that has lifted for more than 10 year would tell you they mix things up quite a bit, Adaptation get's harder the longer you're in the game. Which is why vets always tell noobs to run a simple test only cycle to start. Give yourself space for progress. Although I almost to leg day exclusively unless it's full body where I keep it to an isolation exercise. Leg days just knock the crap out of you. I feel adding another exercise on top of it would suffer.
  18. Welcome to NL. looking forward to your contributions..
  19. Quad shots always cripples me. Regardless of the lab. I'll never pin there again.
  20. Just don't get too caught up in the numbers. You'll fluctuate. And that's really dependent on how your body reacts and digests certain macros. For instance, in order to achieve our personal goals, we cannot eat at the same macro-nutrient partition. So we don't try. Allow the mirror to be your best barometer for success.
