  1. Fair enough...Thankfully, even with that variance I'm still within normal range by quite a bit....I'm really eager to see all the stats though once I get the labs done.
  2. The other thing I forgot to mention just now was that with all of the supplements I take, antioxidants, bioflavinoids, I'm OCD with staying hydrated, daily low dose aspirin etc I'd be surprised if my hemtocrit was high but it will be interesting to see just where it is exactly.
  3. Sorry, you are correct and I misspoke and should have said hemoglobin. Not sure about where your doc would get the idea the test at the blood services wasn't reliable as I've seen their numbers compared with outside labwork and they came up virtually identical and also when compared to a home testing unit that I guy I know online has so dunno. I'm not an expert in this area but I think that normal hemoglobin with a high hematocrit is uncommon (perhaps I didn't read that right in my research?), just going from what I have read....but who knows, we'll see when I get the CBC done along with the other tests in the labs.
  4. I'll be reviewing for sure as soon as I get a bit into it. My plan is for a 500mg/week cycle on top of my 300/week Test E. Given the nature of Primo, and the dosages that were prescribed for say AIDS patients to boost their immune system that 500 is just about half way between min and max so shouldn't be any issues. I may even cut my Test E back a bit, as why not if I can, right, but we'll see. Bloods are coming up b4 the end of the month but given how I feel I really don't expect any issues and I already know my hematocrit is bang on normal from my blood donation.
  5. Yup there is but I dunno anything other than it's a bit different substance as in I believe it is Acetate tabletized vs the enanthate ester bonded injectable. The only other thing I have read is that the oral dose is like 100mg/day but everywhere I see it dosed at 10mg give or take, per pill. Way out of my wheelhouse so I can't say anything beyond that. I'm sure the many others here that know far more about it can comment on the oral.
  6. So my latest BT order just arrived. I placed my order yesterday (Thursday 15, August) and it arrived the very next day, today (Friday 16th). It just doesn't get any better than that. My thanks yet again to @GameChanger et all for the wicked fast service. I'm totally stoked (oh gawd am I outting myself as old saying "stoked" lol) to get on the Primo and review it. The Test E is my standard but the Primo is a first time for me. Again, I can't speak highly enough of the service and I am sure the gear will be the same high standard that we are all so spoiled by! To @GameChanger and all else involved my thanks, and sincere appreciation, for the privilege of purchasing from you folks.
  7. I was just about post regarding my order, which barring any stupidity from Canada Post, will be here tomorrow according to the tracking. When I ordered I was told shipping out of Barrie Ontario but turns out Barrie didn't have stock which the system doesn't show you. Instead it's coming from Mirabel PQ which is fine, it still comes in the 1-3 days, just Barrie would have been next day for me. No big deal but depending on where you are it might add a day or so but at those prices....who cares right...
  8. Next on my list is Lats...Looks pretty straight forward. The whole point IMHO is to keep the number of pins in the same spot as far apart, in your timeline, as possible to eliminate poking a little hematoma under the skin from the last time....
  9. Indeed. This is in my rotation as well. Little trick to find a first but once you get on to it you'll love it...If you have any definition in it at all you can flex it to make it pop and there you are. Or you can lie on the opposit side, the where you are going to pin, on your bed and slowly bring up your knee and it will pop I did this and got my wife to mark it with a Sharpie marker so that I could map it with my hands until I was comfy just knowing where it was. The monty Python spurt happened to me once and freaked me right the F out. Turns out it's usually just a nick on something on the way out and nothing to be worried about as others have mentioned.
  10. ProteinCo.ca Just picked this up. Dropped it in my cart and didn't get around to checking out and a few hours later received a promo code "WELCOMEBACK" for 40% off. $43 and change incl. shipping for 2 of these bad boys. My liver will be thanking me with a Christmas card lololol...
  11. Well he seems to be aware of the melanin issue so at least he's not completely clueless, thats a step up from most these days lol...See how it goes, you can always adjust based on results
  12. lol...I remember the 1st Halloween after that flick came out. Everyone was out as pinhead. It was hilarious.
  13. Discovered a new source with even better prices than Surgo. Payless Medical Canada I needed to buy some slin pins and found these guys who had better prices than anyone, not even close. Checked out some other items and compared my last Surgo invoice and was blown away. I thought the Surgo prices were amazing, and compared to everywhere else I had price shopped they were but these guys beat them hands down. eg. BD™ 1cc TB Syringe & Needle 25G x 5/8'' 100/box (Non-Safety) Luer Slip Tip - Surgo $34.10, Payless Medical Canada $24.92 The slin pins I bought were far cheaper than even Lifesupply, the next closest best price for Allison Medical that are just as good as BD IMHO but far cheaper. Paid $15 Box/100 for 30G .5" 1/2cc U-100 slin pins and Lifesupply was $$22 or $23 a box. That's a significant difference. Flat rate shipping in Canada $7.00 and free at $150. 2-3 days shipping time. I will always continue to price shop before ordering but damn, I think I'll be hard pressed to beat these guys on price. Lets hope my first order arrives without issue.
  14. For that short stint, either 4 or 8 weeks you'll be fine. I actually take 6k iu daily with periodic 2.5X doses every 12 weeks or so. I am perpetually deficient lol. That will change thankfully now that I have made big strides improving my health and am getting outside a boatload more often than I have the last 2 years so I'll be able to dial it back butI've been on that dose for almost 2 years without issue. The 4k iu dose again is for healthy folks. The other thing that you rarely see mentioned is that the higher the melanin content in your body/skin the longer it takes for your body to produce from the sun. So even if you are only "swarthy" vs actual brown/black skinned, if you don't make a concious effort to get more sun than someone who is pasty naturally, you'll end up short. Darker skinned people can also tolerate a higher daily intake of supplement as well. The biggest thing though is that in order to identify why you are deficient you need to load your system so there is plenty to measure of both the metabolites/pre-cursors. Tiny amounts are much harder to assess. So if you go heavy for a short period and your test shows tons of calcidiol and no calcitriol then its a fair assumption that your kidneys are in play and vice versa would mean your liver. If you haven't done one in a bit I would even suggest flushing your liver with Inositol/Choline before hitting the D in the big doses and get the blood done again to see if the flush made any impact. 30 days of the Insoitol/Choline at approx. 3g each/day will do it and the results of that may well positively impact your D. The kidneys are a little tougher or maybe not tougher just a little more time consuming as there really isn't anything that impacts them the same as what the I/C does your liver. But Beetroot supplements, cranberry juice, and parsley juice are all good ones as well as making sure you are always well hydrated. Cleaning out your liver and kidneys depending on how you've been minding them is a really good 1st step while you are on a smaller dose of D, then bloodwork and assess the results. It might just be as simple as that given the role the liver and kidneys play. But you're going to benefit from the flushing anyhow and at least then you know that you are not being hindered by accumulated rubbsih in them. The only caveat for the liver flush is that the I/C won't do squat to clean out your liver if it is congested from too much booze, thats unfortunately the one thing they won't help. I wouldn't imagine thats an issue for you but just mentioned in the spirit of offering the big picture.
  15. Not sure what test was done to assess your D levels but the best way to find out what is happeneing is the full D test that will measure calcidiol, and calcitriol. The former is what your liver converts the D3 supplement you take into and the latter is what your kidneys turn out from the calcidiol. So depending on what one shows up off you can tell where the problem is generally. 3000iu isn't enough and at the start you want to it it hard and then have the test run again to assess where the issue is. I would start with a dose of 15k iu and then 6k daily for a month and then have the bloodwork done again. At that point you can adjust based on what's found. Theres also no danger going 8 weeks at that dose though as the 4k iu thats normally tossed around is really conservative and applies to healthy people not deficient ones. My only concern would be any other symptoms. The tanked D and the ED together are not enough to worry IMHO but one more symptom pointing in the same direction I would be sweating a little. How's your PSA?
  16. Meh, just stay ahead of it with Inositol and Choline and you'll be fine!
  17. Agreed. I have crossed international borders countless times with scripted narcotics in my checked luggage and anything that wasn't scripted, like supplemental meds that I had either run out of my script or that i couldn't get scripted at the time, just went into script bottle no issue. A few minutes with a LabelWriter and you can have legit looking script stickers on any bottle so.....
  18. Yup. The closest one to me is Niagara Falls but I would imagine Toronto too...not sure about smaller centers but their webiste would list them I would imagine. They also answer their phones in short order so if nothing else you can give them a ring.
  19. Ya, I had a chats ession with one of their reps just to get all the info I needed. They chatted me in like 2 minutes and emails were returned within 30 minutes. That's some pretty damned fine service compared to a ton of other online services I have experienced. I'm definitely spending the $50 on this...it's really a no brainer and like @MuscleDummy said, given what we spend on gear, $50 is nuthin! Dyna is a good lab too, the only onew I know of here where you can get the Sensitive Estradiol assay done. On a side note, I just got my donor card from Canadian Blood Services, showed up in the mail way faster than they said it would. Funny thing though, I got a phonecall from them a couple of days ago just to ask me about my experience from my recent donation of a pint. My wife donated at the same time and no follow up call and her crad has not arrived. I was wondering whythat might be. Believe it or not, at 54 years old, I had no idea what my blood type was. I just never bothered to find out on any of the occasions where I could have easily. Turns out I am B+ which is like only 7% of North Americans roughly. A little digging and some info I found leads me to believe that people with more rare blood types get a little extra attention to make sure, or at least try to make sure, they keep coming back. We're going to do it regularly anyway, as I think it's just a good idea just from a civic duty sort of thing, but I also like seeing my hematocrit at 14.1 after 8 weeks on gear. I'm not sure if I might have been a bit anemic b4 as it's possible from my health issues but we'll see what the next one is and the one after that cuz there some Primo in my future on top of the Test E lol...
  20. Yup, I've always hated needles and I was not feeling good about it either when I first started. But take the time to learn all of the proper techniques and sites to pin, observe hygiene like an obsessive compulsive, lol and get good gear, and it's a breeze. get your bloodwork so you know where you are starting and then say 8-12 weeks down the road depending how aggressive you are at it and make adjustments...Especially with the right gear you can use such small pins these days you don't even realize you're sticking yourself!
  21. So if you blanch your chicken briefly the night before, then fridge it, then make sure it comes to room temp before you bbq it...will help in the cooking quite a bit
  22. Dude that Fusion product is rubbish. First off the conversion to Testosterone is under 20% and closer to 15%. Also, 4-Androstenediol has antagonistic qualities that aren't of any benefit at all.. So basically it's really expensive garbage. Given the Proviron doesn't aromatize at all and the tiny bit of T you'd get from the 4-Androstenediol I'm not surwe why you would even be worried about gyno or using an AI or even PCT for that matter. Maybe at the end of the cycle if your ball shrunk a bit from the Proviron but I'd be surprised if that happened at that dose. I get that you don't like needles but the money you're going to spend on what you're planning is not going to get you much in return.
  23. I actually sent him a message on his website today and got a response from him personally in like an hour. He seems like a pretty good guy...
  24. Ya and what kind of arsewipe would it take in this day and age to give you grief over it....that's someone needs a trip out behind the woodshed as my grampy used to always say.
  25. So it turns out that my extended benefits doesn't cover telehealth or virtual care. Manulife is the worst lol. I'm pretty sure my old Dejardins insurance did. Anyway, it looks loike it would only cost $49.95 to have a regular doc (no specialist required) issue the request for the lab tests. In my mind, that's money well spent just to keep my moron doc out of my face over it. And its not like I won't just pad the next claim I make to cover it anyway on my insurance. That's why it's completely asinine that they won't just pay anyway.
