  1. Check this out... Get Lab Tests From  Doc Online I found this recently and have just messaged them as it appears my extended health benefits might cover the cost making it completely unnecessary for me to even have to involve my useles doc lol...
  2. I enjoy watching him . Right off he struck me as looking a lot like David James Elliot, the actor, but with a higher pitched voice lol...I like that he doesn't take himself to seriously. So many vids where the first 30 secs-1 min is some guy looking at himself posing in the mirror!
  3. Me too brother, mine I mean lololol....and damnit, my wife does not have small hands...bwahahahahaha
  4. Ya, this past weekend was a little crazy for asshats showing up in chat running their gobs immediately after registering and/or posting rubbish without reading the rules. very much not the typical course of events. Hopefully just a short bus broke down near the front door and will be a rare event lol.
  5. Good one :{)=...The wife uses the "Big Truck, Small Penis" one all the time lol
  6. I'll leave the thorough explanation you posted up just as a note verifying that you guys in fact were on top of this had anyone had any doubts. Thank you for taking the time to post despite not being obligated to. Much appreciated. The matter is now closed and again, anything further that is posted in regard will be removed.
  7. Oh, I forgot I was going to mention. man, I'm like a magpie sometimes lol...oh look shiny things hehehe Anyway, I watched a Dave P video once and he was talking about Dial antibacterial soap and that being his "go to" for acne/oily skin. I looked all over for dial antibacterial bar soap and couldn't find it anywhere and thought "how odd". Turns out that the FDA told all of the makers they either had to adequately prove their soap really could kill bacteria or repackage and remove the name and all claims to that effect. We still have liquid AB soap here in Canada but not a single bar style that I can find short of prescription or really expensive "prescription like" bar soap. So who knows whether it really had any actual antibacterial properties or was just effective for him for some other reason.
  8. I get the same if I use any of the "antbacterial" type soaps. I use carbolic acid, charcoal, and clay/colloidial oatmeal soaps depending on how my skin is at that time. I also find that despite feeling like youw ant to take the scrub brush to those little pebbly annoyanaces on your shoulders they are better left alone and just thoroughly washed and lightly exfoliated. Oherwise they tend to get angry looking.
  9. I know I'm a little late to the party on this one. Man so much great content to catch up on. Acne is DHT related quite often, so you need to get that in check. Saw Palmetto is a good one for that and basically, if you look for supplements that are geared toward Prostate health they will have the good stuff like Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettle, Pumpkin Seed Oil, etc etc. Biotin is also good. At a certain dose of Test E I started breaking out and it took only a small reduction in dose to stop it again, but I also felt better at the higher dose even though it wasn't that much different. So I started on a supplement that had all the stuff mentioned and 10 days later I upped the dose again and have been totally fine.
  10. Call them and bitch. They'l credit back what you paid for shipping.
  11. As @CapeBretonDadBod has said, this is not a source board. Please read the rules and refrain from any further violations.
  12. Ya there you go. I'll bet your E levels are fine then based on how good you feel. If theres a "DynaLabs" location near you they have the other test if you want to get it done.
  13. Ya know what just occured to me? Did you have the "Sensitive Estradiol" assay done or just the regular one? If you went to CML/Life Labs it was the regular one as they don't even offer the other and as they are the most commonly used Lab... Anyway if thats where you went then that number is off likely by a few football fields and means squat really and that would totally explain the high number and you feeling completely good and no neg symptoms! If you're not sure the easy way to know is the reg one is free and the other you have to pay for like $33 I think it is!
  14. Remember that range is something the Labs set not really clinically based. So currently you are at 63 pg/ml and Dr. Rand Mclain says he likes to keep his patients in the 15-20 pg/ml range so take what you want from that. He even says that a lot of docs say as long as you are in the "range" you're fine but you're even above the top of the range...If it was me I'd be bringing that level down regardless of how I was feeling. Or at the least bringing it in range unless I started feeling neg effects as a result of bringing it down. Just my 2 cents!
  15. One of the pains in the ass with the way things are today is that I never get even 1 extra pill for my pain meds each month. So if there's ever a situation, like a couple weeks ago where I overdid it and put my back out, I either just suffer through it or take a little extra to keep me on my feet. That ultimately leads to me running short before my next refill. Now I do get periodic increases but that's generally to address tolerance issues so no real diff. To that end, I have been looking at Dermorphin as a possible way of filling the gap when necessary. On paper it looks like something that I could use but I'd really like to hear first hand if anyone has used it for it's analgesic properties or for its mu-receptor binding characteristics. Cheers.
  16. Super duper! Meh, maybe you swallowed one of those Musquodoboit mosquitos just when you were pinning and just didn't notice, lol... Anyway, glad that was the extent of it...
  17. Any other symptoms buddy like chest pain or wheezing or anything else out of the ordinary? Dry cough though right, as in non-productive (no phlegm)? Having that reaction with Test E or Cyp, and nothing else, is highly irregular. Tren is so much more potent and harsh compared to Test E that it would be highly unlikely to have a "Tren" cough from Test E. Tren by nature of its make-up causes an inflammatory reaction to tissue and when the Tren hits something that allows it to absorb instantly into the bloodstream that inflammatory reaction happens in your lungs as the blood gets there really quickly and bam! Test E just won't do that or cause the taste in your mouth. the only other possibility is if the gear had accidently had way too much BA added to it, and you reacted to that, but that would happen every time you use it, so if this is the same gear you used before thats not it. As long as you are feeling ok now and it was a dry cough I dont think you are in any immediate danger but it's definitely something to watch as if the cough was productive for example it can be a sign of something at issue in your lungs.
  18. Just to add another voice singing the praises of BT and @GameChanger . My wife is absolutely astounded at the results so far...As someone new to the scene I can really appreciate the excellent treatment and service that goes an awfully long way to securing me as a customer for as long as they'l have me! Cheers.
  19. @Blitz I was in a hurry headed out the door with my wife when I left my first response so just wanted to follow up with abetter one. So I'm not sure where you live but not Toronto, where I lived most of my life, and not St Catharines, where I am now, would you ever find a "walk-in" where you could just wander in and get a referral like these. My old Doc of 10 years (25 total but 10 in one stretch) also ran a walk-in and I know there's no way he would do that for a walk-in and he was pretty easy going. It's not just that Doc either but the specialist don't want someone sending referrals just based on what, a walk-in's say so? Not hardly! My Doc won't be at issue with the bloodwork so no concerns there. For all she knows I'm going to a private clinic and as she turned me down for TRT despite my records showing 10 successful years without a single problem, it's none of her business and the bloodwork if she balks at it will be as a result of the privateers charging every time they pick up a pen, which is the truth! As for the difference between the Pharma Grade and what I am buying now. All I would ever have to worry about, if that, is upping the dose a bit, and to my knowledge no pharma is using the lovely carrier oil that the gear I'm using has. Nice and thin, really easy to work with and pretty much 0 chance of any allergic reaction to it. In today's world the gear available is really good, if from a solid source, from all of my own research plus what reliable folks have told me. So I'm not sure why I would worry about that vs pharma grade. If you're aware of some other info regarding the diff between the pharma grade and what we can source ourselves in this day and age then by all means share, and I will be sincerely thankful for the knowledge. On top of that, the fight to get a sufficient dose is a guaranteed because even an endo/urologist is going to fight me on going higher to overcome the problem the other meds I take create and force me down to 200mg/week max that will achive nothing but slowing down the process. Maybe they wouldn't but thats a maybe. So all things considered, I like being my own boss in this and not having the hassle of a doc telling my my levels are at 310 now and thats in the normal range so no more man oil for you lol... The other big factor, as I mewntioned, is I don't have the luxury of waiting until 2020 for the other appts. This is tied into my other health problems and the levels going any lower would have been disastrous for me so taking it into my own hands was the only thing to do.
  20. Sort of a side note. I've always loved smoothies for breakfast but have never been very fond of just the protein powder liquified and whizzed up. So I add frozen dark cherries to mine. I have at least one every day. The dark cherries are full of great stuff but they are also the lowest GI fruit that I am aware of, and much lower than most so you get good mileage out of them and they don't spike your blood sugar like many fruits do. I'm waiting on Agmatine from a new supplier to come in and am going to try adding that to the smoothie as with the new production process, natural fermentation sourced from corn, vs the old chemical method, the agmatine doesn't taste like ass any longer, lol...
  21. Actually, this is another area where technology has changed the entire dynamic. Most fruits and vegetables that are sold frozen now are harvested while at their peak and then flash frozen which means that they are literally locked in time, but more importantly they are locked in their nutrient rich state. That will only start to degrade after they have been in that state for roughly a year, give or take a bit depending on the fruit or vegetable. The flash freezing is th extent of the processing. They are no longer blanched, a process that was seriosuly detrimental to the nutrient state. So go right ahead and buy good quality frozen fruits and vegetables as you aren't missing out on a thing. Now this does not apply to growing your own and freezing them. The flash freezing process is critical to the conservation of the nutrient rich state!
  22. I'm already waiting on referrals to both an endo and a urologist. I have appts they are just a long way off, as in March of 2020 and April 2020. and I didn't have the option to wait. So, I was left with doing it myself or paying a private clinic that I simply can't afford.
  23. Hehehe, good on you. I've really noticed myself when you know what to look for you can see it in so far as who might be using PED lol... For me I'm just really happy I got close with doseage or so it seems so far as with the meds I take working 24/7 in the other direction I didn't expect to get this close that easily!
