  1. Annnywaaay! McMurray completely slays me! Dan Petronijevic is a comic genius and who would have thought that Melanie Scrofano had comedy chops, I mean great B-Movie class but comedy? that was a surprise! "Charmed" - The original not the BS SJW politically correct rubbish they remade!
  2. Hematocrit meters are pretty cheap and accurate if you ever felt like you wanted to monitor that in between lab/bloodwork visits. The "Live Like a Viking" YT channel has a vid reviewing an inexpensive one and an expensive one that worked basically identical/results. Again, not plugging Sam over at LLAV on YT, but he has great content that seems applicable very often
  3. My fave bread is Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain - Glycemic Index of 36. It's usually found in the freezer section of the natural foods aisle. A Little pricey but given the ultra low GI. I think it is worth it. I'm one of those people that if you load me with simple carbs it's off to snoozey bye bye land lol...
  4. Quite welcome. I had to buy some locally from Shoppers and they ended up costing me about 80cents per for a 1ml syringe and the needle size I needed so this is indeed much cheaper. I had to get after them a bit because f the delay shipping while they were doing inventory but even with, I ordered late last Friday (after close of business) and had them this AM.
  5. So other than being a little slow to ship, apparently as they are doing inventory atm, these guys at Surgo Medical & Surgical Supplies came through as a good source. The prices are as good as I have been able to find and much better than the other 2 sources guys have mentioned on the board here. Regular ground shipping is via Canpar so next day in most of Ontario and at $75 pre shipping($10)/taxes you get free shipping. Anyway, no affiliate links or anything like that just posting my experience. People might pass them by as they look like they might only deal with clinics/hospitals but they do retail off of the website without even making an account. I think this may be why people aren't already really aware or using them, dunno? I bought 1cc syringes with 25G 5/8" removable needles - box of 100, 2 other needles sizes, 25G 1" & 21G 1 1/2" boxes of 100 and a 200 count box of alcohol wipes. All BD brand and the pins were all BD PrecisionGlide. Man, if I had known how thin/smooth the BT Test E was I could have made a little different order and forgone the drawing pins, well next time. I didn't quite make the free ship amount just as I didn't really think hard enough when I was doing it and was kinda rushed but because they were a little delayed they credited back my freight. So for my order even with the freight still incl. it was $80 all in, & $78 and change once the credit was deducted. Arrived this morning and it's all good.
  6. See now that's one of the reasons I really love this place. Nothing but great supportive folks! Thanks man :{)=
  7. ezpz man, I don't really have anything to compare to but after watching soooo many vids and seeing people fight to push stuff in because of the viscosity, all I can say is that ti was so easy I couln't have asked for anything simpler, especially for my first time!
  8. So just officially popped my cherry lol...Pinned a full cc of Test E 250 in my Deltoid. I'm actually a little embarrassed that I was nervous. Between the 25 Gauge pin being so small and sharp and the BT Test flowing so nice and smooth, there was nothing to it. No pain after and sitting here going wtf, that's it lololol...Laugh if you will bit I am so stoked right now, lol.. Thanks again @GameChanger
  9. Placed my first order from the website on Wednesday. Wife just got home from work and said "Hun, you have a box in the mail"...I was like ermmmm, wonder what that is as I wasn't expecting my order to show up so fast nor would I have thought anything of it if it didn't come until next week. Everything looks awesome and the packaging was super. I just want to say a big thanks to @GameChanger for everything and for the little extra prezzie that arrived with my order. Your order also beat all the rest of my gear getting here so now tomorrow I have to go out locally to find some pins as there is no way I'll be able to wait for my other order to arrive lol. Pic in the pics thread. Will update once I get going.
  10. I've seen a fair amount of posts by guys who just do home phlebotomy . Many of the places that sell pins also sell the kit to do it. Not really much danger, I don't suppose, so long as you educate yourself and maintain hygiene.
  11. The Anatomy of the Hypodermic Needle and Syringe This is probably old news/nothing new for the Vets but for new folks I think it will be helpful. I know that when I started researching it was confusing as hell trying to figure out things like Luer-Lok vs Slip Tip and what needles fit where etc etc. Anyway, I came across the linked page and in a couple of minutes of reading I was all sorted out.
  12. lol, I never understood why bi-weekly can mean both 2X/week and every 2 weeks...thanks for clarifying :{)=
  13. I'm in the process of putting an order together from a company out of Newmarket, named Surgo. Prices look really good and I spoke to them on the phone to verify they do straight up retail from the website with no need to be an industry professional. The standard $10 shipping is CanPar courier ground so that's next day to most of Ontario and at $75 order before taxes/shipping it's free. The min changes but they still offer free ship countrywide it appears. Will update once I receive my order but so far it looks sweet. Surgo
  14. Good for you mate. That's great news! Please let us know how you're doing on that dose. At 300mg/week total/week now I wonder if you'll start needing an AI or any other supportive protocols.
  15. Yup, seemed to work just fine. Was actually in pretty good shape but I think that if it was owned privately it got purchase and used little as they are were a pretty big Fad item from what i understand, But I guess they were in "health clubs" too and I doubt you'd get a good condition one that spent its life there. Before you ask, lololol, no I didn't get in the thing, just fired it up. Just like I don't futz with jewelry i buy for resale, i don't mess with mechanical or electronic things either other than to just verify working at time of sale. Old stuff seems to just up and die way to frequently to push it so I've always just let it be after the initial test.
  16. I bought one at auction a couple of years ago, for pretty much nothing, just on a lark, discovered after the fact they are hugely collectible in the right circles. made a killing flipping it. Would have never occurred to me that peeps would collect something like that.
  17. People actually use Tens Machines on their muscles while training? I had to buy one for my back. Most useless thing I ever purchased and the industry in regards to if you have extended health benefits to pay is a joke. The Physio place that I got mine from charged my insurance almost $700 for something I could have bought online for about $50 Canadian lol. Had no idea at the time cuz if my insurance pays no issue I don't ever really look it up but was looking something else up in the records, saw that and nearly choked! Apparently that's not an oddball thing, it happens all the time.
  18. Nope. I asked my pharmacist if he knew anything about them and he didn't but he made some calls and came back with info from other pharmacists that he knows/has worked with, here in town. Then after he told me what he had learned I called the place back and asked some pretty basic questions. The result of all of this was that basically they are ascam where they will try and bilk you for as much extra over and above what they can bill OHIP, on top of what your extended benefits will allow for a Naturopath visit. The consult, and this is from someone who sat through one, will be like a time share seminar where they size you up and figure out how hard they can push and how much they can get and the try and wheel/deal you into committing to "yearly" packages. When I called in to ask questions I couldn't even get a straight answer as to whether or not I could get TRT as a stand alone service, or if it was only as a part of a package with a bunch of crap I don't want/need, or a straight answer about what exactly they are billing me for when the stuff is normally covered by OHIP etc. I was leary to start with and then all of this just made me even more so. I have a great relationship with my Pharmacist and trust the info he gave me plus if you look at the website for this place it is so vague it makes you wonder why and there is nothing but reviews for "esthetics" like botox etc online for them. I was going to give it a shot but then it seemed pretty obvious that it would be a waste of time and more of an upsetting PITA than anything else so i cancelled. My wife has a doc ppt coming up on the 28th and I was planning on attending anyway so I'm going to ask her male doc if he's taking new patients and if he'd have me based on my records/needs. I was going to ask you, but you beat me to the punch lol, if you wanted to get that info to me about your doc so i can look into that as well.
  19. So I differ from a lot here in that I need to do this purely for health/quality of life issues. Not taking away from anyone the factor of how much better you feel etc, not at all as I firmly believe everyone has a right to be the 100% best version of themselves however they can achieve that, but for me the need for supplementation of Test comes down to pretty much life threatening if left unattended to long enough and once my levels hit a certain low point things start rolling downward even faster I know from past exp. So having never pinned before I am going to start out at a 200mg/week pace because there's a good chance, that done right, I'll be on Test permanently now vs the ups and downs I have experienced over the last 10 years. One of the first things I started watching when I began my journey toward self medicating, was vids by Sam from "Live Like a Viking". Dunno if anyone is familiar with him but he has chronicled his journey from fat/out of shape to where he is now and honestly, he and I are close in age, and I could only hope in my wildest dreams to look like he does now. If he is to be believed, and he seems credible enough, he got his levels up to 900-1000 not having gone over 200mg/week. Now he is also running HGH and a host of SARMS. But he looks awesome and is big, maybe not huge by pro standards but to me he's big. Now I say that with my being a hair over 6'2" tall and in my youth, at 250lbs, I was big, for someone that hit the gym only once a week and really didn't eat well or live a lifestyle conducive to being as healthy as possible, but I worked like a MoFo, did a lot of physical labor back then which seemed as good as going to the gym lol. His vids are up on YT and I'm not in any way promoting him or pushing anything he has to say, just want to be clear about that, but maybe someone might find the stuff interesting to watch. He's one of those guys that has a personality that it's pretty hard not to like him, IMHO, but to each their own. There is however a lot of good info to be gleaned from the vid content. Info on everything from Test to SARMS and Peptides, diet, levels monitoring, side effects mitigation and he even recently opened a TRT clinic that does Tele/Vid appointments that may be of interest or help to someone.
  20. Plot Your TRT Protocol or Cycle Calculator So I was watching one of Dave Palumbo's "Rant" videos, which I find quite interesting/entertaining, and he was talking about the different esters half lives and how often you should dose for best effect etc. His thoughts are that regardless of what one you are using, dosing every other day is the best way to get the flattest curve or most level results vs having peaks and troughs. He also saaid that one of the things he came to realize was that in 1 respect he was overthinking things, saying basically Testosterone is Testosterone and if you pin eod, aside from suspension, there really isn't going to be much "real world" difference regardless of what ester you are pinning. That being said he did offer that some will work better than others for some people, but that in most cases Cyp or Ent will be the best choice for most. While poking around I came across the "plot Your Cycle" calc linked above and spent some time playing around with different combinations but all centered around a 200 mg/week TRT protocol and pinning eod. The actual best combination I came up with for the flattest response was based on eod giving 7 pins/2 week period and based on that you are pinning 57.5mg at a time and using Sustanon 250 jump started with 120mg of Ent on day 1, on paper it makes a really nice response plot. So according to the math vs real world results...thoughts? I'm especially interested in anyone that pins a large dose on day 1 to jump start things and avoid the low spot that you get at the beginning to varying degrees based on the different esters.
